“Visiting Grumpys for the Pizza Hunters App and was not disappointed. Parking can be tricky. There are only 4 parking spots behind the Pizzeria..I wound up parking across the street and patronizing the Deli as well in the process. I didn't even get all the way inside the door and was greeted immediately with a Hello, Welcome and How are You. Service was excellent and the price point was excellent. A lot of great Pizza for your money. It took me a little to find the words for this Pizza. The Crispy crust is definitely the highlight. Followed by the Sauce and Cheese. Really, the pizza has its own unique style and delivery. It all works. At one point, I thought maybe a little more sauce, since i am a big fan, but once it hits your taste Buds, you realize that it all works perfectly together and that's what makes it unique as a Grumpys Pizza. I was intrigued by all the interesting options on the menu and had to try. Although I want to try everything, I love my usual order so much that I haven’t been able to stray. My go to is the Buckwild Balls Sandwich, which I highly recommend. Sometimes the bread is a little burnt, but otherwise cooked to perfection. “So happy that Dante's is opened again... we do not have a history to what Dante's used to be as we moved to town not too long ago but what I can tell you is that we are so happy they're open now! It's so nice to have a local pizzeria to order from that you know is reliable, great, and locally owned. Dante's opened up with new owners who are from town which is always nice to support. We have ordered a good number of times now and can really say we have not had one bad order. Pizza- great and delicious! Pastas- never had a disappointing one. Salad and sandwiches have been pretty good as well. We are excited to continue to order from Dante's and continue to try different dishes. Service has been great with either you order in person or on the phone. They are friendly when you go in for pickup service and delivery. Minus the eggs, that is EXACTLY the way I had it growing up. We were there for our Daughters birthday party today, and she and her friends loved the pizza, spaghetti & meatballs, & the pasta pomodoro and had a great time. Loved the sauce. I ordered it with the roasted potatoes, and although I thought they were a bit lacking in flavor (need some spice or something), I was so happy that I had a choice of pasta, salad, or potato. My husband had the chicken sorrentino and really liked that too. He ordered it with a salad and that also was good. We ordered two desserts. Cannoli was good, but I've had better. My husband really enjoyed the banana pudding. Then they gave us zeppoles on the house, which we had to take home as we were already stuffed with good food. Highly recommend this place!“

“An old school authentic Italian deli run by mom, dad, and their son. The food is outstanding, I had an Italian Combo and my wife had a turkey sub, there was no skimping on the ingredients, WOW! As for the pizza ? we traveled here from Cape Cod in search of the best pizza from Rockland County NY through Bergen County NJ. We eventually landed here at Petrillos and met John and his parents working behind the counter. An old school hard-working family making traditional pizzas. We were blown away by what they had created, a super tasty combination of classic sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on a slightly crispy underbody with a soft but crisp crust. We ordered 13 pizzas that day, 10 plain,1 green pepper & onion, and 2 chicken cutlet and cherry pepper. After trying the Chicken cutlet and cherry pepper I called the next morning and ordered 3 more...wow it was awesome. Upon picking up the pizzas Sunday morning we discovered John making breakfast on the flat-top grill so my wife ordered French toast and bacon, yum! We gave this establishment a 5-star review but on a scale of 1-10 we gave our highest review 9.8 only because there has to be room for something higher, we just haven't found it yet. The pizza was excellent and in my opinion, better than the pizza at other nearby restaurants! The heroes also got great reviews!! “Cool new spot in town! I was reluctant to try this place out but I decided to give it a try after seeing a nice crowd in there. It turns out there is a new owner, he just kept the name of the place the same. A mistake in my opinion but at least he did one good thing. He hired a great bartender named I know from Barrel and Brew. This guy can make a great drink and he is so personable. He interacts well with guests and designed a great menu of drinks. I enjoyed a couple of delicious margaritas while I was there. They also had a DJ named Bronson playing some great music. I look forward to seeing how this place does because I've always said this spot would make a great bar because of the nice patio outside. It would make a great hangout for the summer. I can't really comment on the food because I only tried an order of wings but they were good. The ambience though gave me reason to believe this place could make it at this spot.“

They are a little on the pricy side but it is well worth it. The rest of their pizzas on display looked really good but they were $4.00 a slice which was a little high for me but there were some creative topping like Chicken Parm and Baked Ziti.“

We met our hostess Lisa almost immediately as she came right out to introduce herself and walk us over to our table. We got there about half an hour early and everything was already nicely set up. Throughout our time there, Lisa did a spectacular job by being so friendly and attentive. The manager, Denishah was also amazing. She also came over to introduce herself and let us know that if we needed anything to please come see her. It was actually overstimulating and really, really made for a bad experience. We didn’t eat in the main dining room (which was 1000x louder), we ate in a little room off of it with about 6 tables and it was still so loud. Very off putting.The restaurant is massive - a bar when you first walk in, a large dining area with booths and tables and a “private room”. There was also a pizzeria too.The food was delicious and the staff were very abundant and helpful.
