“We found this place through a youtube video and we were not disappointed the lady at the counter was super sweet. The mac and cheese was really good. The oxtails omg!! So tender the corn bread was the best I've gotten from any restaurant. They even gave me corn bread for my son's to try and they were not disappointed we will definitely be back again. Worth the 45min drive!“

Very kind and helpful, extremely pleasant people overall (-: They showed us our meals before packing them up to make sure we were satisfied with how everything looked which it all looked (and tastes) AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be making the 1 hour trip back to Tracey’s Kitchen very soon. Worth every penny!“

“I just left Ila Mae’s and was very pleased with the food and service. I am a foodie so I got shrimp and grits with cheese, chicken and waffles, spinach omelet with bacon…my tummy was happy! Of course I have food left to take home to enjoy later. I found this restaurant online and was a little skeptical because I am not from the area.I will be returning❤️“

“Hole in the wall. Not about service. Its cheap fish fry. Not English style but Soul Food style. Sometimes can be a little too fishy, but overall 8/10 times its OK. $10 gets you a huge portion. Recommend: flounder and fry's. If you ask for any variations they can be touchy unless you make it clear you're willing to pay for any difference. Absolutely no diet drinks here.“

“I had been eager to try this place for a while, but my first visit left me with mixed feelings. The staff wasn't particularly welcoming, which set the tone for my experience. I ordered a BLT, which arrived promptly, but I was disappointed to learn they had run out of candied bacon, which I had really been looking forward to.

While the sandwich was decent, I found the price a bit steep, especially with the unexpected 18% gratuity added for a takeout order. On the bright side, I'm still interested in trying their tacos and salmon cheesesteak, so I'll give them another chance and hope for a better experience next time.“
