“Consistently good food, I’ve never been disappointed by this place. I moved to Weehawken in 2021 and every single time I get food from here it’s magnificent. Yes the prices have gone up but so have the prices of materials for restaurants, I’m certain they’re increases are necessary for them to just, function and pay their employees. Regardless of that, I will keep returning. My only gripe is with the tortilla soup, that one is really really expensive for the amount that you get. But the street style tacos, the Birria tacos, the quesadillas, the enchiladas, the guacamole,… It’s always incredible.“

“This place is an old favorite that I haven't written a review for, but I don't want Lobo to think I'm taking it for granted. The staff is friendly and attentive. They keep your drinks refilled and refresh your chips and salsa (the chips are really damn good!) I love their chicken fajita tacos. I haven't had a bad meal here. Highly recommended. If you have small kids, you can get there early and they'll take good care of you. The food comes out fast and the upstairs booths are sturdy and strong, so you don't have to worry about kids knocking stuff over. You might find this comment odd if you don't have children, but it's true.“

“happy hour! The food was excellent — you can tell it’s made by someone with authentic Spanish roots. Plenty of parking and the drinks were solid. The guacamole was a bit too salty for our taste, but overall we enjoyed it. For a family of four to eat enough during happy hour, expect to spend around $120, which was the only downside for us. Still a very good experience!“

They’re open until 2 am so if you got the munchies and want some pupusas or tacos or a drink this is a good place to go or order out from. The pupusas are amazing and they got masa de arroz, which I personally like way more than maíz. If it’s just pupusas you can eat with like 10 bucks. The drinks do add up. Give them a try !“

“I’m getting those three stars because I’ve eaten here before and the food was better (had decent burritos here). But today I ordered something different. To be fair, I only ate the nachos which were shared. But they were really bad. The cheese was liquid, the “sour cream“ was liquid, the chips disintegrated. It was worse than a Taco Bell, nacho Bell grande, which can be quite delicious given the right circumstances. I just don’t think there are any circumstances under which he nachos would be acceptable.“

“I was actually pleasantly surprised at how good the food was from here, first time ever trying it after getting my nails done next door and it was yummyyy, we got the nachos and my daughter and niece had gotten chicken tenders with fries, everything was delicious, can’t wait to go back again. They were straight up like No No No, No call no order sorry . So I called back the number to ask for their address and they gave me the stores address . “This is the best Mexican food I’ve found in NYC so far. At least as far as burritos go. I get the Acapulco burrito (which has no meat). It’s still not like mexican food in the south west, but I love it and keep going back. Very fast preparation.“
