Their granola branded as SoulNola is really another level of deliciousness. It has a chewy sweet almost molasses like quality that’s awesome. Açaí was perfect texture and taste and all the right ratios of fruits added. A must try.“

Zee the Manager is a gem, friendly and provides the BEST customer service.

Their specialty are the birria tacos—you won’t be disappointed. Its a large serving and you’ll lick your fingers throughout.

“Truly a hidden gem in downtown Westfield!! Local mom & pop shop with very friendly staff. Extensive menu options for juices, smoothies, smoothie bowls, teas/coffees and daily special savory offerings!

Prices are comparable to similar establishments.

Quality of food is very high - very fresh ingredients and you can feel the love and care they take to make your meal.

I ordered an Almond smoothie bowl, sticky rice with meat & pan fried chicken dumplings, all 10/10!!

I’ve tried many açaí bowls/smoothie bowls and this place might just be my new favorite!

Will deff be back & highly recommend!! They’re only open 4 days a week so keep that in mind.

“I was delighted the other day when I popped into the playa bowl located in Summit NJ.
First of all the music was fantastic but the second I open the front door,I was greeted with a big beautiful smile accompanied with “how are you doing today, ma’am?”
Very sincere very authentic.
I had to ask the gal her name and I knew in an instant she must’ve been a manager.
Just the way she was having full control .
Her name is Iwlly.

What a lovely person.
She also had a young man working with her by the name of Dylan. I can’t say enough nice things about him as well.

I had a bit of a difficult order, but the both of them were very confident and assured me they had it down to a science.

Let me say my order was to perfection!!!!!!!!!

I love all of the Playa bowl shops, but this one takes the cake. It’s just so organized and so friendly and they’re never cheap or stingy with their toppings either.
I mean, let’s face it. Everything‘s gone up and it’s very expensive so it’s nice to treat yourself and when you pay extra for toppings, you don’t wanna be slighted and this summit shop does not slight you in the least.

“PROS:- This place makes their bases (which they have numerous kinds of) right in front of you. It's not premade like Frutta Bowls or Playa Bowls. So you can customize it completely.- The portions are HUGE especially compared to Frutta Bowls. I much rather have more of the base (which is difficult to make at home) than the slices of fruit on top (which is easy to do at home).- Krystina and Shanel made our bowls and were so warm and patient -- explaining all of their options and even giving us free samples of their sugar free peanut butter which they grind right in front of you (this was the topping we chose -- highly recommend).- They even have a BOGO on Wednesdays if you use the app. You can bet we will be there again this week for it.CONS:- Acai bowls in general are not cheap. But I've made many acai bowls myself at home, and those 100% acai packets from Trader Joe's are a pain to open and work with. So, to me, the cost is well worth the hassle from making the base at home.We've found our new acai bowl spot in Livingston. Thank you for being here Rush Bowls =)“

“I recently completed the whole food cleanse and can't say enough good things about how delicious the food is at Fresh Press Juice Company. I've had their juices before and have my favorites (The Healer, Feelin' The Beat, Cold Buster) but I'm really happy to have another option in town to turn to for food. Breakfast options - the overnight oats, granola. tofu scramble, and snack pack of fruit and almond butter were all delicious and filling. For lunch and dinner options, the bean burger is not to be missed as well as all of their soups. The rainbow wraps have the perfect amount of hummus and the kale caesar salad is so good. As much as I love their juice, they offer so much more than just juice! Even my kids love their banana whips. We are so lucky to have them in town! And the staff are always very friendly and helpful.“

“I was a early to pick up a friend in the area and as I drove by this corner unassuming yet gorgeous and clean little bakery, I decided to stop to get a latte and see what they offered for breakfast. Owner created me graciously and I ordered a ham egg and cheese sandwich on a Portuguese roll that was delicious. As I’m eating I noticed several people coming in to but their home made Pastel di Natal ( showed in my pictures) and I had to try it! It was so fresh and amazing that I ordered 10 to go! OMG you guys have to stop by and try them ?. I will definitely come back to try other things, everything looks fresh and delicious. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me so yesss; I recommend this place!“

“I get the same exact thing every time, so smoothies can be hit or miss depending who’s working I guess. but whoever worked on September 9th, 2024 around 8pm, may you get a raise and have everything you want in life. “Love it here. They give students a discount if you present your id. The food is always to die for and makes me feel healthy. Always fresh. I get and recommend the mowie wowie salmon bowl in a size regular / small. I always end up with leftovers unless I’m starved. Do NOT underestimate how much food they give you in a regular bowl. Everyone I’ve invited over always think they want a biggie bowl because their appetite is big and not one has EVER finished even half of their bowl. The original bowl has plently enough to leave you feeling satisfied. Id argue that the biggie bowl is almost share size. They give good portions for the price and the quality of the ingredients is better than any other poke bowl place I’ve tried. I hope this pit stop NEVER closes. It’s nice and clean on the inside too, never smells fishy or bad and they are nice if you treat them nice. The customers are shitty though so don’t go inside giving them attitude!!! They hired amazing staff so treat them with respect!! You don’t know who they had to serve before you showed up!! The tuna bowl is also good, it’s just a variant of the mowie wowie bowl. I haven’t ventured the menu but I’ll update when I do.

“The service and food are very good. However, in the summer, the Kearny bakery does not have air conditioning. And employees work in this place wearing long-sleeved shirts. I was wearing short sleeves and I felt my blood pressure drop due to the heat… imagine an employee working standing up for hours and hours wearing long sleeves…“

Not to mention I had to go back and edit my comment after I read all the other comments and had to just state, every time I go into that place I have nothing but positive vibes from anyone and everyone behind that counter. I also happen know most of them on a first name basis just being a consistent customer and being how nice and friendly they all are!! BOTH LOCATIONS!! They literally make my day better just by them making a bomb a** smoothie/bowl. Also had to mention every time I have went in they are always busy working never seen anyone doing a tiktok?? Ive only ever seen them either with a line of customers, cleaning or taking out trash..? AND !! The fruit is ALWAYS deeeeelicious, fresh and RIPE ?? #nofilter … I thank God for PLAYABOWLS?
