“I walked into an empty restaurant on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. Immediately I googled reviews. I don't normally go by everyone's reviews, so I gave it a try.... it was fantastic!! Food was hot, fresh and flavorful! Absolutely loved the Shaking Crab sauce, would def recommend. Also, being empty made it a relaxing and enjoyable environment, plus didn't have to wait long for our food at all!! Going back real soon“
“You can sense that you're going to have fun as soon as you step through the door. If you ask me, the ugly crab is a better alternative than the others. It's delicious and fresh to boil. Without a doubt, I would return to this place. Also get the Shirley temple. ☺️“
“Worth the wait and the hype - usually no wait during quieter hours but be sure to reserve during peak times - the food was delicious and fresh, cooked perfectly with a deliciously famous Capt Loui seasoning - be sure to load up on the seafood for extra flavor in the boil, addd garlic noodles and some homemade lemonade for the full experience “
“The food is delish!!!!! The last 2 times I have been I tried the shrimp dishes and they did not disappoint. The wings were perfectly cooked and they have the best fries. The staff is amazing as well, very helpful and kind. Everything is very reasonably priced.“
“pricy, friendly staff, fast take out, had #14 TIGER ROLL, very good, excellent fresh fish but NO CRUNCH on top as advertised which is what makes this particular roll taste better. Piece of lemon would have added more taste so that's why I only gave it 4 starts., probably return when I'm in the area. .“
“Been 10 years since I have been here last, but it's still good ol' Tejas. The margaritas still taste great and the chicken Bandera is fantastic. It's nothing fancy on the inside, but I think that's why I like the decor. Staff has always been attentive. I can't wait to go back again.“
“Had the catfish poboy at uptown night Market! They told me 15 minutes was done in 15 minutes. It was a large fried catfish filet and it was perfectly crispy. I think the tartar sauce may have needed a little more salt but overall great experience. Reminded me of Louisiana“
“I love this spot so so so so so much! We order nearly every weekend for takeout delivered to us. I love their Oolong milk tea, Strawberry slush and Passion Fruit Tea. Their lychee slush is not too sweet, just right for those who prefers lighter tastes. Their seafood boil is flavorful and fresh! I love the Garlic Butter sauce, but would love to try their other sauce too. Their fried lobster ball is literally a ball of lobster meat!!! So delicious! Almost every weekend, I would always order drinks from them. I have tried Oolong milk tea from many places, but only this one will always be my favorite because it always tastes perfect.Sometimes, their website would have some kind of update and we wouldn't be able to order through online to get the drinks delivered. But whenever we call to ask if they deliver to our address, the staff would tell us that they can deliver. The problem on their website will always be quickly fixed so that we can enjoy their wonderful service again!This is one of the best locations. I highly recommend this place!“
“I go for snow crab, husband likes king crab and our kid likes chicken wings and french fries. French fries is so crispy. We always go here. Staff are nice. The king crab is pricy as always. But nonetheless everything is good and highly recommended.“
“Amazing food i love Haitian food , there soup jumou every Sunday and saturday morning is the best, it taste just like mammi would make it at home, it's spicy yet not over doing it,savory so you can taste the time it took to cook it ,plenty of fresh beef, squash , dumplings and macaroni to go oh lala over.They make it only on Sundays and Saturday. There customer service makes me proud to be Haitian ,the ladies there are not rude bizzy but not rude. It's a bar setting so limited to no seat's. Call ahead if you want or come inside and order usually 10 to 15 minutes wait time not long at all. The price are average good price 10 ,15 to 20 daller plates, depends what type of meat you order fish, goat and oxtail large plates are usually 20 dallers.“
“I gave it 4 stars because I got the all you can eat and the gratuities were already on the bill and I didn't notice until after I got home so I tipped extra. It would be nice if they told you 2 people are automatic gratuity or all you can eat is automatic gratuity. They might be doing this for one person in the union location for all I know!“
