From start to finish, working with him and his team was a total breeze. He is polite, courteous, and straightforward and provides clear directive and recommendations. We booked DR Catering for passed hors d’oeuvres (including desserts!) and mocktails for our event, and I was thrilled to learn that he also handled furniture rental. The team was so professional and friendly. Our event went so smoothly thanks to the talents of Alejandro, Ricky, Lily, and Eloy who were staffed for the evening. Domenick made a top notch menu recommendation and I had 0 changes and loved every bite I took! The food and drink were plentiful and we had lots leftover to take home and enjoy again. From the moment we stepped into the Grand Ballroom, we knew without a doubt this was the place. The entire team at Crystal Plaza was a dream to work with. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day.

Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible.

The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.

“Seafood pimps was the best decision I could had made to celebrate my 56th birthday. I decided to purchase the Nexf ix & Chill. First the presentation was SUPERB. The crabs, mussels and shrimp were FRESH and DELECTABLE. The vegetables were seasoned to perfection. least of them all the amount that you receive is enough to feed a full size family, and we only ordered for two. I will definitely be back. I recommend Seafood Pimps to anyone that enjoy fresh mouth watering seafood.“

“There is a reason Chef Mark and Remarkable Cuisine are the only people I will work with when hosting an event and I CANNOT say enough good things about the entire team, notably Tara who allows you to be the crazy host and is patient and kind and ultimately just wants to make sure you get what you want and are happy with the result. First and foremost, the food is delicious. Second, Tara and Mark really make planning an event a fun and stress free experience. They listen to your vision and come back with menus and presentation suggestions that are perfect. I’ve done everything from big parties to intimate dinners with them and each time has been a delicious culinary experience that my guests rave about. And they are extremely accommodating! Most recent event I wanted a menu that worked for adults and kids - playful but still adult appropriate. They nailed it. We had a perfectly curated menu that everyone loved and the details were impeccable. For our burger bar for example, I asked if we could add some fun toppings to the mix. Chef Mark and Tara came back with a multitude of items for the display and they were a HIT with the guests. Execution was perfect, food was fired throughout the night so nothing felt old or like it had been sitting out all day. The servers were extremely kind and helpful - made you feel welcomed and at home and that is really important to me when hosting in my home. Remarkable is high end, professional, delicious - not your cookie cutter catering. Further, the experience is consistent EVERY TIME (I’ve done multiple events now so I can say this) and really only has gotten better. I like to host and the one thing you just can’t screw up is the food and the service. It’ll ruin a party. “We feel so lucky to have had Judy cater our wedding (Masker’s Barn, 90 guests). I had never had anything catered in my life and Judy was so patient addressing all of my questions. All the food looked and tasted delicious. Among the guests' favorite dishes: Mini potato pancakes, honey glazed salmon filets (my favorite), stuffed shells with marinara sauce, oven-roasted baby potatoes. Judy was also able to accommodate my last minute requests for gluten free servings. Her staff were efficient and proactive and the way they arranged my mom’s desserts made her so happy.
