“I ordered a Venti iced royal English breakfast tea latte. Everything went fine until I went to the drivethru where I received by tea hot and then when I voiced that the barista just took my drink and just poured it into a clear cup which should be for cold drinks and thought I would think everything is cold now!! I would prefer if they took the orders seriously and would get it right instead of messing up my order and also faking fixing it!!“
“Nice place to study, music is good. Drinks are made right, but service can be better. Sometimes I do an order ahead and have to stand in line to get a worker’s attention before I just grab the madeline’s I ordered. Also, hold your employee 1:1 somewhere else. I did not want to hear about who needs to be nicer to who.“
“This location has been consistently good. They say hello, they get your order right, and they keep the line moving. Nice to see Starbucks focusing on what got them to the top... quality and service. Many stores are still empty due to constant price increases while service went off the cliff. You can't be a top brand if your staff hates your customers for buying the product and refuse to work at any kind of reasonable pace.“
“Matt was awesome! He’s always super nice, helpful with questions about drinks, and the drinks he makes always came out amazing! I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a few l years and he’s always happy to see the regulars and help new people out. Most times when I try other Starbucks locations the drinks never taste the same as this location. Definitely recommend“
