“It was our honor and privilege to be a part of a dear friend's B'day Bash last Sunday at Kochi. Dining at Kochi was one of the, if not THE, most memorable experience ever. We were totally floored by the exquisite food - and service - provided by Chef and Owner Mr. Jebu Matthew and his team. From the cool berry drink and amazing classic South Indian appetizers, to the numerous - and for us, many new - items that kept appearing in front of us almost magically during the main meal, served in the traditional South Indian style (on banana leaves), right through the delectable halwa and delicious jaggery rice payasam (desserts), we could feel the love and careful attention with which each item was prepared and pride with which each item was served. Plus, being served by Mr. Matthew himself was, in and of itself, humbling. He patiently explained the intricacies of each delicacy which helped us understand the complexity of the cuisine's varied flavors. To be actually seated (for hours) and served at the table greatly enhanced the culinary experience. We have rarely, if ever, felt that we have consumed a feast - but now, can proudly say so - because of Mr. Matthew and our experience at Kochi. “Everyone here was SO kind. Great food too! Highly recommend the subs! Sometimes delis give you the rush treatment just trying to get through a line but everyone working was so friendly and patient and explained which coolers and chips were included with our subs. Even asked if we were packing our sandwiches in a cooler so they could be wrapped in plastic to avoid becoming soggy! Staff was speaking so kindly to each other behind the counter. What a refreshing experience, thanks so much!! Definitely a hidden gem, we'll be back many times!”

“Went to Mission BBQ at Hamilton Marketplace in Hamilton, NJ on a Friday about 4 pm. Not many people there but more came in as we were eating. We were greeted as we came in. Guy behind the counter was patient with us as we decided what to order. We ordered barbecued shrimp (8 pieces in the order) and salmon ( a nice sized portion). We also ordered a salad to share (nice sized portion). Food came quickly and we really enjoyed it. A server named Justice was in the dining room and was very attentive. Overall, we really enjoyed it and plan to return.”

Food is priced well for the quality and we usually get a mix of Sushi, Japanese appetizers and Thai dishes for the adults and American Chinese food for the kids as they have plain lo mein, fried rices and combinations which are better suited for a younger palate.”

“Very nice farmhouse brewery, great place to meet up with a group of friends or bring the family, sit outside and enjoy. Food trucks &/or live entertainment as well, and a friendly staff. I would say the beer is decent, drinkable enough for the average person, and most of the beers were close to the style they were shooting for. If you're a craft beer aficionado you may not find the beers here to hit the high water mark. That being said, I would still come back due to the nice venue”

“Usually don’t write reviews but felt like I needed to for this place. Was skeptical at first because it seemed pretty hole-in-the-wall but the food is impeccable. We got the Hollywood Pasta (which came with a salad) and we built our own Meatball and Pepperoni Pizza. They are also so kind and friendly. They have about 5 tables if you are planning to dine-in. If we lived locally, we would definitely come back frequently!”

“Stopped for lunch with hubs and friends. We we're looking to share a pizza, this is NOT that place. Yes, personal size for dine in. We opted for sandwiches. 2 ordered the roast pork, broccoli rabe, sharp provolone and both finished and raved how delicious 😋 Other 2 of us ordered the cheesesteak with LTO, red wine vinegar and olive oil, I added light mayo. The rolls these sandwiches were served were fantastic 😋 The sammies were NOT "packed" with fillings like a cheesesteak joint. Nicely presented with homemade potato chips. Quality of ingredients is huge because I can't eat a lot. The red wine vinegar and olive oil was top notch. I use red wine vinegar almost daily 😋 I would definitely go back for the same meal, about 1hr from my home and worth the trip 😋”

“Carprese pizza might be the best pizza ive ever had. Was attending a 50th birthday party and the pizzas jus kept flowing so it was always fresh no matter what time u grabbed a slice. Very fresh toppings full of flavor and plenty of event space...staff was great thanks”

“My sister and brother-in-law, who live in Jersey, stopped me at Morgan's before we hit the turnpike to take me home to Delaware. Wow, I was so impressed by the flavor and the portion size. Honestly, they have the best curry goat and oxtails I have ever had; and the seasonings are perfect. I will be going here every time I come to Jersey, and that's a promise. You have to go there!”

Had the Cheese Steak Hoagie Combo with 5 wings. As you can see by photo, they gave me a few extra.

Cheesesteak was made perfectly. Good quality meat and cheese and the bread was fresh, soft with a nice crackling crust.

The wings were small but perfectly cooked--crispy, moist and sauce was perfect. It was served with a homemade blue cheese dressing.

Service was awesome super friendly and patient guiding this newbie through the process.

Definitely worth a stop. Wish this place was closer to me. I'd be hear all the time.”
