“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely host future events here.“

“I've always loved Dingbatz as a patron. My experiences there have always always been positive ones. The food (across the street at Dingos) is top notch and fairly priced and I've never had poor service at the bar. It ONLY loses one star because I have had many friends (and bands) who have Not had good experiences there, and sometimes that varies greatly depending on who is working the shift and what kind of mood they are in at the time. But I always try to encourage bands to play here - the stage is SMALL and there's no green room but unless you're a bunch of pretentious jerks, the staff WILL take care of you, and your fans will be grateful for the up close and more personal experience that you simply cannot get at big venues.“

Other bars right down the block plays music just as loud and stays open just as late. Besides the one incident last year, there aren’t any brawls or fights that happen there. Most ppl that go there are regulars and know each other. “We have dined here many times before seeing various shows at the Papermill Playhouse, and our experience has always been delightful. It is a nice, quiet little restaurant with a big heart. Everyone there is so kind and attentive. The service is wonderful. Everyone from the host, our server, even the bartender greeted us with big smiles. The food was fabulous as well. The chef came to our table to chat and see how everything came out - fantastic! It’s great that they have a pre-fixed menu, you pick your appetizer, main course, and desserts, and it’s all themed based on the show, so clever! The steak was cooked to perfection. By the time dessert came out, I could barely eat another bite, but I did! :) Drinks are delicious as well. The manager is a nice guy too! He came around to see how everything was - impeccable. From the atmosphere, to the food, the drinks, the staff, it was truly a wonderful time. We are looking forward to many more pre-dinner shows at the Carriage House!“
