“We got married here on 11/07/2025 and it was truly the best day. Sam, Marie and the whole team were spectacular. They made the planning process so easy. They were all very responsive, helpful and accommodating! The day of staff was simply amazing. I did not worry about a thing! The cocktail hour was the best!! My guests are still talking about it! The night was absolutely perfect. The grounds are beautiful and maintained perfectly. There are SOO many great spots for pictures. The Mansion was a fantastic place to get married!“

“I tried the Farm Chicken Chop Salad with honey mustard dressing and found it to be surprisingly good. Get the dressing on the side and apply it as you want it. About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“

“10/10 recommend! We used Summit Catering for our 9/6/2025 wedding at the Collingswood Ballroom and the food was absolutely unbelievable. Compared to many other caterers, Summit provides quite the bang for your buck...two opportunities to taste the food and finalize your meal choices, absolutely incredible customer service (we worked with Tori and her professionalism and unbound positive energy made the experience SO amazing), partnership with local bakeries for the wedding cake, a partnership with Time Productions DJ, several meal choices and options to customize sides, and a great working relationship with the staff at the ballroom that allowed us full confidence in their abilities to execute a perfect day for us.
The delicious food is plenty enough reason to recommend Summit Catering, but I can't recommend them enough after how they treated us through this entire planning process and on our big day. THIS CATERER IS THE RIGHT CHOICE!

“Abbruzzii’s is my favorite Italian Deli for these reasons…the owner and staff are great…the Stromboli is the best so is the prepared foods including lasagna, eggplant,chicken cutlets and more…I recommend this deli extremely high and say you should make it a point to try, you won’t be disappointed!!!“

“We’ve been using Mirabella’s for at least 10 years for catering events and they’ve always been outstanding. We just had an event for 16 requiring finger food with gluten free options and once again, Chef Stephen did a terrific job. Everybody loved the bacon wrapped scallops, GF coconut shrimp, the chicken saltimbocca skewers, and the fruit skewers. The non GF people also enjoyed the pretzel sandwiches and pigs in a blanket. Prices are reasonable. We had to pick up the food and travel 2 hours with it and it was ready on time and he packed it up for easy transport. Corsons Steaks have brought authentic Philly cheese steaks, chicken cheese steaks, and melt in your mouth pork sandwiches to town.You may need a doggie bag as the portions are full. Fries are thick cut potatoes with skin. Mushrooms are chopped thick.American cheese standard. My advice, ask for provolone. Put broccoli on top for zing.Way to go Mark“
