“Brought some friends yesterday and we had a blast. The food was EXCELLENT and the service, OUTSTANDING. Thanks Pablo, Andrew, Eric (although he says his name ends with QUE), + team. We’ll be back soon!

“When I walked in I was thinking I was going to a mom and pop diner. The ambiance was great! Especially if you like to be in a lively environment. My server’s name was Cindy. She was amazing. I order fried green tomatoes. They tasted okay but they needed some kind of garnish. It comes with a lot of tomatoes. I also order a shrimp pasta and a side of catfish. Shrimp pasta was good. I didn't eat the catfish because of the way he looked. I’ve had catfish plenty of times, but that did not look like catfish to me. The waitress asked the manager if he would take it off. They said no. I ended up for paying for something I didn’t eat. Otherwise my overall experience was good.“

“I didn’t expect a full blown broadway show experience in a restaurant! If you want show tunes and pop music served with a plate of great food then this is the place for you! Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.“

“I came here for some breakfast on my first morning in NYC. It’s my first time in America and wanted a true American diner experience. Westway went above and beyond what I expected. My server Imelda provided great service and the food and coffee there was amazing. If you plan on visiting NYC definitely visit Westway.“

“It looks like a greasy spoon sort of diner cafe. A neighborhood place. The meatloaf was good. The iced coffee was ok. The service was impeccable. It looks a little rundown but you don't go there for ambiance. I will return to try something else.“

“Had breakfast there twice. Once solo and the next time with my wife. Consecutive Tuesdays. Just there this morning, after the golf range at Chelsea Piers. It's a combination of Greek and Mexican specialties. I have sampled the eggs overeasy with corned beef and this time had three poached eggs with fresh tomato and feta, home fries and coffee. All wonderful. My wife had fried eggs with ham on top of grilled taco. She loved it. This is a top notch diner with excellent service.“

“Delicious food and very nice service from Rebecca. I had a party of 6, with some vegetarians, and someone who had to eat something gentle on the stomach. We sat at the bar and our server, Rebecca, was super nice, attentive, bilingual (which was helpful for our group), and gave great food recommendations.
I ordered the braised short rib 5/5 would order again in a heartbeat, especially for the price. Comes with brasato sauce a lemon vinaigrette, perfect for cutting the richness. Some of our party ordered veggie burgers, others ordered chicken noodle soup. I also ordered a mocha.
Definitely eat here if you’re in the area and in the mood for comfort food this winter!“

“What a great and convenient place to have lunch or breakfast. I truly enjoy the sandwiches and soups. My favorite is beef barley on Tuesdays. Chicken noodle fills the bill any day with different pastas to satisfy your palate. Friendly service and just a great place to eat. Come and enjoy your meal, it will truly be worth it.!!!“

“Ok, Grant Plater u fukn idiot it's obvious u don't get out to eat much... So d*** f*** any diner in the fun word u go to u get a waffle that can be cut into 4 sections. As far as chicken n Waffles d*** fuk unless u specify fried chicken and waffles, u will get tenders as for the gravy stupid for ur chicken, ur supposed to use syrup with this plate. If you did get fried chicken the cost would go up, duhh let me guess u would b**** about that to. Unless u no how a dish is served u should not complain because u sound like a fukn d*** a** who doesn't have a clue about dining out.. you wud be the type to go to a classy astablishment and say wats all the forks and spoons for by one plate.. ask before u comment and make a a** out of urself“
