“I really enjoyed this place. It has some retro charm. It even had a Photos booth and the food was good. The desserts were amazing. Largest milkshake I’ve ever seen in person and the staff was really nice and friendly and Alfredo the manager was really good guy.“

“Food was so yummy, interior was gorgeous and staff was amazing. I literally turned to my husband and told him “this is the kinda service I like” thoughtful friendly warm bartenders who spark convo, and answer every question. Such a good atmosphere and good music. Every song I was like…. Omg…. Love that song. I didn’t know what to expect, I try to avoid spots with bars or interiors that are overly beautiful when I’m hangry lol. I find the food usually doesn’t hit, since some places typically focus more on drinks, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The food was so thoughtfully made. I had the best BLT, small details in prep, like perfectly shredded lettuce and sliced tomato’s really can make or break a sandwich. My husband loved his burger and the fries were so crispy and good. Typical city prices, and the atmosphere makes you wanna stay awhile so it’s worth it to me. Beautiful during the day but next time im gonna come later in the day I can enjoy the deep rich atmosphere they carefully curated. So so beautiful.“

“We just had brunch in West way Diner and it was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Choosing was really difficult as I wanted a bit of everything - really extensive menu, so so good! Servers were fab, attentive but not intrusive. Refillable drinks were available . Highly recommend,. definitely worth a visit 🌟❤️“

“I didn’t expect a full blown broadway show experience in a restaurant! If you want show tunes and pop music served with a plate of great food then this is the place for you! Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.“

“Instantly became my favorite diner spot in NYC on first visit. Solid coffee. Breakfast burritos were my favorite! Also ordered Parmesan truffle fries and lemon ricotta pancakes that were decent, minus the wow factor. Scrambled eggs were perfect.
Small space. We waited 15 minutes on a Sunday morning before 11am. Our waitress was super impatient/borderline rude, yet I left knowing I will be coming back again.“

“I wasn't looking for a quick bite on the hottest day of the year. I was tired of waking and just wanted a diner, not far from where I was...Joe Jr. Popped up on Google maps and I was so happy it did. It was quiet, quaint and old skool diner. They had the world cup on it was perfect. A bacon double cheeseburger with onion rings and lemonade hit the spot. Absolutely Perfect!“

“On June 7, my family visited Empire Diner for dinner. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. I can't remember the gentleman's name; however, he was very attentive. He checked in often. He was polite and friendly. I ordered the King Salmon dish. It was tasty. I would visit again.“

“Left this diner feeling like a regular after just one visit. The owner has the kind of personality that instantly makes you feel at home. That energy runs through the whole staff, who were friendly and genuine. Had the wings and the Philly cheesesteak, both items were great. Between the hospitality and the cooking, this place is a gem. “Staff was super attentive and kind. Even offered to turn up the temperature when I’d mentioned to my friend I was cold (I declined but an appreciated gesture).
Unfortunately the jerk chicken fell short for me. It was very dry. I also ordered a margarita that was quite sour and unbalanced.
The four stars are for the service!“

“We love Colonial Diner and have been going there for years. They have the best food and best staff, along with an amazing atmosphere. My three year old asks to go there for practically every meal and we are always greeted like family when we walk through the door. This is the best diner I’ve ever been to. Run -don’t walk- and get ANYTHING from the menu; you won’t regret it!“

“Stopped by Tria Bakery Cafe Diner while waiting out a 2-hour wait at Golden Diner. We were starving and didn’t want to stand around in the cold, and this place ended up being the perfect move. It’s only about a 6-minute walk from Golden Diner, and we were able to sit down, stay warm, and enjoy good food and coffee while we waited. Cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and exactly what we needed. Definitely glad we came here.“

“Max and Mike were absolutely PHENOMENAL!! Last minute and on the spot we decided to do dinner at the hotel. They served all 10 of us and we left the entire experience in awh! They handled our large group with such TLC— and we aren’t an easy group!! “Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“Stop in here!! Was eating a slice of pizza from next door and needed napkins and the owner came up to us with a stack of napkins without us even needing to ask! Ended up going to their happy hour (SO WORTH IT) and got a couple of appetizers. Really welcoming atmosphere and GREAT drinks plus super friendly staff. very glad we stopped in :)“

“Abbie’s Diner is back and better than ever. They freshened up the interior with new tables, chairs and decor. This morning we had pancakes French toast, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Everything was delicious and the service is super friendly. A couple of cool things to note: their coffee is really good now, they have whole grain toast, and you can get blueberry pancake pancakes. If you haven’t been back since them reopening, recommend going soon!“

“Ate here several times with a friend a few years ago and just walked by yesterday and was reminded. It is good for what it is: diner food. I always get the eggs and hashbrowns—no nonsense and good. I think it is better and I’m pretty sure it is more expensive than the more famous Washington Square Diner across 6th Ave.“

“What a great and convenient place to have lunch or breakfast. I truly enjoy the sandwiches and soups. My favorite is beef barley on Tuesdays. Chicken noodle fills the bill any day with different pastas to satisfy your palate. Friendly service and just a great place to eat. Come and enjoy your meal, it will truly be worth it.!!!“
