I also recommend the peach fruit tea boba with tapioca pearls. The pearls are very chewy and soft and the drink complements it nicely. “We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. And for desert , out of the world raspberry cheese cake wontons with whipped cream and fruit garnish. Nothing was too spicy but so flavorful. Again , you really need to try this place. Thank You !!“

“Updating my review because I have since eaten at Masa several times for lunch and dinner, including the omakase course! My original review is included below. Masa is some of the best sushi you can get in the area, and at a reasonable price. The omakase course is sooo good, and at $90 it's much cheaper than other omakase options in the area and in NYC. It is definitely worth the price, and make sure you come hungry! The omakase course is perfect for a nice date night or to celebrate something, especially since you can bring your own champagne or other alcoholic beverages since the restaurant is BYOB. I can't recommend Masa enough if you're in the mood for sushi!

Today I decided to try the Vegetarian Pad Kee Mao which had hand cut noodles with onions peppers eggplant mushroom and thai basil sauce. It has been the best I tried. It was amazingly tasty and full of vegetable. I also tried the veggie dumplings and ofcourse it didn't disappoint me. Portion are good aswell as price.
Definitely enough vegetarian option and they even have 🍸 cocktail and also other drinks. Highly recommend.“

Although their Korean BBQ meats are all pretty good, I think they make an exceptionally good kalbi (marinated short ribs) if you're in the mood for grilling at the table. However, their best dish is Yook Gae Jang - a spicy beef broth with shredded brisket meat and some vegetables. It's so hearty and delicious! Perfect to warm up the soul during the colder months! Not only is it their best dish, it is the best Yook Gae Jang in all of Bergen County imo! Anyway, you can't go wrong with any of their food choices here. All fresh and quite tasty.

Parking lot is pretty big, and the restaurant is clean but dated. And there is a cold draft in some areas of the restaurant because of all the vents that suck out the smoke. Service is fast and attentive, but the language barrier limits an enhanced service experience. But I've always found their service to be just good enough for me. And prices are fair and they give you lots of side dishes/appetizers with your meal. Oh, and ask for hot tea and they will give you a cup of Korean corn/barley tea which you'll enjoy!
