“A happy manager and happy people make better drinks. It’s so worth the drive from Pompton Lakes because Austin, the manager in Wayne, knows what customer service means and he is people oriented so the drinks are tastier. He made our drinks a few days in a row and my husband noticed the difference too!“

“I ordered a drink incorrectly at this Starbucks, and once they realized that I wanted something else they insisted on serving the one I really wanted (but had never ordered). This despite my repeated insistence on letting it be. Amazing team indeed!“

“This Starbucks is extremely CLEAN . I have never been to a cleaner coffee shop ever. Garbages empty, papers all in the garbage, clean rags on the shelf’s, coffee ring free counters, and best of all, super fresh food in the food case. It was delightful. I will attach photos. I’ll definitely return and will be contacting corporate on what a good job their doing. These people definitely take some pride in their job.“

I used to be all about the spinach feta wrap until he introduced me to the double smoked bacon cheddar egg sandwich. Game changer—now it’s my go-to breakfast. Alyssa, the manager, is fantastic as well. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but I’ve never seen a store run as smoothly as this one. “This one is also a favorite one for me to buy my coffee.Sometimes the line is super duper long , but they work very professional and with a happy face all the time.And anyway you never get boring there while you wait for your drink because is in the mall you just sit and have fun!“

“What can I say this is your basic Starbucks nothing underwhelming and nothing overwhelmingly different than any other Starbucks. I will say the drive-thru at this one is always jam-packed. I will say the drive-thru attendants are always very pleasant. The inside is very quiet every time I have gone and always clean!“

“I just wanna say the 3 girls working there Sunday night 11/24/24 are very nice and I see that they work so hard, I got there right before they closed and saw how busy it got. They did what they had to, to push out everyone’s drinks and it was so smooth. Very hardworking people ! Great service.“
