The host Chris wished me a happy birthday upon our arrival and we were even given a menu with "Happy Birthday" printed on it. What a kind gesture, right? I got the Hippy Benny and it was PHENOMENAL!!! The ingredients were fresh and the potatoes were incredible. I went with a large group and some other favorites were the pancakes, the breakfast flatbread, and the Texan Benny. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat while still remaining casual and family friendly. “I'm from Maryland and have no local spots that can make a good cheesesteak. I can get lucky with a decent one from Pizza Bolis but it's never consistent. My first trip to Philly and Leo's did not disappoint. I got mushrooms peppers tomatoes and American cheese because that's standard ( usually swap the cheese). It was the best cheesesteak or sandwich type of meal I've ever had. Fresh ingredients, the meat was cooked and seasoned so well. I will be making a trip at least once a year for one of these.“
