“Incredible food, the wings were amazing I got the jerk sauce bbq glaze with mac and cheese it was perfectly grilled slightly charred the way I like it, amazing mac and cheese that had a hint of Cajun flavor and a Buffalo NY style blue cheese with celery at least it seemed Buffalo style from what I’ve had before. The price was way cheaper than I expected the staff was really nice to me and police and checked up on me twice, and didn’t take long to do that either. 5 stars from me I’m going back tomorrow and I don’t even live in Brooklyn, I gotta bring my gf and my friends here. Thanks for the good experience! 👍🏾“

“Went to Sappe NYC for dinner and honestly loved it. The food was so good. We tried a few different dishes and everything had so much flavor without feeling heavy. The pad thai and curry were standouts for me, and the drinks were great too.
Patt was our server and she made the whole experience even better. She was super kind, patient with our questions, and gave really solid recommendations. She checked on us just enough and made sure we had everything we needed without hovering.
Overall just a really fun dinner. I’ll definitely be back.“

“Cute place tucked away! Came here during snow storm and it was so cozy and the atmosphere was friendly but the food…. Wow! Just WOW! Delicious and worth it! “If you are like me and have not had delicious barbecue for a long time, you will probably find it quite good. It feels like a Cantonese barbecue flavor. The pork is a salty barbecued pork, and the king of kings is also a little salty. Others I ordered include beef, mutton, gluten, and chicken hearts, which were both good! I love charcoal grilling + fresh grilling. Remember to bring cash!“

The food was just the right portion and extremely tasty. This is just far enough outside of Times Square that it doesn’t seem to be overly crowded with tourists so eating dinner here is manageable.“

Its an outside food cart with limited street seating, but these guys were open at 10pm when it was 27° the other night and they still had a line of people. Absolutely worth every cent.

“Small place ran by a lovely couple with all the signature classic Romanian dishes! This place is a complete hidden gem! The eggplant salad starter is just like my grandmother and mother make, the meats are excellent - portion sizes are huge and everything tastes like a solid Romanian place on my visits to Romania. The star today was the Papanasi - a classic Romanian cheese donut! One of the best I had ever! Highly recommended! Will definitely come again!“

“I recently stopped by Hudson Smokehouse in the Bronx and ordered the brisket, turkey, mac & cheese, and baked beans.
The brisket was the standout: tender, properly smoked, and sliced thick enough to hold its structure without drying out. It had a deep, smoky flavor without being overpowered by sauce. The smoked turkey was equally impressive—juicy, well-seasoned, and a great lighter counterpoint to the brisket.
On the sides, the mac & cheese was rich and comforting with a solid balance of creaminess and bite, while the baked beans had good depth—slightly sweet, slightly savory, and clearly simmered with care rather than treated as an afterthought.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt casual and unpretentious—exactly what you want when the focus is on the food. If you’re looking for reliable, well-executed barbecue in the Bronx, Hudson Smokehouse is absolutely worth a visit.“

“A spot that has history attached to it. Headed in this spot the day after St. Valentine and wasn’t disappointed. Rose petals and romantic decor was everywhere, beautiful gesture. The food was fresh and tasty, customer service was amazingly delightful with Ms. Sherry and the MIMOSA was my FAVORITE.

“No me canso de ir a este rest, el k esta en la 60th en West New York. He llevado a mi familia y amigos porque me encanta. Lo recomiendo 100%. No habido ni una sola queja desde que lo descubri cerca de mi casa. Pequeño pero con un gran servicio. Empleados amigables, lugar super limpio y una atmosfera como si estuvieras en casa.
