“I don’t know how I missed this in the past. It was a terrific “find“ for me. There were all kinds of eclectic choices. I chose the Big Easy Benedict, and it certainly did not disappoint. The coffee was excellent ( French press) and I had a kale juice on the side, which I usually never do but did enjoy. I’ll certainly go back. The only knock is that service is slow. I had to wait to be seated when there were at least seven or eight open seats, and I had an unnecessarily long wait for my check. When I left, there was another lineup for people coming in when seats were available. That said, though, I am pretty sure those are kinks that will be ironed out. It is a “go to” place and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast.“

“I had a great experience at PJ’s Pancake House in Princeton, NJ. I ordered the California Omelette with two buttermilk pancakes, and the portion was generous enough to share with my wife. The omelet was delicious, packed with fresh ingredients, and the pancakes were perfectly fluffy and flavorful.
What really sets this location apart from the others is the aesthetic and ambiance—it has that charming, old Princeton vibe that makes dining here feel special. The historic atmosphere adds to the overall experience, making it my favorite PJ’s location.

“First time eating here and AMAZING food.
We came here on Mother’s Day Sunday and it was packed. We checked in and it was a 30 minute wait and good to know the line was moving quick and customers were seated in the restaurant. Though the service was slow, it was understandable as this was Mother’s Day, Sunday, and lunch time.
Having said this the food we ordered was tasty, value for money, and will definitely come here again to eat. Don’t forget to sign up on the App to get free pancakes from the Pancoins. Thank you IHOP!

“Came here a couple of years ago and didn’t like the experience much. Decided to give this place a try again and was very pleased. The management is different and more friendly. The staff is nicer and makes sure to keep you happy. And the place is so much cleaner. I would definitely recommend coming here to eat.“

“I have been to this pancake house 2 years back & again recently. Their pancakes are soft & fluffy. This place is a regular for a lot of locals. Will keep coming here to try all the options on the menu. We got the banana pancake and waffles with strawberries & cannoli cream. They were delicious.“
