“This review is long overdue from me, as my family and I have been ordering from here for over 10 years. It is by far the best takeout Chinese food I’ve ever had, and undoubtedly the best in Union County. Also, can’t not mention that it comes at a great price too.“

“Hunan Wok lll under new management is still delivering the best Chinese Food in the area. We’d heard contrary report about the new management . They turned out to be false. My wife commented the pork fried rice was the best she ever had . My Shrimp w/ Lobster sauce was excellent and frankly I never got so many Shrimp from the old regime! The Hot and Sour Soup was spot on as well. Thank God we didn’t listen to some of the contrarians. Almost forgot about the spare ribs, succulent ….very well done.I couldn’t get my dog off my leg! “Vegetarians, don't let the name keep you away: this place is a wonderful option. The soup bases are all vegetarian, as they proclaim on the very first line of the menu.

I got the traditional Chinese sauerkraut soup with two kinds of tofu. Let me say up front that very few foods taste genuinely novel to me, and I love all kinds of fermented vegetables. So the second pleasant surprise (after the great menu) was the flavor of this dish. I simply could not place it. Was it some kind of citrus? Lemongrass? No, the server said, it's really just the fermented vegetables doing it. I still don't quite believe it, but it was not a taste I'd ever ever had.

“Absolutely a fantastic restaurant with amazing dishes! The place has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere and the food was to die for. I recommend the pork soup dumplings and the red bean sesame balls. The pork soup dumplings were flavorful, juicy, and full of soup. The red bean sesame balls were warm and crunchy, with the red bean paste inside soft and tasted like heaven. All the other options we ordered were delicious as well, like the chicken leg noodle soup, the fried noodles, the mango pomelo sago, and the clear shrimp dumplings.“

I have been looking for a good Chinese food restaurant since I moved to this area but have so far been disappointed until today. By far the best Chinese food in the area. Generous portions, and tasted great. It even arrived piping hot. It was also packed very well so it delivered perfectly, no mess anywhere. Glad I found this place because its on my way home from work so I will definitely be stopping by again.

Just order pick up and don’t go to pricy places if u want to avoid being disappointed. The food tastes exactly as my local restaurant when I was a kid, so I can’t complain. For the price, consider how little you are paying for the amount of work and manpower going into it •• esp since it’s done so fast. Dao nearby has slightly less oil and flavor for a lot more money. I wanted to like it but just poor value since your deliver or pick up order price needs to support the wait staff. No American style Chinese food is healthy for you so stop thinking you’re doing something good by paying someone extra to do less oil, msg, etc. in summary, this is an old school place that gives you the standards for the least amount of money you’ll pay in this zip code. Not something to eat everyday, but when you need your fix for this kind of stuff. I recommend the pork dumplings, fried wings, curry chicken, wonton soup and any fried rice, plus the chow fun and generals chicken. My 3 kids never complain and no one has ever been sick. Sometimes I’m not crazy about the amount of meat but remember that I’m not paying $15 or $20 for a pint here, and the low prices are supporting a skeleton crew.“
