I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

“Recently visited the Rahway location for the 1st time, after hearing good things about them. Super friendly staff to go along with their absolutely delicious meals. I would have taken pics of my meal but it was that good I couldn’t wait to start eating. I ordered the chicken platter and it was well flavored and portions were perfect for me, not to mention the price was reasonable. We also got baklava for dessert and it was the best I’ve had! “Food: A quality is great and generous portions for the price. The kathi rolls are loaded with tons of chicken tikka and still held together well after takeout. Their chicken seekh kebabs are flavorful and you can see them cooking inside the tandoor to get that nice char.

Staff/Service: A+ The owner and staff are great and very nice. We made edits and asked for some sides and they were so generous. Its easy to see the owner still has a passion for what he does and is happy to interact and see repeat customers.

Ambience: It’s meant for a takeout restaurant really so i dont think many ppl dine in.

I believe the gentleman behind the counter was the owner but not quite sure, but whomever he was, he was a great representative of the place. “My first time customer experience: I only had the fried chicken wings (ordered for a Super Bowl party) and they were delicious! Everyone loved them. I would have liked them fried just a little harder so you'll have to make that request, if you're like me. My only issue was I called a few days in advance to understand the procedure when ordering a large quantity of wings. On the day to order, they completely switched up on me and made me come in to pick them up immediately and when I got there, they didn't have my order ready at the time they insisted I be there. Although, I dropped everything (cooking for the party) to get there at the time they told me. Upon arriving, I received attitude because I didn't leave a name, even though they never asked me. I ended up waiting another 30 mins for my order. It cost me 1.5 hours total and I was really late for my party. I will try not to hold this against them because it was really busy for them. I would try to eat here again. I just wanted to inform anyone ordering large quantities of food to beware of that.“

“Bombay Paratha is an excellent spot for Pakistani brunch. The halwa poori is delicious, and both the mooli and keema parathas are top-notch, flavorful, and taste homemade. Everything we tried had that authentic, home-cooked feel. My only gripe is the name; calling it "Bombay Paratha" doesn’t quite fit, as something like "Lahori Paratha" or "Punjabi Paratha" would be more accurate. That aside, the food speaks for itself. Definitely worth a visit!“

They were kind and accomodating. The food was plated carefully and was pretty taste. We visited and now I frequent it almost daily! Homefries platter is not for the faint of heart. You've got to have a hearty appetite or share it out. Grits platter...well...something of a southern treasure! Beef bacon egg and cheese sandwich is always a perfect on the run, goodie! We tried the shrimp over rice and that was nice. Chicken over rice was even better as it had a slight kick to it. And again, no matter what you order, bring a healthy appetite cause you're gonna need it and a long nap, after! These guys are amazing!! Truly! They're sweet! They're efficient! They can throw down on that gril!! Yummmmm Oh...and if you've never had it, their lemon ginger drink is amazeballs!! “One of the best places to eat in Metuchen nj. The food and service is excellent I have travelled from NYC many times just to eat there.

“"This is our neighborhood Popeyes Chicken, Y'all!! 😅 No, seriously, though." I went to get some chicken wings and an Italian cheese and cheese steak. There was no one in there when I first went in, but boy did that change quickly. About 5 minutes later, it was like a family gathering full of people who did not know one another, but we had one thing in common. WE LOVE THAT CHICKEN 😂!! Y'all, we talked about the chicken and how good it is. We even stayed until a fresh batch came out. We laughed and brought up memories of the 2 staff that were still there since our younger aging, me now 50. The point is to get there and get THAT CHICKEN!! OH, the chicken steak was delicious as well. I loved that it was not dry. Also, try the pizza with the beef pepperoni slices.🤤🤤😁😍🍗🍕

“After a tasty round of appetizers including tangy baked Fava beans, creamy smooth hummus, baba ghanoush and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside falafel, we feasted on two lamb dishes, one of which was perfectly grilled, and an order of couscous with vegetables. I still remember today how great everything tasted. Service was friendly and efficient and the decor included lamps and accessories imported from Morocco. Portions were generous and they provide containers for the leftovers. You can only eat so much! Highly recommended.“

“Best waffles I’ve ever had. Not sure what they put in the batter but I’ve never had a waffle that tastes as good as the ones here.

All the other breakfast sandwiches are also really good, and the prices are very reasonable. I’ve only had their breakfast so I can’t comment on their other food.

I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.
