It just tasted so good even though I ate it cold straight from the fridge. 😊 It didn't taste as good when I had ordered it on site. Then, without me even asking for anything, they remade it and gave it to me to take it home with me even though I had told them I was full. 😊😊 The largest portions I have ever seen anywhere, good food, clean, best interior and decor, excellent service. I have yet to see a BETTER or even equally nice place in NYC. 🤍 Jo baat hay. Food makes/breaks the mood.“

“Tried DHC and honestly it did not disappoint! The chicken is tender, juicy and flavourful. The meal options are not too expensive either! It was so good we came again the next day. Also it is halal certified!

It's also worth trying their slushe drinks! So much better than the 7/11 stores.

Only negative is that there is not enough seating and it can get super busy. It is a 10/10 and would recommend.“

“I didn’t know what I was missing - Uyghur Lagman. It is slightly different than Uzbek, but certainly authentic. The hand-pulled noodles here made all the difference, as did the kind and hospitable young woman at the counter. Wish I lived nearby so I could come here more often!“

“When I got my food, some people lined up that were regulars. The server knew all their favorites and even came out to hug one of the customers. He was so nice! The food came out quickly, but I wouldn’t have cared if it took a while. I accidentally blocked the way for a stroller to get through because I was chatting with him since he was so nice. 10/10 :)“

“I’ve ordered a few times all great experiences. Today I ordered in store at the kiosk and picked up, got home and although i got two combos (lamb k jerk chicken) upon eating the first few bites I realized both were only jerk chicken. I called however their voicemail isn’t set up. I wish someone could call me back and offer some kind of assistance/ discount 😩

UPDATE: The customer service team reached out to me immediately after my original review, apologized for the mix-up, and offered to make things right by replacing our two combo platters.

I stopped by Saturday night and showed the staff the email. They immediately knew what I was referring to, apologized again for the previous experience, and took care of my order with no hassle or confusion. My food came out quickly, the customer service was great, and the food quality was great as usual!

I really appreciate how quickly they responded to my concerns and that the same level of care carried over when I returned to the restaurant. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds matters. They addressed the issue immediately, made the resolution easy, and followed through on exactly what they promised. Definitely appreciated!“

“It's going to sound like I know this guy but I don't. I go to Halal guys, but the smell from this truck just got the best of me. All 3 sauces, the rice, the veggies... STELLAR! The line wasn't unreasonable, there were about 5 people ahead and I still got my food within 15 mins. Honestly, this is one of those plates of food you take a cab for.

The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else. “The food at Kemo’s Kitchen was incredible—everything was extremely flavorful, and you could really taste each individual ingredient. My wife and I even agreed that we enjoyed it more than our usual Pakistani and Indian cuisine. It had so much depth and flavor without depending entirely on heavy spices to make it taste good.

The masala fries were especially delicious! We believe the waiter gave them to us as an extra after seeing our daughter, which was incredibly thoughtful and kind of the brother. Sometimes the chicken pieces have a weird texture or could be grilled a bit better. But that might be a personal preference thing. Fries are really good.“

I ordered the Jalapeno Smash burger, which was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right — easily one of the better burgers I've had recently. I also got the chatpata wings which were crispy, fresh, and full of flavor too. I got the Masala Fries which were so crispy and tasty. All the dishes really stood out and made the visit memorable.
