We ordered Philly cheese steak, chicken burger w/ fries and chicken & lamb on rice and it all tasted so delicious and cooked to the right temperature and so fresh.
So glad that our vacation in NJ included eating at this yummy food cart.“

“The food was amazing, I ordered the falafel sandwich which was $8 and the chicken over rice which was also $8. Both were well made and the portions were generous. This is a bang for your buck considering how expensive meals are in this area. They even have a green sauce available that they make themselves.

Kazi himself despite a bit of a language barrier is an awesome person to speak to, he is generous in terms of helping his clients out both in pricing and with his sympathy. The service is awesome and overall I would recommend this halal cart/food to anyone out there!“

“Top notch Halal 👌 With it's captivating unique flavors, Shwarma Bay stands out from the rest. This is not your typical Halal cart food. This has its own spices and flavor profile. You can taste the spices in the rice. The hot sauce is more of a creamy hot sauce unlike the red spicy 🔥 hot you tend to get from other halal carts. Chicken and beef well made and sauces on point. “I have been coming to Continental Express for the past I don't even remember how many years but they their food is just simply amazing tasty they're really nice everything about them is the best they are one and only food truck that I go to and is not many but that is the one that I go to when I am downtown Manhattan they are phenomenal all the best to them and they're great food.“

I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

Since I’ve moved to JC (which I know is only across the river, but the food scene really is different), I have yet to find my go-to halal spot… until now! I paid $10 for a chicken over rice. The chicken was so juicy and they were very generous with the chicken and sauce. So delicious but also so dangerous that I’m so close by“

“First time trying both the Chicken & Beef Doner Boxes.I was pleasantly surprised how GOOD everything was! The flavourful meats with fresh veggies and feta, with or without sauces, all combined with the unique bread is a great new dinning experience unlike anything else. Fries crispy the meat on top is good and it was a nice appetizer. We had the zatar pizza and it was a nice crispy crust with a good zatar flavor served fresh and hot. The folks running it are super friendly and the cart is kept clean.
