Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this." It was one of the most human experiences I've ever had, and I just want everyone to know how special this place is. It's not just the sandwiches. It's the kindness.“

“Stopped in 90min before closing, around 5pm. First off, everything on the menu sounded really good and my wife were kind of torn... The owner literally immediately engaged us and was like "tell me what you're feelin?" - this gentleman steered us to sandwich paradise ?

We decided to split a large classic Italian sub with a couple changes and ended up with a 12" sub (but I'd bet someone it was more like 14") with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Added lettuce/tom/oil/vinegar/mayo with salt n pepper and some oregano. The cost was $17.05 ($8.50 all in with tax each if splitting) and this bad boy was plenty for the two of us!

They *only* use Boars Head meats/cheeses and let me tell you, it absolutely SHOWED!! High quality ingredients result in a high quality product and this was no exception! It was the absolute best f***ing sandwich either of us have had in a long time! This guy was a true artisan and master of his craft!

Stop in and get an Italian sub and I promise that not only will you not be disappointed but you'll be amazed and enjoy the best sandwich you've had in recent memory!

We plan on going back again real soon to try the Philly cheese steak, get another Italian sub and try the Mac salad which also looked amazing. Will update this review or post another one when we do!

The last few times I ordered for pickup via DoorDash I have had to wait 10-30 minutes after arriving at the estimated time for pickup. I understand it's only an estimate but a continual 10+ min delay is frustrating and estimates need to be updated to accurately reflect the turnaround time required during peak hours.“

“I worked at J&M for years and this was the best nearby place for lunch when tips were good on a Saturday. I realized over the years that this is by far the best sloppy joe sandwich anywhere in north New Jersey. I now live in the greater Philadelphia area, and still bring a cooler with me when I travel to the Madison area to bring a few of these sandwiches back with me to enjoy. They carry a lot of Keto/Paleo items which I am not interested in, as well as, an oat-milk/almond milk machine that makes them fresh. Next to the bakery they have a Naan bread display. The naan bread is made their on premise Tandoori oven. The store and parking area is never crowded when I shop. They usually have only one or two cashiers working during slow periods and a self check-out area. I never tried their deli, pizza station or acai bowel so I have no comment. If you do not have your own shoppin bags which I do, It will cost you 10 cents per bag.“

“Staff was clearly short-handed but doing their best. I ordered a giant Italian, which was confirmed by the person who took my order. However, the middle staff member—who was juggling takeout, walk-ins, and prep—mistakenly gave half of my sandwich to a takeout order and handed me just one half. When I pointed it out, it was made to seem like I had just changed the order, which wasn’t the case. Small thing, but placing the receipt directly on the bread also felt unsanitary. Not upset—just wanted to share the experience. Appreciate the hustle during a busy rush.“
