“1st time to New Jersey. We decided to order from a deli, so we ordered from Poppies, best decision we ever made. We ordered through a delivery service and it was still hot when it arrived. We ordered the hot roast beef sandwich on long roll and a bacon cheese burger on long roll with 2 bags of doretoes. They did not disappoint they were big, hot and very tasty. I will recommend to friends and family if they are coming to New Jersey from Texas anytime in the future.“

“My office has been ordering lunch from here periodically over the past year, and today we placed a larger order for the entire office. Before placing it, I called the store twice to make sure we had enough food and sides for everyone.

Tommy was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but also one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. By the time I arrived to pick up the order, he made me feel like family!

“I moved into the area recently and have gone to this location multiple times over the last year two years. Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! They are genuinely sweet people. Seriously, when you go in there, just strike up a little light conversation. They’re so nice! A pleasure! Every single one I’ve ever encountered behind the counter! And I’ve tried them all! \n\nBangiola’s is located next to a gas station on Route 202 North between 10 and 46. There’s plenty of parking in the rear if the handful of spaces in front are occupied. There’s no place to eat inside. Their usual customers are the corporate types in the area during the week. You can pick up your lottery tickets, many off the beaten path beverages including Ensure, if you can believe it. Black and White cookies, too. It’s a nice old-fashioned NJ type deli, sandwich shop.\n\nGive it a try!\n\nPS - This software is really hard to work with.“

“First time here and new to the area. I had no wait time. Smoke turkey and provolone sub was perfection. Soft fresh roll and all the veggies and meat was freshly sliced. I asked for specific items and they made it exactly like I asked.

Now the guy working that day can use some people skills (greet people, smile, saying thank you) but he did make an amazing hoagie. Someone just please tell him it’s ok to smile at paying customers 😁

The establishment has street parking, wide sidewalks and easy to see awning. Inside needs some cleaning, paint and new tiles. Nothing much to look more welcoming but the food is amazing, still.

No inside dining or bathroom. Some seats while you wait.

I also love the clear glass to see your sandwich being made. That’s so classic!

Will be back because summer is definitely for nice chilled subs.

The whole ensemble is perfect! nice n juicy peppers, onions and enough potatoes for that little side snack, a little extra grease to make the bread just right, not dry and dogs cooked to perfection! when you make the trip be sure to call friends to take their order! you know they're homesick and sure could use a great memory!“

“Not up to Jersey Mike’s standards. Did not have chicken salad, got tuna sub that was poorly made. Over stuffed with tuna, mushy bread. Only ate half.

Update March 2026: Been back 3 times since bad experience. They must have had a bad day then. Each time now food is good, well prepared, and staff is friendly and efficient. Thank you 🙏 for improvements!“

“If you are going to shop at Whole Foods, an Amazon Prime card is very useful. The card and Amazon app. while allow you to receive discounts and keep you informed of sales items. I shop at Whole Foodsfor specialty items and some fruits and vegetable. Mainly organic fruits that you do not peel like apples, strawberries, blueberries and pears to name a few. My other main reason for shopping here are the specialty especially in the cheese and bakery departments. They carry a lot of Keto/Paleo items which I am not interested in, as well as, an oat-milk/almond milk machine that makes them fresh. Next to the bakery they have a Naan bread display. The naan bread is made their on premise Tandoori oven. The store and parking area is never crowded when I shop. They usually have only one or two cashiers working during slow periods and a self check-out area. I never tried their deli, pizza station or acai bowel so I have no comment. If you do not have your own shoppin bags which I do, It will cost you 10 cents per bag.“
