IHOP is truly an amazing place to indulge in pancakes! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The variety of pancakes they offer is impressive—whether you’re in the mood for classic buttermilk or something more adventurous, there’s something for everyone.

We decided to order a combo meal, and it did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, perfectly complemented by the rich, flavorful maple syrup, which is definitely the best I’ve ever had. It’s a game changer that takes the experience to a whole new level!

The service was excellent as well; our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing a great dining experience.

We live close by, so we took a nice walk to the restaurant, which added to the experience. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some fantastic pancakes, I highly recommend visiting IHOP at least once. You won’t regret it!“

“I have dined here multiple times. The food is always great as is the service. The restaurant has a cute vibe, however the last few times I have eaten here the restaurant has been extremely dirty. The silverware is not clean and the tables and floors are not clean. The tables nearby remain uncleared for the duration of our dining. “Had breakfast here early on a Saturday with a friend. Food was good for sure. However, EVERY person working at this restaurant attended to us. We had a hard time finishing one sentence of our conversation without being asked how things were or if we wanted more coffee. I'm serious, no fewer than 6 people visited our table. Our waitress, Marissa, was personable and helpful; she was taking care of us very well. The 1-star for atmosphere was because the OWNER came to our table and asked if we wanted more coffee. I declined, but my friend accepted. I swear she did this just to make him go away as Marissa had offered us coffee moments before and she'd declined. THEN WE OVERHEAR the manager giving Marissa a hard time because we ACCEPTED COFFEE. His assumption was that she had not been attending to us instead of understanding that women know that the male ego has a hard time with the word NO. Not only should management not be giving a good waitress a hard time, they certainly should not do it where customers can hear. Gross!“

From the outside, the place might not grab your attention, it may even seem like somewhere you wouldn't go, but don’t judge a book by it's cover! The food coming out of this kitchen is delicious, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. If you’re hunting for a legit bagel or breakfast sandwich, go here.

What really stood out during my visit was the service. Wael, the gentleman working the front counter, was exceptionally polite, attentive, and patient. His attention to detail and willingness to listen closely to my order, especially as someone who likes to customize their breakfast sandwiches, this was refreshing. In many bagel spots, staff can seem rushed or distracted, but Wael made the experience easy.

“This was my first time eating at this Texas Weiner joint and was the second of four Texas Weiner spots we visited on the day. They are a family owned and operated restaurant for over 50 years. The interior is a bit animated with its menu signs and had the second largest seating capacity of the four places. While not very large there was more than enough seating available. \n\nThis Texas Weiner-only tour included four luncheonettes located in Dunellen, Middlesex and Plainfield. I’d mostly recommend takeout here, yes there is a seating area but it’s kind of small.
