“Cornelius was very friendly when taking my order. I ordered a four count strip with large fries and medium lemonade and chic fil a sauce. He even wished me a happy holiday, which made my day. I wish him the best and the rest of the staff there.
When I came in, Brook M. Greeted me with a warm smile, so I know this is the place for excellent CFA service.
Lindsey gave me my food and kept me updated on my order. She was very friendly to me. I wish them the best and I hope those three and hope they get a reward/promotion of some sorts.“
“I went here when I was traveling on the turnpike, and now I am surprised about how many negative reviews they have on this place. I guess I caught them on a good day because when I got my food everything was fresh tasting and warm. It's like the Chick-fil-A's I have at home. The service was a bit slow but I understand that because there were a lot of people there at that time. The employee was actually pretty nice but I don't really pay attention to friendly service except if they are very rude. Overall, I guess I just got lucky.
Parking: Parking in the service plaza.“
“Sometimes the Chick-fil-A staff forgets to include the sauces or mistake my order from just the entree or meat to full meal order but they are quick to rectify, apologize and fix the issue with a refund. Period. No attitude, no faces, no arguments. Simple.
It's a place I go to at least once a week. Sometimes, twice if we want to grab a quick bite.
I would recommend the Sweet Kale and the various salads for a change. They sell more than chicken.
However, I would like to see this chain take an even more definite healthy approach offering sweet potato fries, steamed broccoli and cowliflower, spinach salads, unsweetened natural teas and drinks, and more variety in their fruit salads and why not. If any restaurant chain can do it that's Chick-fil-A!
Vegetarian options: Althought they are vegetarian options, I would like to see a more expansive menu with more healthy choices for bites and drinks that have less or no sugar at all.
Parking: Parking is not a problem at Chick-fil-A.“
