If you can't make a good breakfast or a decent hamburger, you're useless to me as a diner! Guiseppe and son Sergio have already made a name for themselves by serving awesome tasting food in abundance, great service in an immaculate and friendly environment. “Delicious food and authentic NJ diner experience at Seaport Diner!! I got the Reuben sandwich with fries, it was huge and had amazing flavor - the corned beef was tender, the cheese melty, rye bread was toasty, and the sauerkraut with Russian dressing made it perfect. Plus it was open face, a really unique touch, served with crunchy pickles, sauerkraut and yummy fries. A feast for sure! My family for sunny side eggs (perfectly cooked) with crispy bacon and pancakes. They were super happy, said it was delicious. The location is perfect for a meal near Newark airport. The service was great, food was served nice and hot, place was clean. And you get that cool New Jersey diner vibe with leather booths and cool bar seating. I definitely recommend Seaport Diner - we will be back!!“

“Generous amount of food. I ordered Turkey, which is one of the dishes I rate diners on. Compared to other diners, this is a bit above average. However, even with loads of gravy (they gave me a bowl full) and with a mild stuffing, I felt it was a little bland. Good for people on a low-salt diet? I needed to add a lot of pepper and some salt. I still would have liked a more savory taste. Nevertheless, the portion was big and the "side salad" was more like a mini salad entree. Take a look at the pictures. Wait staff was very nice. Lots of people there on a Sunday morning, so you may have to wait. Price is slightly high, but then everything is compared to a few years ago. BUT I'd rather pay more for this kind of quality. I will go back when I am in the area again.“

Phil and Pedro were an amazing team. They organized our checks by family and all of our food came out hot, fast and delicious. So very thankful for this option in the area!“

I'm also about 20-25 minutes away. definitely wasn't worth my time or the distance traveled. I will not be reordering the discounted food. and if that is their regular price, then they are way overpriced so I will not go for regularly priced food.“

“Place seems clean staff was friendly the food I had ordered tasted ok but I was a little unhappy about the size of the my omelette given the cost and seeing the serving size of so many other meals ….too little overall and no wow factor if your going to serve less then use better ingredients when it comes to what you put in the food it didn’t say I need to come back here to me $20 for a meat lovers omelette with two kinds of frozen meat. “I think it's fair to say Woodrow Diner is among the top 5 on Staten Island. Omelets are good, pancakes are decent. Coffee is on par. Good service and have never had a long wait for a table. Not one of my favorite Staten Island parking lots.“

Skylark's on-line reservation form offered nothing before 6:30 in the evening. But when we arrived, many tables were open, so I don't see why we could not have made it 6:00, which is what I'd would've preferred. Next time, I'll just call.

A tip of the hat for Skylark's policy of discounting the bill by 3% if you pay in cash. Why don't all retail establishments offer this? It ought to be the law. Restaurants and stores that charge the same for payment in cash or credit card make more money if you pay with the former, as they don't have to fork over a cut to the banks issuing the latter.“
