“Hidden gem! Have lived in oak valley for over two years and finally decided to give pizza City a shot. I'm upset I didn't do it sooner. This is GREAT authentic Italian pizza, goes toe to toe with the other local greats. “We came across this place while we were in Philly last month,July. We were looking for a place to dine. It was our first time with Mediterranean cuisine. Positive ambience as soon as we walk in, our server ‘s name ELIF ( hope i remember it right)guided as through with menu selection and showed the best costumer service . I appreciated the complimentary bread and the hummus while waiting for the entree.I love the taste of it as freshly baked from the oven. Food portions are just right. The price is also decent. We concluded with a Turkey tea…it amazingly taste good. Will definitely visit this place again….to Elif,thank you very much.“

The shawarma had a perfectly flaky crust and the chicken was perfectly cooked.

“I ordered a fried eggplant sandwich in pita. All ingredients were fresh and tasted great. The prices weem lower than when it opned. The sandwich was $9, this was just they second time I went since they opened / reopend. The place is very clean and the staff was amazingly friendly. They made the sandwich right in front of me asked whether or not I wanted each condiment before puttung it in. I got exactly what I wanted. I will be back.“

“Had the vegetarian calabacitas with a side of the consommé and it was amazing. It was like a beef stew in taco form. 🤤 and the abuelita’s Jamaica was perfectly paired.
Also the chips and salsa are perfectly done.
The staff was super nice too, being really patient with me while I was ordering, too.
Can’t wait to come back home hen in town!“

“We had booked Veda for our daughter's wedding welcome dinner on 5/3/24. The whole process from the time we contacted them till we had our function was smooth. They were very accommodating to our requirements and went beyond our expectations. If you are looking to have a large gathering I will definitely recommend doing a buyout. We decided on the menu and then we were guests at our own dinner. It is full service. The ambience was good and our guests enjoyed both the food and their awesome selection of cocktails. Gaurav Bhardwaj and Brazil provided excellent service. Did I mention Food? Very Good and Flavorful. We are from Delhi and big foodies, and I must tell you that they superseded our expectations. The décor is very pleasant and we didn't need to do anything additional They provided us two stations for our henna ladies. Our function was a big hit. Check them out for your next baby shower, engagement, birthday function!!!!!“

“I am still glowing in the warmth of the chic and cozy atmosphere, incredible service, and unbelievably delicious meal I had this evening. This was my first visit to Miss Rachel’s Pantry, and it was outstanding from start (delectable biscuits) to finish (pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream). While I regularly enjoy vegetarian cuisine, I’m an omnivore and haven’t had much experience with vegan food. Chef Rachel and team’s vegan cuisine was beyond my wildest imagination — a visual and culinary work of art. So delicious- I will definitely be back again soon and regularly! Don’t hesitate! “Amazing experience at Mabu for New Year's Eve (and my husband's birthday !). We had the four course special menu and every single course was DIVINE. To start was a delicious cauliflower bisque, then I had some glazed carrots, the best coq au vin Ive had in a decade, and finished with a phenomenal creme brulee. My husband had the rack of lamb and said it was so tender and flavorful -he was definitely covertly trying to lick his plate. Ryan, our server was excellent as well. We are so happy we celebrated here!!!“

“This place is over all my favorite place to eat! The food is so fresh and quality is amazing. The chicken on every platter I ordered was juicy and fresh. I recently tired the burrito bowl and omg fuck chipotle when I’m craving a burrito bowl! It was amazing the rice in itself was a 10/10. The prices are very reasonable to me! The shrimp in my pasta was super fresh and I’m usually scared ordering seafood from places but not here! I love trying all the foods here I’m never disappointed too go out of my comfort zone to try there menu items.“
