“I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“

This is a charming local café on the pedestrian only stretch of Water Street. It is perfectly located for a quick snack or simply a great coffee.

The baristas were extremely friendly, informative, and crafted a perfect Cortado. Their beans came from Phil and Sebastian coffee roasters which the barista informed me was a roastery out of Alberta. The Cortado was rich, chocolaty and perfectly balanced. It paired surprisingly well with the fish cake!

This is an absolute must stop if you are on water Street, looking for a great cup of coffee and a true Newfoundland staple.“

“Long lineups/wait-times, but friendly staff and good service.This Tim Hortons is located within the Arts building at MUN. They provide good service and have very friendly staff. With that said, this location would benefit from having extra staff on hand to deal with the insanely long lineups between classes. The lines will extend to the doors at times and you could be waiting 10-20mins before you get served. There are usually only 2-3 staff working at one time.Also it should be noted that this location does not serve any hot foods (bagels, breakfast, soup, etc). They do have muffins, donuts, timbits and cookies.“

“We go to this Tim Hortons every single day for the last couple years. They are that good that just by hearing our voice on the speaker they know our very complicated long expensive order and our name and say what we want for US. LOL. 5 side orders of bacon. 2 side orders of egg. 2 hashbrowns. Plain bagel extra extra toasted black with extra extra extra butter and jam on the side. Medium French Vanilla. Medium Double.Double. and m tea 2 milk 2 sweetener. And 5 side orders of sausage for the dog. And this is only when the kids are in school. Lol now that's service! Love all the staff too. They call us by name and some even when not working drive thru make a point to come say hello every day.“

“Stopped in for lunch since i was over at motor registration. I haven't been to this location in a while, but the food i had was fresh, and they let me know before finishing my order that wedges were going to be an extra 10 minute wait. The wedges were perfectly fresh, and upon requesting an extra sauce, they provided a cup of extra sauce for me. All in all a great tim's location thats a little poked away

Parking: Small parking lot but still a lot. Rarely full for very long.“

The outside of the restaurant shares a parking lot with the gas station and is downhill from Kent Building Supplies, which makes for a dirty lot.Other than the untidy lot, the interior is clean and the staff are friendly. As always, waiting in line is more quick and efficient than going through the drive thru as there are typically delays - especially on the weekends.“
