“Quick and extra friendly staff always make these Starbucks run great! When they’re not busy they always ask how our days going and if we have any plans, or some other pleasantry. This location has never run out of our order or even messed up an order of mine. And the line is never a long wait even if it’s long.This time they put cute stickers on our drinks and food packages.

“Wonderful spot to just chat, get out of the house, study, you name it. The staff is kind, be it in the drive through or in the store, and you feel welcome to stay and sit for a while. Every time I have gone it has been nice and my order has only ever been wrong once and they were quick to fix it.
It can get busy from time to time and there isn't a ton of parking but it has a nice amount of hours to pick from to choose when you make your visit.“

“I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“

“The staff at this location are some of the nicest people on the planet. Ash is the only one I know the name of, but they are just incredible. They are the sweetest ever when working cash and if you get a drink made by them it is your lucky day!! They always taste extra scrumptious. There are two other outstanding members working there I've noticed; frog tattoo guy and super cool hat guy. Unfortunately I haven't caught their names but both are so personable, so hardworking and do an amazing job making drinks! Really love stopping at this location to start my day or to finish a shift because I know the service, drinks and staff will be amazing. “I work in the mall and I ordered a soup. I asked for a soup, a chicken noodle soup not some chicken and pasta with a touch of broth! I asked the girl with a lot of tattoos in her hand to put some more broth, She looked at me and shook her head to some weird direction close the cup and handed it over to me. Then came the lovely young manager named Jinky who gave me some broth on a separate cup also offered me to replace the soup but the broth on a separate cup was enough for me. She is an amazing manager and obviously an asset for the store. I hope she improves the overall service quality as they already messed up with my Christmas donut before and try to put the blame on me which was really annoying!“
