“This place has such good vibes and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. They have a fine selection of coffee beans available for purchase, so if you’re a coffee lover, it's easy to find something unique to take home. I ordered a medium latte and paired it with a slice of banana bread—both were delicious and hit the spot perfectly!

It's a little expensive, but worth the money. The drive thru can be busy at times so please have patience with the employees when you go to sit in the restaurant.
Even though they were really busy, I was served promptly and the bys were very personable.“

“I like the people here. BUT, the management should know you put your best employee on front counter and not a newer employee. The drive thru is a team service. They work together..see things…steady… but in front you have so many different orders and Skip and Door Dash and app orders. I consistently see slower service in the front counter. I don’t know why you would do this because the counter customers are more like to walk out than those in drive thru. I am in here for 30 minutes I see the lines and reluctance of the customers. It is the bottom line..you would make more money with your best employee here“

“Food is very good, and I usually always go through the drive-thru, because I don't really like sitting in, but I did because I went with my grandmother. I noticed its a little crowded, and like cramped inside, but overall very nice service. What I also love is the diversity of the work force at Tim Hortons, it always brings a smile to my face. Good job :)

“I have been a regular visit at this Tims for the last 3 years and the service has improved considerably over the last few weeks. New staff is absolutely great, they are very warm and courteous. One of the very few Tims in the city that doesn’t use a single use cup to measure coffee when a customer brings their own mug. Staff here understand and appreciate “Bring your own mug” program“
“This Tim Hortons is located inside the Village Mall food court. The food court is clean and well-maintained. The staff here are friendly and approachable, offering quick service. It’s usually not too busy, making it a pleasant spot to grab a coffee or a bite.“
