“The restaurant offers a clean and inviting atmosphere, which is reflected in the quality of the food. The ribs were perfectly tender, and the two BBQ sauce options provided a nice variety. I particularly enjoyed the spicier sauce, as it delivered a more robust flavor. The mac and cheese was exceptional and alone made the visit worthwhile. However, the brisket was slightly underwhelming, as it was served a bit cold. With proper heating, I’m confident it would have matched the quality of the other dishes. Overall, a solid experience with a few minor adjustments needed.“

“The smoked turkey is Great! Excellent sausage. And melt in your mouth brisket. Yum yum yum. These meats were all 5 stars.
The only disappointment is the Prime Rib. Way overcooked. So much that there wasn't any red or pink in the center. All brown. In looking at a meat chart, this prime rib matched the well done image. Didnt see the color until i got home. It was for a special meal. So sad for such an expensive dinner. For this meat, 1 star.
Because everything I've had at Rudy's has been wonderful with one, big exception - the Prime Rib - I gave the food 4 stars.“

“Jesus was absolutely amazing and greeted me and my family with excellent customer service. His entire vibe and how he helped us and took our order made me really like being there. The food was amazing, prime ribs, brisket, 2 meat sandwiches, cream corn, and to wrap it up Rudy's barbecue sauce! 10/10 definitely coming back!!“

“No wait in drive thru even though there was a line but it was fast service. I've been here 2 times before and I always order the same thing, this time my burrito #8 no egg. It was warm and fresh. The last 2 times my burritos were cold like they were sitting in the fridge before being bagged and given to me.“

“SO happy they have opened for inside seating because it's so neat in there. Hours for inside 7:30 -2:30. Food is as good as ever (killer Western Hash Browns!).. can't wait to go back and do a rib plate!! Still a neat place to get good NM chow. Carne Adovada burritos aren't big but oh so good, loaded with tender meat, tasty red Chile. Western hash browns a must! An ABQ must!!“

“Always 5 star with Golden Pride. Now living out of state, this is a must every visit. We even order burritos to freeze and take back home with us!
#2, #9, and carne avocado with cheese burritos are our favorite. They have one of the best green Chile stu too!
Service is fast and friendly, never had an issue. Deco is old frontier style, like a step back in time.“

“Had the Pulled Pork Plate with Mac & Cheese, Cole Slaw and Corn Bread.
Definitely the best pulled pork I've had in Albuquerque. And the Mac & Cheese and Cole Slaw were really tasty. Corn bread could be better.
But definitely 5 stars. I'd definitely order from them again.“

“Great local BBQ. The gentleman who took the order and made the food was awesome. He was out of shrimp n grits but still was able to sell me some grits. Brisket and sausage was tasty. Both BBQ sauces were good. The potato salad was really different in a great way. This will become a frequent visit.“

“I love the food as it is a taste of home. I am from Memphis, TN and this is as close to home as you can get for great bbq. The only issue I have with them is I can not get delivery for the family when I have to go out of town.“

“Had to wait to be seated. Other people were seated first. Once served the ordering was easy and the waitress was great. When my shrimp and ctab soup came with my salad, it all looked beautiful. My first bite of the soup was "odd". I wasn't going to say anything because I was very satisfied with yummy bread and salad bit my server noticed and asked. She immediately offered a muiltude of options. I then ordered the potato soup instead. It came out immediately and great. Think, lots of cheese and enough spring onions that added a wonderful addition to the soup. The price was very reasonable and it ended up being a lovely lunch. The waitress did a great job recovering the situation, coming out saying both she and her manager thought the soup tasted and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Been a while since I've seen good se5vice. Will be going back.“

“My wife and I wanted to grab a bite at NewMex-A-Que food truck one night while we were food hunting. We spotted them parked outside bow and arrow brewery. We ordered Grilled cheese with carne and let me just say, the best food you'll ever try flavor wise. It'll leave your mouth watering wanting more because the taste and flavor is just so delicious! I also ordered brisket and it's cooked by two of the best 5 star people in the Albuquerque food truck industry! Support them because they are bringing quality food you will not be disappointed! Service was great, they have a great atmosphere, and always in a good mood which is contagious! My kind of spot to get food! Check out their menu for more choices or food! I'll definitely be going back!“

“Well I just cannot stomach all that salt they put on the baked potato. I wish they never started doing that. Next time I am just going to try and order a baked potato without the salt. They could even just rub all that salt off before cutting the potato. I just forget to request that. Lots of old people are on a low salt diet and this does not help. This is my very favorite restaurant in town.“
“Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change“
“This restaurant is inside of the Isleta Resort Casino in Albuquerque NM. I wanted to try the Green Hatch Chili Stew everyone said was so good. Well.....they didn't lie. It was really good. I also had the fried zucchini which amazing. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. Give it a try I think you will enjoy it.“

“It's been years since my husband and I ate here so on May 18 we stopped in; we live in another city 4 hours away. Our server Feliciti was FABULOUS. She was so attentive to all her tables. The food was amazing, as was the freshly made bread (worth the dough). We went in around 5PM and the place was starting to get busy. We both order 2 plate combos each of us had the chili rolled pork--in addition I got the pulled pork, side salad and coleslaw--all was fresh and great tasing. Husband got sausage, (pork) coleslaw and fries--he was in heaven. We decided we wanted dessert so we boxed up part of our meals so we could eat it for breakfast the next day as we were traveling home. I got the brownie, it was freaking huge; husband got cherry cobbler--he ate the whole thing!!! Definitely worth a visit next time you are in ABQ.“
