“Some of the best BBQ that you will find in Albuquerque!

Somewhat lacking in service from time to time. There is a waiter there that spilled a margarita all over a family member and this same waiter, on a different occasion, spilled ketchup on my purse. Orders can be a bit hit or miss on coming out correct.
I'm very iffy on the general atmosphere. I prefer to order pickup. It's extremely loud here. When they have a band on top of the everything else, it can be downright painful to sit through a meal ears intact. It's nearly impossible to hear other people across the table.

Oh and if you tell them it's someone's birthday, expect a giant rib“

“I came in to try some food for the first time. They had a delicious green chili macaroni and cheese. I thought it was absolutely excellent. The customer service was also great. “I love this place so much that I opt to have my birthday dinner here than at any fancy restaurant anytime. The barbecue is amazing and their sauce is the best around.
For dinner, I typically order the half-rack baby back ribs, half lb. Brisket moist, and can't resist their cream corn! Ice tea fans will not be let down...their tea is the best in town and always fresh brewed, not overly sweet. I usually mix the sweet and unsweet teas, but that's my taste preference.
For lunch, I definitely recommend their baked potatoes! 1 or 2 meat choices, or plain...all are great, and a fair deal if you want an inexpensive but barbeque craving-buster. They are actually huge... enough to save half for a light dinner later. Most of my favorite local Albuquerque barbecue restaurants are sadly gone now, but Rudy's definitely fills the void for some great, smoky barbeque!“

And this may be the best collard greens I have ever had too...fresh cut and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be eating here again soon!“

“Man o man do I love a Cubano. These guys delivered. I'm always on the hunt for a great Cubano and this one definitely hit all the notes.
The chicharron tacos or also very delicious.
Not a big fan of potato salad or coleslaw but they were decent.
Sitting outside of our favorite brewery is definitely a plus.
I would definitely eat again I would recommend it to a friend

“Well I just cannot stomach all that salt they put on the baked potato. I wish they never started doing that. Next time I am just going to try and order a baked potato without the salt. They could even just rub all that salt off before cutting the potato. I just forget to request that. Lots of old people are on a low salt diet and this does not help. This is my very favorite restaurant in town.“

“Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change“

“Had to wait to be seated. Other people were seated first. Once served the ordering was easy and the waitress was great. When my shrimp and ctab soup came with my salad, it all looked beautiful. My first bite of the soup was "odd". I wasn't going to say anything because I was very satisfied with yummy bread and salad bit my server noticed and asked. She immediately offered a muiltude of options. I then ordered the potato soup instead. It came out immediately and great. Think, lots of cheese and enough spring onions that added a wonderful addition to the soup. The price was very reasonable and it ended up being a lovely lunch. The waitress did a great job recovering the situation, coming out saying both she and her manager thought the soup tasted and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Been a while since I've seen good se5vice. Will be going back.“

“This restaurant is inside of the Isleta Resort Casino in Albuquerque NM. I wanted to try the Green Hatch Chili Stew everyone said was so good. Well.....they didn't lie. It was really good.
