“We lived in El Paso in the mid and late 1980's, and Griggs was our favorite Mexican food restaurant. We were recently in town for a retirement celebration and were overjoyed to hear about Peppe's. We were able to eat here twice and LOVED it. It's just like what we remembered--even down to the salsa bottles and giving you a Tootsie Roll at the end of your meal. The owner and his family were so friendly and the food so good. Thank you for keeping the Griggs food alive and well! 10 stars! :)“

“Always amazing breakfast!!! Our favorite is the green chilaquiles with over-easy eggs. Beans are made in-house. Tostadas are made in-house and so good! Their salsa is great! And hot. And always polite and sweet servers! I like them all ♡ By far our new favorite breakfast spot in the far west side!“

“Great little place off the beaten path with a really nice menu. Prices are a little high for the area, but the food is good and the serving sizes are huge!Service staff is very attentive and polite. Green Chile chicken enchiladas were delish!Bathrooms were a little ghetto, but no complaints overall. Decor is interesting and quite humorous. Fun family spot.“

“This is one-of-a-kind excellence! Go in and make some friends, eat some out-of-this-world New Mexican food, and drink some inexpensive beers. Everyone who's lived in Cruces misses Chope's when they move away. It's open again and better than ever. Wear your big kid pants and bring your taste for real New Mexican food.“

“The only thing I have ever had here is the Menudo and it is definitely on point. They take pride in the quality of it. They have a drive-thru but they are so busy you might have to wait a while but trust me it is worth it. The staff is always friendly the portions are and the menudo is wonderful and stands out when every place in town has Menudo. The hunt for good Menudo can be fun and frustrating and led me to this wonderful place. Glad I found it. It is located in an old military Quonset hut and parking can definitely be tricky but be patient it is worth it.“

“The best tamales in town! All food there is delicious. Lines are long outside, BUT THE LINE GOES BY FAST… My husband can’t stand too long, BUT SECURITY BROUGHT HIM A CHAIR TO SIT ON, it went by quick. Thank you!Parking: People come and go, so there is always parking available. If I did not pick other foods, is because I haven’t had them yet. Thank you!“
“I am from Minnesota, so not an exert with regards to Mexican food. That being said, this place rocks !!!! Chevo’s may look like a hole in the wall place, but the inside is immaculate. The tile floors shine. The food served there is so good. We even bought an extra dinner as carry out so we can enjoy Chevo’s tomorrow. Just a great food experience ! Bravo Chevo’s.“

“Is the best! I love it! I always come here, I'm a regular customer. They always taste very good, I would like them to open later than 3pm but it can't be closed hehe. It is very fresh and has good seasoning. Very friendly and fast. I just don't like DoorDash because it lets you order for pickup until 5pm and it's not open at that time anymore. I fought a lot to get my money back.“

“Well, I got to start with the food, it was delicious. My friend and I enjoyed every bite we took. The staff was friendly, communicating with us, always very attentive and respectful. Service was with an accurate time of waiting. Got to say that I did love the decorations, for being a Mexican restaurant, they were on point. Not too much but just culturally accurate. Some not too loud music would off been great. A little advice, if you're so hidden up on the slope, maybe you should place a bigger sign closer to the street, with lights that will let drivers know, Heeey we're here, come eat! Thank you for a great, pleasant time. Good job.Kid-friendliness: In my opinion, the restaurant is save, with open spaces and big enough for kids to be okay. The only thing is that kids shouldn't be left alone outside, it's close to a busy street and the restaurant is hidden.“

“Called in order. The service was great went 3 times this past week. I love it when you really don’t have to season food. Young ladies that took my order were amazing. The last order they didn’t answer the phone and I called about 8 times and she called me back. I was happy about that. Very clean and hospitable.“
“El Paso is our hometown. We try and visit yearly. This is one of our stops before heading back to Vegas. We usually buy 20-30 packs of tortillas to bring back home to the family here and keep some in the freezer ? hands down best tortillas ever! We grew up in westway this is a comfort spot for us ???? keep killing it! Thank you for always being super nice to our family when we come into town!“

The tortillas are always on point, not to mention the Chiple burritos. If you have a chance swing by Westway and grab yourself a burrito. Be prepared for long lines of loyal customers coming back over and over.4/5 stars, they need a bigger seating area for dine in.“

“This is the most amazing Barbacoa I've ever eaten anywhere in the USA and or Mexico. Very well worth getting off I 10 frwy and get your grubb on, its only open Friday Saturday and Sunday for now but they also service parties and large takeout orders. Did I mention that the Charro beans and everything else we have tried are also delicious ?? too. Very small place with only 2 tables and 4 chairs each, but don't let that stop you.Parking: The location for this restaurant is right on the corner under the traffic ? lights ?“

“Speedys is amazing from the staff to the food!! Speedys is a HUGE supporter of Canutillo residents including teachers and students. They are an institution and I encourage everyone to support this wonderful restaurant who continues to get bullied and threatened by elected officials.“
“Good food but there's only one employee working and it takes her a little longer to serve you specifically if there's more then one or two customers in front of you. But with a little patience, you will not regret itKid-friendliness: Hamburger, fries, chicken, nuggets ,“

“Food is amazing. I got the 12” ? Burrito de Chiles de Rellenos and the 12” ? Burrito Deshebrada a La Mexicana. Tortillas and meats were fresh. Well worth the walk from the nearby Flying J truck stop. It’s drive thru only, but I walked up and they took my order. I’ll be back ?“

“The food was really good it's worth the trip. But it's a breakfast & lunch 7 am to 2 pm only. It's about 5-10 minute wait it's little and doesn't look like much but it is good food and fresh. Service is great gave it 4 stars because it's not a pretty restaurant. It's a moma &papa place. When I drive through El Paso again I'm planning on stopping at Ernesto's.“
