“Fabulous food that changes seasonally! Every time we come to Taos, we make sure to book a reservation at Medley. Last night the creamy enchilada soup and trout was phenomenal!”

I had the Bison Tender Loin which was flavored and cooked to perfection and the carrot puree and broccolini were perfect compliments. The wife had King Salmon and it too was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We started with the Jumbo lump crab cake and was leery about the pimento cheese but after trying it it too as excellent! Wish I knew the Maitre D name but he was very accommodating and helpful. P.S. Make reservations for the dining room even on a Monday!!! The ambiance was phenomenal dining with the apple trees made for a perfect anniversary dinner. If ever in Taos this is a must on your bucket list and I know we will be back.”

The dulce de Leche mousse with heavy whipping cream will dance to its own smooth melody on your tongue. Frankly any of their chocolate selection that’s to the left of the counter when you walk in, is beyond heavenly as well.

Don’t forget to grab a couple of bars of chocolate on your way out, they are great to bring back to the family and for friends. No one will be mad at you for bringing them back chocolate perfection.

“My sweetie and I hardly ever go out to eat in this town, we usually just cook at home. However, the Trading Post is a staple that draws us out regularly.
Great, well rounded menu, good prices, and such talented cooks in that kitchen! 🤌The food is always cooked to absolute perfection and the service is great! Shout out to the new server who was there tonight, you were awesome! And shoutout to the whole staff for always providing a great experience all around. “Love this place. The cocktails are fantastic, and the bartenders are always friendly. We love the live music, and the volume and acoustics are perfect, to still be able to have a conversation and enjoy the entertainment. This is our go-to in Taos and we bring all of our out-of-town guests.”

“This spot is super cute and has an excellent menu<3 I stopped through while road tripping for a cozy morning beverage. The space was clean and well decorated, and the restroom was similarly cute and tidy. I ordered the toasted cardamom latte, it was yummy and well-balanced with the cardamom flavor coming through and the espresso still being present. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Taos!!”
