“I have been enjoying Toribios food for many years now. Over 12 years my wife and I tried many items on the menu. However, my favorite is the breakfast burrito. On many fly fishing trips up north, Toribios is my last stop before leaving town. Armed with my breakfast burrito, hot coffee, and fly fishing gear it is just a wonderful way to start the day. At least to this customer.“

“We had the Spanish Tortilla and French toast. I got a lavender grey hot tea and my wife got coffee both were great. The Spanish tortilla came with a sour pesto and very nice toasts to utilize it with. The French toast was three high covered in 🍓 🍌 and maple syrup 😋 👌 the bread base was firm and the batter was lightly caramelized cinnamon sugar. So big we had to share.“

“I’ve been living here for a year now and this was my first time at Manzanita. It’s definitely the best quality meal I’ve had in Taos. The staff is super chill and friendly. The ambience is delightful. And the food is top notch. Highly recommend to locals and visitors alike.“

While no one talks about what goes on at Bread Club, I will let you in on a secret.
The prosciutto and peach croissant is to die for. Flaky crust and the right mix of savory and sweet.

“The avocado toast is great and the reuben sandwich with Thai slaw is life changing! THEN we heard they have a turkey reuben with green chili! WHAT??? Next time, next time.“
“I had a small house salad. It was huge! and so good. The greens were fresh, crisp, and not bitter. The wings were perfect. The seasoning was outstanding. Not so overwhelming to hide the taste of the chicken. Five stars!“

“I was staying across the street and saw the food pics online and decided to give the Sagebrush Grill a try. I arrived around 4:30 and had my pick of tables. I ordered the Sagebrush Chicken and it arrived about 15 minutes later. Everything on my plate was delicious. The chicken was perfectly grilled and well seasoned. But I think the vegetables were the standout. A mixture of squash and peppers, they were also well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I could have eaten just a plate of the veggies and been perfectly happy.
I feel value offered here is outstanding. No doubt I will eat here again before I leave Taos.“

“A dining room fit for royalty I discovered this resort and restaurant through Chatgpt and was not disappointed. This is one of the most beautiful dining rooms I've seen in a long time. The food and service were excellent. The highlights of our meal included the green chilie bread and the s'mores volcano--it looks like a Baked Alaska but instead of meringue, the toasted topping is marshmallow with chocolate cake, graham crackers, and hazelnut ice cream inside.“
