“The Huevos Rancheros and Chile Relleno were some of the best we’ve ever eaten! We enjoy traveling New Mexico for the unique style of flavors of Mexican food only found in this state! The red and green sauces were the authentic deep flavors and the salsa is zappy but flavorful. Our waitress, Leslie encouraged us to try the Calabacitas and tasty whole Borracho Beans? Both were beyond any we’ve eaten previously. Leslie gave us excellent service and was very friendly. The ambience is dated authentic adobe with bright colors and mural paintings. We highly recommend La Nuevo Casita Cafe!“

“We stopped here on our way out of Las Cruces heading home to Denver. Small, quaint, and so welcoming. The food was amazing. The breakfast enchiladas were so good. I had mine Christmas. The red chile had a nice spice and the green was so flavorful. The cinnamon pecan coffee was very good. Also, our server, Rachel was friendly, informative, and oh so nice. We definitely recommend this place. 5 stars.“

Yvonne was a great waitress and we were a group of 14! She didn’t write down our selections and brought us everything we asked for! No mistakes! She a pro so ask for her! “Food was great and chips and salsa but asked for 2 barbecue tacos and told only sold in 3? Okay, why are you serving onions and cilantro on the side? Just give me the taco with nothing to build? Got a sprite bottle with tip
close to 17 for 3 tacos and a soda. Not returning.“

“Possibly one of the best chile rellenos I’ve ever had. The monster margarita was $13 and well worth it however, when I originally asked her how much it was, she quoted me $10. Great service and I had an awesome server. I thought the refried beans had an odd texture to it though. I was sitting in the bar area. I’ve never heard of a restaurant charging you $1 for a side of flour tortillas The dining area lights were a little harsh. Also, if you pay with a credit card you get charged a little bit more. I know I’m splitting hairs here. I would give it an 8.5.“

I decided to try Miguel‘s out and I’ve been coming here for the last 67 months due to the excellent service and great tasting food I would recommend this place. “This is a hidden gem!. Fresh delicious food, short wait times, great customer service. A lot of restaurants(not all) in Las Cruces have obviously lowered their standards in customer service & food quality unlike Enriques Mexican Food! They're prices are cheap compared to other places. Pay em a visit folks you won't regret it or feel ripped of like a lot places around here. I recommend their burritos! They're hearty as heck and you can get 2 for only $10.40!! That can feed most people for the day.“

My husband and my daughter's family have also returned. My husband loves the fajitas and I love the Chicken Mesilla. Thank you for the 5 star service!!!“

“The Restaurant has been here in las Cruces for a while now, which means it's getting old, which means an other thing, needs upgrades. Everytime I order food thru the drive thru, the machine is old. The prices are great and the atmosphere is fantastic. They just need new equipment.“

“First time there. My little sister and I had gordotas, with the hamburger meat. Not as crispy as my mama's, but, they were good. The sopapias were raw inside. Was told they will be extending the hours until 1900 hours. They closed at 1500 hours, we got there alittle before, so still good. Sure they were also ready to go home.“

My husband had the shrimp cocktail, which he liked but he said he would order something different the next time because he wants to see what other dishes they make. I had the ceviche with shrimp and octopus. Very tasty! Atmosphere is very basic but mostly because it is a very small place. Probably around eight or nine tables. I would go back.“
