“We tried them for the 1st time at the ABQ Food Truck fest and my lord was it yummy! All I ate at the truck fest was BBQ (about 7 or so trucks) there and this was so good, top 3!!!! We got the pulled pork with some mac and cheese (and they were kind enough to let us sample their brisket!) The Brisket has sooooo much flavor and great texture! The pork was was juicy, tender, and delicious! I wasn't a huge fan of the sauce (my husband def liked it) but, the food was so good, no sauce needed! The mac and cheese was fluffy, cheesy, thick, and gooey! And the staff! Oh my they were so sweet! Like talking with old friends! And you could tell they were very passionate about the food! I absolutely recommend trying!“

“We stop here often when we have to go to Albuquerque. Always friendly staff and great food. My little boy love the corn on the cob. My older boys love the brisket and ribs. My wife and I love the pulled pork sandwich and this last visit I tried the brisket sandwich and it was great.“

“I've been stopping in here for BBQ for many years - they always have delicious food! I enjoy the moist brisket, jalapeno sausage, red potatoes and the chocolate pudding. The food is reasonably priced and the wait time is usually minimal. Definitely a great place for a BBQ meal.“

We went back a couple of days ago, after calling to make sure the IOU was still valid and everything went smoothly. We ordered more food than the IOU order and ate at the restaurant. The chicken sandwich was great! The service was amazing! The restaurant was also super clean.“

I won't ding someone for the restaurant being great but you catered our lunch today and we ordered several sandwiches for the sales team
And the last couple times its been so salty we cant eat them

“I accidentally stumbled upon this food truck when I was trying to find a spot to take my lunch. I was trying not to spend money… however, I smelled it and couldn’t resist! I’m so glad I did, the best pulled pork Mac n cheese I’ve ever had. They actually make some cheese bits crispy how I love them. I was also shocked how much I got for $12! Definitely going to be back to try some other items 😋“

“The food is amazing, I always go to my tried and true filet mignon. The cooks have never done less than perfect on this cut of steak from the several times that I have been to this establishment. Kiana and Gabby are the stars of the show here. If you ever have any problems, ask for them and they are more than willing to get any problem you have sorted out for you. They are the most kind and generous hostesses a restaurant could have. They have you seated in a very reasonable amount of time and they truly care about your experience here at Longhorn. The only qualm I have about this place is that the soap is a little to watery for my liking, it doesn't get a good lather on the hands....unfortunate. Nonetheless, the other members of the staff are great as well, they are very kind when serving you your food, and have great recommendations. If you want the best food experience here, I would recommend getting the porterhouse or the rack of ribs and brussel sprouts or the mac and cheese as a side. You get bang for your buck money every time you go here. The food possibilities are endless here, you could probably parm crust your parm crust for all I know! Kiana and Gabby do a phenomenal job of getting you what you want every time. They both deserve a raise, they have done such an amazing job every time I have walked into this business. I never leave Longhorn wanting anything more than what I got. Why eat anywhere else?“
