“We ordered from here on Monday for the first time and it was Soo amazing. There was a slight mix up with our order but the Owner fixed it with no issues. “The place was clean, but the decor and atmosphere feels like a hole in the wall restaurant. It’s pretty simple and the dining area is small. However, the service was wonderful and waiter was attentive. The sushi presentation was beautiful and menu variety is great. One item I got was the sushi dinner bento box ($22) which came with 8 nigiris (salmon, yellowtail, and tuna). The other one was the King Dragon Roll ($17.25). Both were delicious and seasoned well. The total came out to almost $50 with tip for 2 people. Which is kind of a lot compared to other places I’ve been in abq, but it’s worth a try if you’ve never been before.“

“Fun environment (big flames!), really friendly service, and good food. Nothing that truly stood out, but good enough - hibachi is partly about the experience after all. Sushi was good too. The only disappointment was the surprisingly bland Miso soup. That's hard to mess up but they did!“

“If you’re looking for back to back boats of sushi this is the place! There’s no way you’re not leaving completely stuffed. For some reason, there’s always a video of the ocean being played. That’s pretty cool. Also, they have a bunch of Christmas decorations, which I don’t mind year round! sure, there’s some better options out there for fine dining, sushi , but this is a cheap good quality meal. Also, there’s always plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility!“

“They wouldn't let u put the veggies on side or in different container they said they couldn't put them on the side that we would have to order the meal plain and then buy a side of veggies my sister just left it the way it was and picked out “

“Female staff there is excellent she works all the time as they're understaffed. Don't care for the manager as he is kinda rude and not very understanding. Teriyaki is good but I love the Chinese dumplings and egg rolls. I don't like their sweet and sour sauce so I have to pay 60 cents a piece for a very small chilli which is very good but I should be able to substitute but no per manager. I also get plenty of soy sauce and Chinese mustard which I haven't been charged for as of yet. They are hiring as are all their locations. The Female staff that works all the time is friendly courteous and deserves a raise and recognition from the owners. 4th street location.“

“Five stars across the board. Other family members of mine have always raved about this place, and I finally got to enjoy it this evening. The sushi was excellent, the sake was tip-top, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Like a TRUE family restaurant. It’s a favorite now, and I can’t wait to be back.

“This place is amazing. The sushi chef is an artist. His work is beautiful, and tastes great. This is by far the best sushi I have ever tasted. When I first tried them he was using purple sweet potatoes, so some of his sushi was purple. It was beautiful and tastes so good. He was also using fruit. Which was visually pleasing and also gave a unique flavor. I really wish he would continue to make sushi his way. But even if he doesn't it is still the best I have ever had. Anywhere else I have been I have had to cover my sushi in feel sauce. Not here, it is so good on it's own. All I can say is YUMM!!!.“

“The sushi roll and 25 piece sashimi were both really good. Fish tasted fresh and the sashimi pieces were generous and had nice textures. They served the sashimi platter with fresh wasabi which was a delicious surprise.

Staff was nice enough, but they really never came back to check on us or refill our water. I had to flag down another server to get more ginger. We were sitting at the sushi bar, so maybe that’s a part of it since our backs are turned.“
