“We just went to this lovely place for lunch. From the french fries to the Stromboli to the turkey focaccia sandwich. Everything was super good. Service was excellent so is the iced tea. And the french fries I have to say that again cause we got an extra order I love this place I should've took a picture but I didn't stop when you have some time to relax and enjoy some good food!”

“Always bright and cheery. The Air Force Pararescue heritage is near and dear to my heart. My favorite is the Azteca- dark chocolate mocha w/Red Chile, pure Albuquerque. Beautiful stop on a bike or jog up and down Tramway.”

“This is our new favorite spot! We have been here several times now and every time, the food is delicious, the staff is speedy and kind, and the restaurant is ambient and spotless. The lunch and dinner bento boxes are our favorite; we love the tempura and ginger salad that come with the choice of entree and rice, not to mention the choice of soup at the beginning- you really get a lot for what you pay! We also tried some sushi today for the first time and loved it, despite us both being a lil picky about sushi. Would highly recommend this spot for both casual and upscale occasions! We can’t wait to try more off the menu :)”

“Very good unassuming place, found it on a google restaurant search. The service was spectacular the young gal behind the counter was very friendly. Parking lot was a little crowded but it appears to be mostly a call in or take to go place. The food was as very tasty, fresh and boxed nicely for travel. The potato salad appeared to be homemade and was wonderful which is uncommon in larger fast food places. My husband had the cheeseburger special and the bun to patty ratio was just right. I have the smoked ham sandwich and it had just the right moisture so as to be tasty without being sloppy. The small seating area is only available for a few at a time and restroom availability is thru the kitchen area. I think that as the business grows so will the space. Overall a better place to stop when traveling than the usual fast food grab spots. I always search for local small businesses when traveling. Support local and small if possible.”

“Always a pleasant experience, worth the drive up from town. Coffee and staff are fantastic, kid loves the tea. Beautiful location.Vegetarian options: Alternative milks, and I believe vegan burritos but I can't do gluten so never tried.”

“This is a fantastic little pizza joint! There is a small dine-in area, but we ordered takeout. A large sausage, mushrooms and onions. It was delicious. Hot and ready when we arrived 20min after calling it in. I love that they double cut the slices into smaller slices! We also ordered a spinach salad and a garden salad. Both were packaged perfectly and the salad dressings were delicious! I think I might have to order again before I head home from visiting family in Placitas.”

“We visited Boxing Bear our first night in town and we loved the location. VERY dog friendly, great beer and several restaurants in the same strip center so lots of food variety. I could see this as a very regular hangout for locations with all those positives. We will visit again when we are back in town.”

The setting is lovely, the staff is friendly and efficient, but unobtrusive and the management gives you the impression that they are delighted you have come to visit. It is a great place for celebrations, small groups, or a low-key getaway. You might want to try it.”

“Went there the first time last week. The burgers were amazing. Meat was so fresh. GM was so friendly and told us the meat comes from a farm in Iowa and that Burger Boy grinds that meat into hamburg right on the premise. The sweet girl who took our order was very welcoming and kind. We'll be regulars! Thanks!”

“The store itself is just fine. This review is for the grill and more so specifically the breakfast burritos. I’ve tried them a few times and they just aren’t good.The biggest problem with them to me is obvious - they’re dry AF. Next to zero moisture and what little cheese it has doesn’t really melt and soak in, but instead is just a lump.I’m used to juicy burritos and these are the opposite. The taste is average. If you should ever buy one… make sure you get a drink with it so you don’t get burrito stuck in your throat.”
