“My wife and I dined at The Pink Adobe on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. There was no wait time as we had a reservation. It was a special occasion, my wife's birthday. The ambiance was very nice; we sat inside as the music outside was a bit loud. Our waiter was very pleasant, although seemingly a bit overwhelmed. The food was very good but we were a bit shocked at the small size of the beet salad. We opted to share it and it would have been very little for one person. In addition, we were charged $8 for sharing. We were not informed about this charge ahead of ordering. We were pleasantly surprised to be served the traditional Pink Adobe apple pie as a birthday treat. All in all, it was a nice experience.“

“There is nothing we don’t love about this restaurant. The food is “real” New Mexican with some excellent special touches by the chef. The ambiance is wonderful, and the decor is authentic. Even the music is well selected and at a volume that enables pleasant conversation during the meal. The staff is helpful, responsive and friendly. A special shout out to Daniel, who is appropriately attentive and professional, always with a smile. Already looking forward to our next visit!“

“If you are in Santa Fe you absolutely have to visit Tres Colores! We were up there with family and friends for my dad's internment in the national cemetery. There were 13 of us that showed up for lunch without calling ahead. The space is small but they didn't even bat an eye. They quickly slid tables and chairs together and seated us. Service was excellent and the food was some of the best I've ever had. The presentation was beautiful and flavor was phenomenal. I don't think I will ever be satisfied with nachos from anywhere else. It was so well balanced. I am grateful for the hospitality they provided and will always remember this experience.“

“We are always recommending this place to our guests so we decided to check it out for ourselves and we were not disappointed. Owner brought a grande margarita that was sooo tasty. We ordered the combo plates. Huge portions and so very tasty. Tina was such a gracious host, Sopapillas were huge and lots of honey. Oh, we will definitely be returning!!“

“The food at La Choza is excellent. There are a ton of vegetarian options, and the green chiles and margaritas are delicious. We went to this restaurant 2 out of 3 days we were in Santa Fe, and if we were staying longer, we would go again. The server our second night was Luis. We had never met such an outstanding server. Luis made sure we had all the information to order something we would enjoy. He noticed that some crema was left off of my chile relleño before I even noticed, and he immediately sent some to the table. He was friendly, and when we mentioned what an excellent job he did, he said it was because he loves people. I hope you get to meet him while you are eating there!“

“Relatable neighborhood, and charming. The menu is full of unique dishes, as well as a solid roster of comfort. Prices are reasonable, about 20 per person before drinks and tax. Nestled in a residential neighborhood you can drive by it without noticing, but its worth it looking out for. Outside seating is perfect for nice weather days. Special without being fussy. 10/10“

“Excellent food and service, I had the banana bread french toast that was so flavorful no syrup needed. My husband had the burrito and loved it. The coffee was sourced from Kenya and was constantly refilled needless to say the service was suburb. Highly recommend“

“I love love living by Posas. I've had just about everything on the menu and not one disappointment. Recently I ordered off their catering menu for a lil baby shower I was having, and everything was a hit, they loved the food. Even in bulk this place rocks. Can't go wrong here I've even gotten some of the frozen items they have and just as good as fresh stuff. I will forever be a fan n frequent customer. B“

“We were seated very promptly and were well attended to throughout the meal with good interaction from our server. The food was excellent. We started with the Mexican shrimp cocktail and a small basket of bread including small blue corn cakes, and bread . For our meal, we split the steak tenderloin and enchiladas, and it was cooked perfectly and was more than enough food for two people . For dessert, we had a cappuccino and a Tres Leche cake, which was very good. “

“We went to Los Amigos after visiting Meow Wolf. Family of 4- kids 5 & 8. Tortilla chips were delicious- fresh & not greasy- salsa had a good kick but not too spicy. *Loved* the guacamole but the cheese dip was chunky- similar to Rotel melted w Velveeta. The decor was cozy & well chosen, consistent w Southwestern theme. Felt like a local eatery- best kept secret. Kids had chicken strips (2 HUGE pieces) & grilled cheese. Both were fully eaten. Mom had 2 chicken enchiladas w red sauce & Dad had a special. Both came w a sopaipilla & honey. We cleaned our plates. But the crowning glory was the massive piece of 4-layer chocolate cake. We're talking Guiness World Book level size. So big that the 4 of us couldn't finish it!!! Will be back again- no question!“

“Had a wonderful leisurely late lunch of the lamb shank…it was absolutely delicious. Met Michael Linder, the owner, who was so incredibly friendly. A New Yorker transplanted to New Mexico.

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Sopaipilla Factory Restaurant in Pojoaque, while I stopped by the Peoh Cultural Center and I must say, it was a truly relaxing experience. This is clearly a place where families, both local and tourist alike, can come together and enjoy great Northern Mexican food. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful dining experience.
For my lunch break, I chose the Carne Adovada plate, and it did not disappoint. The chile had just the right amount of spice (New Mexico Mild), perfectly complementing the tender pork. The Spanish rice was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of ingredients, and while the mashed beans weren't fresh, they were still quite good. The Sopaipilla was cooked perfectly with crispy top and the honey infused butter was out of this world, I swear the butter was home made by it's creamy texture, consistency and taste.
I found the prices to be fair, especially considering the generous portions. My waitress was also incredibly attentive and had a truly pleasant personality, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend the Sopaipilla Factory to anyone looking for a delicious and comfortable dining experience in Pojoaque.“

“Good food, I ordered the chicken quesadilla, but ended up getting blue corn tortilla chicken enchiladas for some reason. No biggie though, I can eat chicken enchiladas just as well as a quesadilla! I ordered a side of Green chili, hoping that the green chili would be super hot, but as a native New Mexican it wasn't that hot at all.“

Place is clean and quiet in the day, higher end setting I bet is beautiful at night. The server who helped me was experienced and to the point. I look forward to trying more dishes.“
