“The food is "diner good", and worth another visit. I got a pasta and half sandwich which were tasty. But the side Caesar salad was basically a plate of dressing. Not good.
But the drink setup, super clean seating area, and very nice staff make this a 10/10 do over.“

“Jersey mikes has the best sandwiches on earth. The original Italian #13 “mikes way” is the way to go. Super fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The best part is the employees, are always very welcoming and work with a smile, which is amazing. Thank you to the staff !! Very inviting and super clean stores. Highly recommend. “

“First time here! Atmosphere is chill. Lots of sandwich options for everyone. Unique flavors with some traditional choices as well. Our food came out perfect and staff were extremely patient and kind with ordering. Will come back again! 10/10 recommend ?

“The reason it doesn't get 5 stars for me is because of delivery; otherwise, it's great food and dine-in service is acceptable. ... I called in a sandwich meal at 11:05 a.m. and said I'd need it delivered across the street by 12:05 p.m. (my lunch break isn't the longest). App said it was barely getting prepared at 12:10, then the Uber driver arrived at 12:22. Based on the app's tracking, it appeared the Uber driver made decent time. So, I'll be one-and-done with delivery from JJ. But I'll still dine in 👍🏼“

“The ladies working Today was absolutely adorable! I told them how the subway by the university were being so rude to me and canceled my order because they didn't honor what the app had offered! The girls here at this location gave me an apology and made everything so much better! Thank you again ladies!!“

“The food, as always, was fresh and delicious!!! The lady working was alone, and she was super busy, and had a store full when I walked in for my online order. She was the sweetest, and never lost her cool, and handled it like a pro!! Wish I had caught her name to let her boss know how awesome of an employee she is!!“
