“Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. The green chile cheese burger was delicious as was the black bean vegetarian burger my friend got. The waffle fries were tasty and a nice treat. We were looking for a nice dessert of ice cream and were delighted to order their homemade apple pie a la mode. Just a fabulous end to a super delicious lunch! Thank you, we will be back and will recommend your family owned and operated Enchanted restaurant to all our friends 🧡 Well done!“

“We stopped here for lunch one day while traveling through Taos. We had the best chicken nachos ever. Great flavor and no greasy residue. Whole beans, grilled chicken and considerable toppings. The staff was outstanding, engaging and professional. I highly recommend stopping here for good eats in a non pretentious environment.“

“I was honestly blown away at the selection, creativity, and taste! The menu has so many good New Mexican options. The food tastes home cooked like your grandma made it. I might take a trip back up to Taos just to eat there! It’s a must try.“

“The food and service were excellent, and it tasted just like home cooking. I especially enjoyed the various choices of beans, rice, and calabacitas. I would highly recommend Maria's if you happen to be in Taos.“

“I have been enjoying Toribios food for many years now. Over 12 years my wife and I tried many items on the menu. However, my favorite is the breakfast burrito. On many fly fishing trips up north, Toribios is my last stop before leaving town. Armed with my breakfast burrito, hot coffee, and fly fishing gear it is just a wonderful way to start the day. At least to this customer.“

“We loved everything we tried at De La Tierra. In the restaurant they allow you to order from the restaurant or bar menu. Both have a great selection. Fair warning the portions are HUGE!!! All of us should have split. As a party of five we tried a lot of things on the menu. The mushroom toast appetizer was delicious and the lobster kimchi risotto although pricey was very creative. The bar drinks were all great and equally creative. For entrees we tried the salmon, steak frites, chicken schnitzel (this is big enough for 3 almost, and a Ruben with a side salad. Absolutely everything was stellar and we all took home a box. The salmon was a huge portion and cooked perfectly medium rare as well was the steak frites. The chicken schnitzel was super crispy on a bed on the most amazing mashed potatoes I've tasted in a long time. The Ruben was excellent but the creamy herb dressing on my side salad was described as an herb ranch. I loved it. It was very herby and creamy something I would recreate for my daily salads. We all had the lavender cream brûlée for dessert and there was not a drop left. Service was very attentive all the way around. We will definitely be back.“

“Yes. I am the guy who always wants to know where the really good food is. Even in a small town, there’s always something good. Found it in Taos: the Taos Chicharron Burrito (it’s a food truck). The Chicharron Burrito was divine. Simple. Fresh, hot tortilla filled with Chicharron, perfect beans, and cheese. Crunchy, yet chewy, and absolutely delicious. Sitting under a big red umbrella under the beautiful blue sky and listening to the distant sound of Mexican radio, spatulas clacking, and happily talking. I’ll be back.“

“Been camping through Colorado and NM for the last week, and always enjoy ending our drive in Fort Worth with a drive from Taos. The food here is fantastic and hot! Great portions and good NM twist that we don’t get in DFW! Good luck to the cashier that drew an elk tag!“

“Man!!! Everything was A-MA-ZING! Raylyn was our server & she was Fantastic! Hubby had Shrimp Al Mojo De Ajo & said it was yummy! I had the New Mexican Combination...1 Chile Relleno, 1 Cheese Enchilada, & 1 Pork Tamale. All 3 were delicious. The Pork Tamale was the best tamale I've had... not just masa...it was full of Pork! I had pinto beans and posole for my sides & YUM!!! Any time we're in Taos, we're going back!“

“⭐️ Cozy Southwest Vibes & Live Music Nights in Taos 🎶
If you’re visiting Taos and looking for a warm, authentic New Mexico experience, Sagebrush Grill & Cantina is the perfect stop. Located inside the historic Sagebrush Inn & Suites, this place combines rustic charm, local culture, and a friendly atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed.
We came on a cold evening when the mountain air was freezing, and walking into this adobe-style restaurant felt like stepping into a cozy retreat wooden beams, handcrafted chairs, candles on the tables, and soft live music in the background. The band played blues and country classics, and the vibe was simply perfect.
I ordered a House Margarita, asked for it less sweet and it was fresh, crisp, and balanced exactly how a margarita should be. They also offer great craft cocktails like the Dark & Stormy or Spicy Moscow Mule, plus local Taos Mesa Porter and La Cumbre beers on tap. Service was kind and attentive, and prices were fair for the quality and ambiance.
If you’re staying nearby or just passing through Taos, this is a must-visit spot for a relaxing dinner, a drink by the bar, or simply to enjoy the Southwest spirit with live music and a genuine smile. 🎺🌵🍸“
