“I have been enjoying Toribios food for many years now. Over 12 years my wife and I tried many items on the menu. However, my favorite is the breakfast burrito. On many fly fishing trips up north, Toribios is my last stop before leaving town. Armed with my breakfast burrito, hot coffee, and fly fishing gear it is just a wonderful way to start the day. “Yes. I am the guy who always wants to know where the really good food is. Even in a small town, there’s always something good. Found it in Taos: the Taos Chicharron Burrito (it’s a food truck). The Chicharron Burrito was divine. Simple. Fresh, hot tortilla filled with Chicharron, perfect beans, and cheese. Crunchy, yet chewy, and absolutely delicious. Sitting under a big red umbrella under the beautiful blue sky and listening to the distant sound of Mexican radio, spatulas clacking, and happily talking. I’ll be back.“
