“If you're craving authentic Indian flavors, The Adda Indian Eatery is a delightful spot that doesn’t disappoint. We tried their chole bhature and a cup of chai, and both were a hit. The chole was rich, well-spiced, and perfectly balanced—not overly oily, which is often the case elsewhere. The bhature came out hot and fluffy, with just the right amount of crisp on the outside and softness inside. It’s the kind of comfort food that makes you feel right at home. To top it off, their **tea** was just as impressive—brewed strong with aromatic spices, slightly sweet, and served piping hot. It paired beautifully with the meal and rounded off the experience nicely. The ambiance was cozy with a casual, homely vibe, and the staff were friendly and attentive. “Nice clean cosy feeling restaurant with friendly attentive staff. Dosa, curry, rice and naan were carefully presented and very tasty, mango lassi was especially tasty. Highly recommend.“

“Besharam Bar and Grill delivered a very mixed experience. The service, however, was truly outstanding and deserves full credit. Our server was extremely thoughtful and attentive throughout the visit—easily a 5/5 for service.
We had ordered a curry at medium spice level, but it turned out to be overwhelmingly spicy to the point where we could not continue eating it. Even then, the server went above and beyond. Despite us saying not to, they proactively replaced our naan, explaining that by the time the curry was remade, the bread would have gone cold. That level of consideration really stood out.
To make up for the experience, they also treated us to a complimentary kulfi, which was excellent—rich, authentic, and delicious.
Unfortunately, the kitchen did not match the same level of service. The cooks were not accommodating at all, even for a simple request for a child. We asked for something as basic as sautéed paneer and were willing to pay full price or any additional charge, but the request was refused. We also wanted to order a sizzler listed on their website, but it was missing from the in-store menu and the kitchen declined to prepare it. Instead, they offered limited alternatives that did not meet our needs.
Overall, while the servers made every effort to improve our experience and clearly cared about customer satisfaction, the food and lack of flexibility from the kitchen were disappointing. The spice levels were excessive and lacked balance, making the dish inedible for us.
This is a 4-star experience solely because of the exceptional service. The kitchen, however, would receive 0 stars.“

“Food was excellent. Dishes come at a medium spice level, but they happily adjust—adding a bit of extra cream to the butter chicken made the heat perfect for me. We ordered the butter chicken, palak aloo, chana masala, and raita. The pakora was honestly the best we’ve had in years. Staff were warm and attentive, portions are generous (naan is easily enough for two), and the atmosphere is very casual.“

“Best Restaurant in town !!!!! We had our Team dinner and booked the hall and food with Bombay Bistro, they really took care of everything. The Ambience was very beautiful. The food was Hot and very fresh. The food was very authentic and we loved the taste very much. The service was excellent. The desserts were made fresh and brought straight out of kitchen. In Specific their Aloo Tikki was out of the world. The whole team is Very Professional. Keep up the Great work Guys.“

“When a friend decided to visit after many years, we thought we’d make the occasion special by trying the Mother’s Day buffet here after spotting it on Facebook. On the way, we noticed the restaurant had a 3.6-star rating, which honestly made us a little unsure about what to expect.

But the moment we stepped inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the elegant fine-dining ambience. I had expected more of a traditional “dhaba-style” setting, so this was unexpected in a good way. The dinner buffet did start a little later than the advertised time, likely because they had a very busy lunch service beforehand.

While waiting, we ended up reading several mixed reviews online, but our own experience turned out to be far better. We enjoyed almost every item on the buffet. The lamb biryani, tandoori chicken, and soft naans were especially delicious. The Hakka noodles were slightly too spicy for our taste, and the samosa chaat had become a little soggy, though it was still flavorful. The only dish we truly didn’t enjoy was the aloo gobi.

One thing that surprised me was the cafeteria-style serving system where staff served the food onto our plates. But think, it helps in controlling food wastage. The “no eating with hands during buffet” policy felt a bit odd — especially eating tandoori chicken or naans etc is best enjoyed the traditional way!

The servers were friendly and polite throughout. One staff member in particular was doing her best to handle all the tables while also answering nonstop phone calls. On a busy occasion like Mother’s Day, it really felt like there should have been at least one more staff member helping out the front area.

The ambience and overall setup were beautiful. The only downside was that the buffet area became a bit congested once queue formed, which could disturb the nearby tables. Thankfully, we were seated in another section, so it didn’t affect us too much.

“Uniquely fantastic South Asian food! I've been eating here for years, at the Seaport Market, catering meals from them for family and colleagues, and eating the frozen dinners that I can buy from Noggin's in town. This food really puts time and care into flavours and healthiness. Excellent chutneys, outstanding sauces. I recommend when you stop by, just ask Jaskirat or Shelly what they recommend today and eat whatever they suggest - you'll never be disappointed! Of late I've been loving the vegan mixed vegetable curry - so flavourful!“
