This Tims used to be great, but now there are so many refuges working there that cannot speak good english and cannot understand you that you get your order wrong EVERY TIME. I am disappointed that I see no culture diversity there and that infact there is just all indians. There must be a indian manager hiring all their culture because there is NO DIVERSITY HERE. I feel as though Tims are taking advantage of the tax credit that they get from the government for refuges of tims only paying them $10 and the rest goverment funded, but this is not benefiting customers but actually loosing customers.
Disappointed as when I went there today i ordered 2 drinks which BOTH were made wrong, I go in to tell them and i am looked at like i have 10 heads. THERE IS A COMMUNICATION BARRIER. By the end of them remaking it it was still wrong. I believe it is because they cannot understand what your asking because they can barely speak english. I asked for a tea with no sugar i got sugar, i asked for a cold drink with extra sugar i got none. WONT BE BACK AND SADLY I LIVE CLOSE SO WILL BE MAKING THE EXTRA MILES TO GO ELSEWHERE.
