Tim Hortons in Lower Sackville

“Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“I stop by the Tim Hortons at Beaver Bank and Glendale fairly often, and I’ve noticed a real improvement lately. The staff are more upbeat, the service is faster, and overall it just feels more organized than it used to.

My coffee’s been fresh every time, and the food (usually a bagel or wrap for me) is made properly and served quickly, even when it’s busy. It used to be hit or miss, but lately they’ve been a lot more consistent.

There’s definitely been a positive change here, and it shows. It’s a solid spot now, and I’ll keep coming back.

“I go to this Tim Hortons on Cobequid road in Lower Sackville every morning for my original latte and I find the staff great, the service is exceptionally fast and the latte's are very tasty. Actually better lattes than other coffee shops in my opinion.“

“Please.. LISTEN to the order, punch it in, so you reference it back when preparing it. We don't order complicated things. A medium coffee black with 2 sugar does not require a masters degree to make. An extra large French vanilla should be just that, not a large, a medium.. or any other size. Please 🙏 pay attention. Also, you don't have to offer a free side dish of guilt that you're closing soon. I think every Canadian knows how the system works with Tim Hortons; don't try to change it and degrade the service to match your efforts. Get with it, it's not hard!!“

“The staff is awesome! This location really feels like an old-school diner where people remember your order and remember your name. Have never had a bad experience here. Dealing with the onslaught of students at lunchtime can't be easy and none of the staff seem to complain at all. I'd go out of my way to come here!“
