“Canadians love Tim Hortons - there's no denying it! So it always strikes me as weird when one closes. It seems it doesn't take long for another to open to fill the void. This location is great for a bunch of reasons - good parking lot, large space, outdoor seating area, conveniently located next to other services. The downside? The entrances/exits to the parking lot. It's a busy road and the entrance/exits are a bit too small to accommodate three cars (as they allegedly do). Still, I can't blame Tim's for that.“

“Best iced coffee I've ever had, very smooth. Also best cookies I've ever had, seriously they're perfect. Personally I'm not a fan of minimalist interior design but that's not very important since the food and drink are what matters. 10/10 recommend“

“My favorite location for morning coffee. Located at the corner of Hammonds plains road and the kingwoods drive. Always smells great while entering. All food items are always fresh. Staff is very welcoming !Kid-friendliness: Many baby sitting chairs“

“This is a post specifically for Lucas who works at this location. This kid is everything you want in your business. Super polite and friendly. Makes sure he takes his time and gets absolutely everything right. Added bonus of letting me pick hockey card packs from a handful that he had spread out in his hands. Quick enough, but deliberate so he’s accurate. Ensures he gets your attention when your food’s ready. Absolute rock star. I hope he gets recognized and treated well.“

“I have had a great experience visiting this branch of Tims. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided me a fast and great service. The bagels were fresh and crispy. “I grew up going to this location and never had a bad experience. I moved from Tantallon over 10 years ago so I don't visit this location as much anymore but I stopped in for lunch a couple days ago and was so pleased that they still had top level service that I grew up knowing Tim Hortons to provide.“

“Nice place to hangout. Some naughty boys came in to mess up the bathroom and the manager was calling the police to have them leave because they were initially banned from coming into the restaurant. They wanted water and I stepped in to get them the water they needed.Those boys must be really naughty as the manager was bent on removing them. Anyways all went well?????“

“Well, I always buy birthday timbits from here but they are never coated with the birthday thing on it and same happened today and I went back and told them that they are never coated with birthday thing so the girl took them back and they all started arguing, in the meantime , white old lady she came back with fresh nice and coated timbits and she asked me if they look better now. I was so happy that she made them best for me otherwise the staff doesn’t care. I am rating 5 stars for her service.“

“We went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. We got 3 drinks ...1 medium vanilla ice capp made with chocolate milk. I saw that one was made wrong at the window, made with milk. They fixed it. We also ordered 1xl coffee 2 milk 2 sugar. Plus a medium dark roast coffee with 2 cream one sweatner.We left and I dropped my friend off and went home. when home we saw one of the other drinks was wrong. I called my friend to tell her. She replied her drink was made wrong too. The XL was made with cream and not milk. The medium was not dark roast and was milk and not cream. That is 3 drinks all made wrong. The order was repeated 2 times at the time of order and 2 times again at the window. The workers need to take time to read the screen to make the order correct.“

“Enjoy going almost every morning before heading off to work, to grab my coffee. Always have a great greeting from the staff. Also see a few eldery people go there to meet to have a social hang-out, and they all seem super happy when they are there talking.Parking: Dead center of the Lacewood Plaza, so always plenty of available parking.Kid-friendliness: Bring my son here a bit when off work. He enjoys going, and most of the staff are super friendly and make him feel involved when buying.Wheelchair accessibility: I personally don't use a wheelchair, but I do see an entrance where someone who is, can enter the store. When my son was younger, and was in the stroller, it was the entrance I would enter.“
