“Due to emergency auto repair we had to stay in Gardnerville and Jerry's was highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Unique Mexican dishes, terrific service and a wonderful experience.“

“The restaurant had a cool, old timey vibe at first glance. Upon further examination it appeared to be ill maintained. The floors were popping, the laminate on the tables were peeling up, stuff like that. Then we were sat at a table that had a door next to it that was closed. Seemed OK at first, but then immediately after sitting down the doors were propped open so we had nothing but hot air blowing on us and the band that was outside was so loud that we couldn't hear the conversations between each other. I ordered stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer that were supposed to be stuffed with either crab or shrimp, I can't remember, regardless they came out stuffed with sausage. I was very disappointed. Then I ordered their 12 spice chicken with mango jam and it was served with a pineapple pico de gallo instead. Again, very disappointed. My father's food was not cooked to his preferred temperature. Service was slow but possibly understaffed and the kitchen seemed to be struggling. Food didn't taste bad and the service wasn't horrible but both leave something to be desired. Hostess was pleasant.“

“We hired Coco's and Moe's for our wedding food and it did not disappoint! When we were shopping around for wedding food vendors we heard through word of mouth that we should check out Coco's and Moe's! Chef Ben invited us to his restaurant for a private tasting and everything was delicious!

When shopping around for places to do my bridal shower, I asked Ben and he said totally!!!! Ben cooked yummy brunch & mimosas. He made any accommodations that I needed, and allowed me to decorate the restaurant to match the theme! His wife, mom and staff were so friendly and professional (: It was a delightful day!!!

As for the wedding food, Ben came by the day before the wedding for set up-- which was quick and easy! He then brought everything day of and I heard nothing but, compliments about his food!! We were very pleased to be able to support a local business in Minden, Nevada!

“This is the place to do some adulting. Lot's of friendly locals to visit with and get a rundown on the town's and where to eat and visit. It's worth a drop in. I usually partake in the early afternoon before evening meal but bar food will get you by too. I like a premium whisky so I can't really price a per person drink cost.“

“Absolutely lovely. We stopped by on our way home to California from Virginia City. I thought the name was cool. The staff were all friendly, energetic and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the menu and the town. Pizza was delicious and a nice selection of wines. We will definitely stop on our next visit. Louis, our server, was great!“
