“Ben was amazing. We had him cater a family event at Topaz Lake. We chose the tacos. He accommodated for our 20% vegan group and made some great veggie tacos. The carne asada tacos were a huge hit too. The food was amazing. However, the most amazing thing was Ben literally drove through fire to deliver our food. He was escorted though the Tamarack Fire to feed my family. I really couldn't believe that he did that. He went way above and beyond.“
