“Ran in on a Saturday morning after seeing the super long drive thru line and received (and witnessed) the most attentive customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks location. It was very busy and loud inside, but each employee acknowledged me, asked how they could help, and once even checked on my order since I was waiting by the pickup counter. The baristas ran food/drinks out to dine-in customers as well. I didn’t catch any names, but my highest regards and respect go out to this team for delivering an excellent customer experience in a chaotic environment.“

“I’ve been to this location twice now, and the customer service is truly top-notch! Johnny is so friendly and genuinely seems happy to be there. He’s always upbeat, smiling, and makes you feel really welcome.

The drinks taste amazing, and the place is very clean.

My only downside is that a venti latte runs about $12 — but since it’s inside the casino, that’s pretty expected. Overall, great drinks and excellent customer service at this location!“

“I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.“

“I love this location! The staff are nice, helpful, friendly, and fast working. I've never gotten an order, drink, or food item wrong or messed up. Whenever I have questions regarding the app or something else I get a drink here and ask them about it. They provided relevant and valid information, unlike other locations. Sadly, seating has been taken away but that's fine by me. Wish they could add some more decorations in the corner or walls to brighten the mood. Overall amazing place to grab a cup!“

When I asked for the code at the counter, I was told, rather curtly, that restroom use was only for paying customers. It would have been a much smoother experience if I’d simply waited a few moments, like 12345, before approaching the counter to order.“
