“Nice comfortable Starbucks. Coffee is always decent th3 food is always horrible. I don't know if this CEO is going to turn things around but there's some new coffee cup policy. Maybe it's okay I think you have to use their hard cup coffees if you want to refill for you gold card members. They did Make me feel easier you don't need to show your card anymore. They deserve a star for that. I think if the CEO fix the pastries I think the company is fixed. 😁😁😁“

“Hit and miss on the drink. Usually it's pretty good but every so often its not the delicious sweet treat I'm wanting. I typically order a Carmel crunch frap , nothing added, nothing taken away...as is. So imo should taste pretty much the same every time, just saying .“

“Had a great experience here today. The young lady who helped me was so nice and pleasant. Seems these days Starbucks partners aren’t very friendly, but today was a happy exception. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but we had an awesome conversation about Disneyland (she’s going for the third time) and we talked about my trip next year to WDW. Needless to say, my experience was great! I hung out in the cafe for a while and just relaxed. Great atmosphere“

“I come to this Starbucks all the time and the staff has always been awesome. Today though, Ryan went above and beyond. I came through the drive-thru and when I made it to the window, he realized my order had been made wrong. He acknowledged it, apologized, and without me asking, fixed the order. “I have been coming to this Starbucks location for years and I’ve crossed paths with many of the workers. One stood out to me though, her name is Valerie. She was so sweet and kind to me when I placed my order. She had the biggest smile on her face and I’ve never experience better customer service than I have with her. What stood out the most was her attention to detail and the care she put into making my drink. The latte was perfectly crafted, with just the right balance of flavors. Valerie carefully handed me my drink during the morning rush hours despite all of the chaos. I will continue to frequent this location since I know that it is of quality.“

“This store is located on the second floor of the Galleria Mall in Henderson next to See's Candies. Ordered a venti apple crisp frap, venti pumpkin spice latte, and one slice of pumpkin bread. All tasted good and the bread was moist. Service was outstanding and was patient with our order.“

“My son’s doctor’s office is right down the street from here so I decided to get a coffee. I’m not always a big fan of Starbucks sometimes because they’re not very consistent with their flavor and some overdo it with the ice. I ordered a iced pumpkin spice with sweet cream. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. They were generous with everything not just the ice. Great customer service, Quick efficient and it was delicious!! This location is by far the best I’ve ever tried.“

“Krystal is awesome. She is always in a good mood and if she is not you can't tell. She makes the drinks right. She doesn't cause rucus. She is an ideal employee.The atmosphere is fine, it's inside of an Albertsons. It's not one of those chill and drink Starbucks Albertsons combos.The great service provided by most of the employees makes this a 5 star Starbucks for me. I have had some issues with what seems like slow service but since then it has gotten a lot better.“

“I love this location! The staff are nice, helpful, friendly, and fast working. I've never gotten an order, drink, or food item wrong or messed up. Whenever I have questions regarding the app or something else I get a drink here and ask them about it. They provided relevant and valid information, unlike other locations. Sadly, seating has been taken away but that's fine by me. Wish they could add some more decorations in the corner or walls to brighten the mood. Overall amazing place to grab a cup!“

“Typically this location is great and the staff is super friendly when I pick up my orders. There have only been less than a handful of times where there was a mistake or they were backed up and I had to wait additional time for a mobile pick up order.Although this is the second time I've had a mobile order messed up. I ordered a venti and was given a grande for the second time. The first time I caught it during pick up and they switched the drink out. This second time around my friend picked up our order and was not aware of the size mistake since I had placed our order. I called the store and they said I would have to be in the store for any kind of "fix" to happen. So I drove back to the store with the drink. The lady said I could keep the grande drink and she would make me a venti "free" of charge. I tried to explain how it wasn't free because I originally paid for a venti and wasted additional gas having to leave work to go back to fix the order. It's not free of charge when that is what I originally ordered. Another employee quickly stepped in and offered a $4 store credit instead.Like I said, good location but they do have to work on checking to make sure they are making/serving the correct order.“

“It's a small Starbucks but it's nice. I would give it a higher rating on its atmosphere if it was larger. The staff was nice. Coffee is always decent at Starbucks. Of course the food is absolutely deplorable at Starbucks. I spend a lot of time in the Philippines and I go to Starbucks Philippines and oh my god the food there the pastries there are a thousand times better than the United States Starbucks. Leaving in Japan the pastries are so much nicer. I just don't understand what is wrong with the US Starbucks and it's pastries and its food. It's absolutely a joke they shouldn't even serve food. If the CEO wants to turn Starbucks around he should work on the food. I don't even know why Starbucks acquired that bakery many years ago when the food never got better it's bad at the beginning 20 years ago and it's still bad today or 30 years ago maybe. Starbucks you got to do better on your pastries if a third world country can make better pastries then the US that's pathetic. Starbucks will never be five stars until they get through pastries fixed.“

“I prefer this location over the standalone store around the corner. Although it’s inside Albertsons, the baristas here are WAY nicer and the lines aren’t as long! There’s even seats to the side if you want to sit and take a break. Overall, I just have a better experience and less chance of my drink being incorrect here. Every person has always been really sweet and polite. I’m super glad this location is here and the managers who train have consistently done a good job.“

“Super friendly staff at this Starbucks attached to Smith's Food. A quaint older unit, but super comfortable. Ordered a hot chocolate with a fast turnaround.NIce stopover while grocery shopping. Parking: The close parking lot is small but you can find other parking here.

Wheelchair accessibility: I am always surprised how little effort places in Southern Nevada put towards convenience for people in wheelchairs and this place is just as typical as your next place in town. Doors should be slightly wider and include a push button. However, The ramp from the parking lot is conveniently located near the front door and the bathroom can be entered easily from the front entrance.“

“My wife and I have been living in Vegas for many years now, and I can say I have tried almost every location in the city. This one by far is hands-down the best the atmosphere is amazing. The customer service is amazing. My drinks are always delicious. The entire staff pays attention to detail and is super inviting. But especially Lana she’s amazing if you’re ever near this location, please visit this Starbucks and don’t be shy to ask for Lana .
