“Restaurant Week was the spur to finally visit 595 Craft and Kitchen.
Three courses, $40, lunch or dinner. Regular menu prices in parentheses where applicable.
First Course choice
Fried Deviled Eggs ($12): Two eggs, halved, evenly breaded and fried to a crispy golden brown, with seasoned whipped yolk piped high. Came with a mild spicy aioli. Delicious.
Second Course choice
Lomo Saltado*: The fries, the beef! Whole package an intense flavor bomb. Tender steak strips well seared and grilled to medium-rare, veggies crisp, rice grains fluffy, fries crunchy then semi-floppy as the mixing took its toll. Came with creamy spicy green sauce. Easily shareable IMO. Had a little takeaway.
Arrived while I was working on the eggs, a pet peeve. Fortunately both dishes held up as I slowly increased my cholesterol count.
Third Course choice
Mango Panna Cotta: Smooth custard and tropical fruitiness in a cute bowl. While the amount was very manageable, I was very full by this point and regretfully did not finish.
Drink (not part of Restaurant Week)
Queen Bee ($14): Fruity frothy sweetness.
Pizza Port Flyin' Hawaiian ($8): Pint. Slated for the at-the-time empty #7 spot on the chalkboard menu.
Value: Killer Restaurant Week deal; I'd get my choices again at regular price for the elevated, different, and tasty bar/drunk food. Drink prices fair, with a good variety of craft beer.
*Was listed as an online order option; $23 via ToastTab/$25 via DoorDash.
Atmosphere: Neighborhood beer microhouse; seemed to be doing a brisk business with lots of regulars popping in. Plank tables, black metal chairs, exposed pipeworks. Mounted TVs, colorful chalk beer menus, and stickers, jugs, and signs. Bar had bag hooks and charging plugs.
Service: Very friendly from Sarah behind the bar, knowledgeable and attentive.“

“I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years and Aces always has the best beer selections, great fresh food. But the ABSOLUTE reason, and best, is my favorite bartender and manager Steph. She’s always amazing and greets me with a smile. I’ll come back every time I’m in town for her.“

“Very good place I ordered the roasted chicken it was worth it easily three people could have split it my wife got the ribeye it was medium she does like it a little closer to well. Wait staff very cool and took care of us. I didn't get happy birthday song to me because we perfer the staff instead of that robot so my wife didn't let them know. Not bad on pricing again if you got the grilled chicken around 27 spit it it has a lot of fries or potatoes“

“The Restaurant Smoky Joe's is no more in it place ( not exactly in the same place next to the animal reserve ) is this place. The two restaurants have similarities, but STG has more TVs showing current sports events and a nicer-looking bar. The food was great. The Patty melt I had was like any other patty melt should even with the burnt taste on the patty itself the fries were good and I liked that it comes with a side of pickles. STG has good cocktails but I couldn't drink today but if it would to return I would order the Yes Captain which is perfect for light Drinkers
like me . So I will return maybe to also try the Tomato bisque since I also love tomato soup“

“After having a terrible experience at another nearby spot, we decided to give Sago’s Tavern a try, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. It was such a refreshing change.
The service was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t remember our waitress’s name, but she had red hair and was incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel like she cared about our experience. She was one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time.
The food was amazing, everything came out fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. This place completely turned our night around. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Sago’s Tavern to friends and family. Thank you for such a great experience!“

“This may be the best sports bar in Vegas. Great food, great beer selection, and plenty of TVs to watch whatever game you want. But the best part has to be the service. Our wait staff was Ish and he was super attentive and quick to make sure we were taken care. Definitely a place we will return to.“
