Ordered my food, special person ahead of me, they not only took such great care of him, they gave me the best food jack in the box ever put out. 10 stars! House was packed! Killed it. Give these guys a mfin raise and thank the Lord you have a competent crew of people because that is rare. Trust and believe. “Another one of my local fast food places that I frequent because of the exceptional coupons that are put in my mailbox, Door Dashing client and I actually like their menu. This location is 24 hours and right off the freeway in Northwest Vegas.As a dasher, when I walk in the store it's clean, the bathroom is accessible without a key or code and the staff recognizes me almost instantly. Even if they are busy they recognize a potential customer.Because I walk in with a brightly colored Door Dash temperature bag, they automatically assume I am coming to pick up an order. They are prompt, the order is usually ready when I get there, and they make their own drinks. I don't have to go to a machine and make the customers drink for the client. When I look at the floor, there isn't any clutter, the tables in the restaurant look well maintained, never walked in and there were remnants of prior customers. The customers that order food for delivery range from fancy upscale homes to apartments in the neighborhood.As a customer, me and my daughter feel like the Cluck chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich in town. The menu has a variety of different things from breakfast to dinner, even late night snack type appetizers. Value menu to more expensive burgers. And the shakes are always top shelf. The staff are always pleasant, even when it looks like the store is pumping out food, they never talk at me. They talk to me and always get my order correct.Because I am driving in my neighborhood, I tend to stop at familiar places to use the potty... Lol this is one of the places where I know I can go to a clean restroom that isn't a public safety concern. Families can let their kids go in there by themselves, as they can secure the door behind them. They always look clean and maintained.Good spot every time I pass thru, and I pass thru quite a bit.“
“These girls are hard working we went there late at night on Thanksgiving and they were non stoppable while everything else was closed or packed this restaurant was open, and all the staff were happy and smiling all the time, we just arrived in Vegas and it was very pleasant to see happy smile people ??“

Every meal is made to order. Drive thru might be a bit slow, but it's not a burger sitting in a warmer, it's made fresh, I love that!
And all the locations I've been to, even if there are old fries, they make fresh ones and push aside the fries that were sitting. I've never been served fries that were sitting out, ever.
And for that quality, it's cheaper than the competition. Very impressive.“

“I had to wait literally 6 minutes before being assisted. There was only one car at the window. The transaction had been completed as I drove into look at the menu. I did give an extra star for service due to cashier knowing how to treat a customer (wink).

“We stopped here to eat lunch. We ordered a jack burger combo with French fries and a drink. We also ordered a supreme croissant breakfast sandwich. We waited about 8 minutes for the food to be prepared. We sat at one of the table areas. Everything tasted great. We'll definitely return for future items to eat. 👌“
“I've never really been into Jack in the Box, just grew up on chicken nuggets from across the street. I'm a graveshifter so 24 hour places are my go to for dinner. Now I get off a little later I stop in here since they're serving only breakfast across the street -_-. Foods alright 5/5 rating on taste but because fast food prices are so inflated right now I've gotta dock a point on value. “This is probably the best jack in the box in vegas, always fast pleasant and kind people work here. The manager Filipino guy I think he’s leading a great team and the guys at drive thru are amazing and so quick and efficient. “Tacos were delicious - they generally are from this location. (Not all Jack Box's are created equally. The food quality can vary tremendously) Onion rings were also tasty as 'you-know-what'!!! “I'm in love with Jacks grilled chicken wrap and the CHURROS!!! They were awesome as usual. The staff however didn't seem happy or welcoming, they never really do. They all looked stressed or unhappy to be there and about me being there. I know fast food is a thankless job but damn can we get a little " kinda glad your here"“
“I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which normally comes with meat and cheese, but I have the meat and cheese removed from the sandwhich. The employee at the register adjusted my meal price as a croissant with egg, which reduced the cost to the best deal. He went out of his way to do that for me.“
“This is the location closest to my home so I have been here many times. I have also done pickups here for a food delivery app. This location has never disappointed me with their top notch service, the employees are always pleasant and helpful regardless of what I am picking up for. The food has always been prepared as expected (it is fast food not gourmet) and that is as it should be. The atmosphere here is inviting because it is always clean and well kept in dining room and what I can see of the kitchen. With all of that said, I can recommend going to this location for a good meal in a clean restaurant with pleasant employees.“
“Drive thru had a few cars ahead of me but the line moved very quickly, I was impressed. I placed my order online and was able to get two free items (Jumbo Jack and Large fries) through a T-Mobile promotion and by using my rewards points. The food was good, nothing spectacular, but I would go to this location again if ever craving Jack in the Box 😁“
“I think most fast food chain restaurants are hard to rate because if they getting the order right is the standard. That means getting it right does not motivate people to take the time to write a good comment as you would do in a place, such as a restaurant, that you don't know what the standard is.
But, when they get it wrong, it does motivate people to give low ratings and negative comments.
I can only give you an evaluation of the customer experience I receive at this location.
I live very near to this location and visit at least twice a week.
Full disclosure: I order ahead with the app and usually use the drive through to pick up. I have been inside many times, but only to pick up my order, because there are too many cars in the drive through, or I'm picking up food to deliver for Uber Eats. I have never ate in the dining area.
My interactions with team members has been a good one. On every visit the orders have been prepared correctly and in a timely manner. Special instructions have always been followed, including condiment requests.
The grounds outside of the restaurant are free of trash. The inside dining area was always clean every time I have been in there
My suggestion would be to order through the app. That way you cut out the order taker completely, spend less time waiting for the order and also you can earn free food.“

“To the woman who took me and my sister’s order this morning at 2-3 am, you’re amazing! I am 5 months pregnant, and if you know anything about pregnancy, you know it’s vital to get your cravings. We didn’t have a car and the lobby was closed, so she let us order through the drive-thru. She didn’t seem annoyed, had a positive attitude, and served us everything hot with extra sauce and tacos. “The service was fast and friendly. The food was fast and fresh. Also, the restaurant was very clean. The only issue I had was when I went to use the restroom, I came out of the stall and a man was standing there waiting. Apparently the second bathroom was out of order. So that was very unconfirmed.“

“While visiting Vegas we had to make the trip to Jack in The box, growing up in Woonsocket it was the go to place after going out on a Friday night. LOL This one was a little off the strip but well worth the trip, but a place I would not go to at night looks like it could be a high crime area. I wish they would come back on the East Coast ?“

“To be honest, this is definitely not the best jack in the box to come to especially at night. The entire parking lot is swarming with homeless that do not make you feel safe at all. The food was not good. The jalapeno poppers were fried to they were nearly black. We asked for condiments and received none and had to get out of the car in an unsafe area to get them. It's fast food for sure but I would not tell anyone to come here unless you absolutely needed to.“
“I love stopping at this location on my way to work some days. Last week I got the Witch Milkshake (pumkin and oreo), it was phenomenal, not to mention this was at 7 am. “Our food was good. We went thru the drive thru, and the employee asked me to repeat myself a lot. Then we got an order of churros instead of loaded potato wedges. They come in the same box, so an easy mistake, but annoying since the churros aren't that good.“

The beef patties were juicy, and the combination of melted cheese and their signature sauce hit the spot. The portion size was generous, and the burger was freshly made.
