“I trust this location to fix my food because it's always hot, delicious and they do it in a timely manner. I really appreciate it because usually I order on the app so I don't have to wait cause I'm usually at work and need to grab food quickly.“

“Another one of my local fast food places that I frequent because of the exceptional coupons that are put in my mailbox, Door Dashing client and I actually like their menu. This location is 24 hours and right off the freeway in Northwest Vegas.As a dasher, when I walk in the store it's clean, the bathroom is accessible without a key or code and the staff recognizes me almost instantly. Even if they are busy they recognize a potential customer.Because I walk in with a brightly colored Door Dash temperature bag, they automatically assume I am coming to pick up an order. They are prompt, the order is usually ready when I get there, and they make their own drinks. I don't have to go to a machine and make the customers drink for the client. When I look at the floor, there isn't any clutter, the tables in the restaurant look well maintained, never walked in and there were remnants of prior customers. The customers that order food for delivery range from fancy upscale homes to apartments in the neighborhood.As a customer, me and my daughter feel like the Cluck chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich in town. The menu has a variety of different things from breakfast to dinner, even late night snack type appetizers. Value menu to more expensive burgers. And the shakes are always top shelf. The staff are always pleasant, even when it looks like the store is pumping out food, they never talk at me. They talk to me and always get my order correct.Because I am driving in my neighborhood, I tend to stop at familiar places to use the potty... Lol this is one of the places where I know I can go to a clean restroom that isn't a public safety concern. Families can let their kids go in there by themselves, as they can secure the door behind them. They always look clean and maintained.Good spot every time I pass thru, and I pass thru quite a bit.“

“These girls are hard working we went there late at night on Thanksgiving and they were non stoppable while everything else was closed or packed this restaurant was open, and all the staff were happy and smiling all the time, we just arrived in Vegas and it was very pleasant to see happy smile people ??“

“I had an issue with my order on new years morning, I ordered through the app but the store closed that day and didn't receive my food. I came on the 2nd and Abraham made it right without hesitation, he was professional and provided the customer service that isn't seen as much now a days, thank you!“

“I've never really been into Jack in the Box, just grew up on chicken nuggets from across the street. I'm a graveshifter so 24 hour places are my go to for dinner. Now I get off a little later I stop in here since they're serving only breakfast across the street -_-. Foods alright 5/5 rating on taste but because fast food prices are so inflated right now I've gotta dock a point on value. The thing that keeps me coming back most though is the lady that works the drive through in the early AM. She's so nice and bubbly and I always drive away smiling.“

“I had to wait literally 6 minutes before being assisted. There was only one car at the window. The transaction had been completed as I drove into look at the menu. I did give an extra star for service due to cashier knowing how to treat a customer (wink).

“We ordered the loaded breakfast and as we got home my husband started eating he found eggshells in the egg. Obviously he spit it out and took another bite and found more eggshells. He got disgusted about it and threw at least half of it away.

“The drive-thru was so busy, and the workers were doing incredible. The guy in front of me was such a jerk to the girl at the window. I felt so bad for her. She still treated me professionally and with kindness, even after that jerk. I was approached by someone when I put my window down to order, and actually ordered him some food. Sadly, he walked off, and I couldn't find him and ended up throwing the food in the trash because I couldn't eat it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

“Tacos were delicious - they generally are from this location. (Not all Jack Box's are created equally. The food quality can vary tremendously) Onion rings were also tasty as 'you-know-what'!!! Hot, crispy and cooked to golden perfection. Omg, I almost forgot - I got the 2 for $3 breakfast croissant sandwich.... I died. Like, dead. They were still delicious even AFTER they got cold. I was pleasantly surprised. The service by the staff was also impeccable.“

“For fast food, Jack in the box does it best.
Every meal is made to order. Drive thru might be a bit slow, but it's not a burger sitting in a warmer, it's made fresh, I love that!
And all the locations I've been to, even if there are old fries, they make fresh ones and push aside the fries that were sitting. I've never been served fries that were sitting out, ever.
And for that quality, it's cheaper than the competition. Very impressive.“

“I know this is fast food but I want to give credit where credit is due. I've been going to this location Jack in the box for about 3 years because it's close to my house. The service has always been perfect. that is my order has never been messed up as far as I know and there's little extras that the staff seems to add like they care about their customers. “We drive to the Jack in the Box in Maricopa Az on our way to California. We had not been to this location in about 2 years. We stopped going because the food and the service was terrible back then. To get an order and pick up was about 30 minutes. The food was reheated or made “way” in advance so it was stale when you got your order.

The food and service was better this time as it appears there has been a change in staff and the food, at least was semi fresh. The eggs in the breakfast jack was over dine and the by. Was a little chewy.

I have called the 800 number in the past with no response from Jack in the Box. The level of service and the quality of the food is not just a problem at Jack. Starbucks, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Sonic and Taco Bell also have similar problems. I believe the problem originates with the management and their ability to lead effectively and understanding how to provide a quality product and service. The worst place is Sonic. The staff is rude, the food is terrible and the management appears not to care. I believe some of these managers need to look at the In N Out’s playbook. The service is consistent, staff is polite and well dressed. Management is constantly monitoring the process to ensure their customers are getting a quality product.“

“I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which normally comes with meat and cheese, but I have the meat and cheese removed from the sandwhich. The employee at the register adjusted my meal price as a croissant with egg, which reduced the cost to the best deal. He went out of his way to do that for me.“

“It's a tight parking lot and a busy drive-through. Expect to pull to the front for your food, but hey, it's fast food service, so go figure. The ultimate cheeseburger was a bit overdone, but normally, I like it, although I rarely eat fast food anymore. The curly fries are good, but they always seem more curved than curly. I would really love to see all spiraled corkscrew fries just once! Chocolate shakes are pretty awesome. That was my favorite!“

“This is the location closest to my home so I have been here many times. I have also done pickups here for a food delivery app. This location has never disappointed me with their top notch service, the employees are always pleasant and helpful regardless of what I am picking up for. The food has always been prepared as expected (it is fast food not gourmet) and that is as it should be. The atmosphere here is inviting because it is always clean and well kept in dining room and what I can see of the kitchen. With all of that said, I can recommend going to this location for a good meal in a clean restaurant with pleasant employees.“

“To the woman who took me and my sister’s order this morning at 2-3 am, you’re amazing! I am 5 months pregnant, and if you know anything about pregnancy, you know it’s vital to get your cravings. We didn’t have a car and the lobby was closed, so she let us order through the drive-thru. She didn’t seem annoyed, had a positive attitude, and served us everything hot with extra sauce and tacos. “Jack in the Box has no right being this good for fast food. A better burger than Wendy's or Steak N' Shake. Better curly fries than Arby's. Churros like Taco Bell cinnamon twists but better. A great go-to for fast food!

“I love stopping at this location on my way to work some days. Last week I got the Witch Milkshake (pumkin and oreo), it was phenomenal, not to mention this was at 7 am. “To be honest, this is definitely not the best jack in the box to come to especially at night. The entire parking lot is swarming with homeless that do not make you feel safe at all. The food was not good. The jalapeno poppers were fried to they were nearly black. We asked for condiments and received none and had to get out of the car in an unsafe area to get them. It's fast food for sure but I would not tell anyone to come here unless you absolutely needed to.“

“While visiting Vegas we had to make the trip to Jack in The box, growing up in Woonsocket it was the go to place after going out on a Friday night. LOL This one was a little off the strip but well worth the trip, but a place I would not go to at night looks like it could be a high crime area. I wish they would come back on the East Coast ?“
