I don’t have to wait long and able to get yummy meal in good price.
Many people around and staffs haves smile.

“I go out of my way to patron this location. Most McDonald’s are very dirty, slow service with unfriendly people not to mention severely understaffed. This location is the opposite of that. Always clean, well staffed to where the workers do not appear to be stressed and are enjoying their work, and the service is always quick and delivered with joy. Out of the 4 or so locations within 3 miles of this one. This one is by far the best. I used to work at McDonalds and this location is what every McDonalds franchisee should hope their store would look like and operate.“
“So I walked in about 2pm and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and the guy behind the counter taking my order looks around at the empty lobby and tells me to come closer because he couldn't hear the list item I ordered. As I lean in he whispers if he can eat my bottom... I have NEVER been so surprised in my life. My husband of 13 years has never thought of that before. I will definitely be coming back. Wink. Wink. “Been coming here for years and I can't say i have any complaints about this location. Although I wish it was open a little later, but it's not the end of the world. They usually get my order correct everytime too which is a big up since most places can't seem to get something that simple correct.
Kid-friendliness: They have a big play place in its own separate are in a separate area than the main dining so it's not loud for the people who don't want to hear it.“

“Just came through last night after a long night at the airport. Before long drive home we wanted to eat! The manager gave us ice water we forgot to order at the speaker and fixed our cokes that were flat. Great service for 1 A.M. When we exited the drive thru we noticed the chandelier in the dining room, WOW!“
“I would normally give this location a 5 for the food but for some reason my son did not want to eat his nuggets this time. He said something just wasn't right and he eats them alot so he would know. I tried them and they did taste a little off.“

So helpful, happy, fast, and her wonderful attitude made me and my husband stay longer and ordered more food and drink that we never ordered before!! “Nice option for AC if you’re walking back from the Las Vegas sign. There’s no area to fill up your drinks, get napkins, or ketchup or anything really. The staff has to provide everything for you, and they were not that friendly about. Food is like any other mcdonalds“
“Really nice people, super appreciate Jenny when the Frappe machine was down offered me the ability to just come back later for it because the machine was being cleaned. Appreciate the other staff for making it very easy and painless to actually get that frappe.“
“This McDonalds is the cleanest, best looking that I have been in years.
It is near my doctor's office so on the way home I stop for breakfast. Food is great, it even looks good. I really enjoy having breakfast at this McDonalds.“
“It is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. They've made mistakes with my orders before but have generally worked to correct it. I did have one incident where a staff snapped back saying that they won't correct it until I showed them the manager's email. Orders generally are ready very quickly. When I do order pickup most of the staff I've interacted with are friendly.“
“Typically make mobile orders for discounted fries/coffees and am usually turned around quickly and accurately. Depending on time of day when ordering, fries can be fresh OR a bit stale from being under warmers for a bit, but are usually good enough regardless.
The mcChickens i get here are good but also can be HEAVY on the mayo. not bad but they do kind of feel bukkake-adjacent“
“Good mickey Ds. Service is fast and they are nice at this location, plus they rarely mess up the orders which isn't given in this chain. Food is fresh at all times. Athmosphere...well it's mickey Ds.. so there really isn't any.“
“Hands down the best and cleanest McDonalds. I cone here once a week for months with my son for the play place. This place is SPOTLESS. The drink-machine you could lick it! The employees are top notch and work their butts off cos this location is busy!
The drive thru parking lot gets difficult. You can get trapped. If you cone for drive theu easiest on non peak hours. The whole team deserves LOTS of kudos. McDonalds is such a special place for kids. Their standards of excellence at this location is what is ideal when thinking about McDonalds as a brand. I don't usualy post reviews but I had to.“
“Hear me out! This is the best McDonald’s I’ve had in the world! Only said I’d try it as I was in vegas only got a cheeseburger and fries and it was unreal burger tasted like a proper patty and fries didn’t taste like paper! I was shocked it was so good!“

“The restaurant is always kept in a clean state (whenever I go at least, and it’s more often than I’d like to admit lol.) The parking lot lights are busted, and even strobe flashing leaving it poorly lit at night. I’d expect the occasional homeless person and/or drug addict. I mean it’s a McDonald’s, how high can your standards really be
Parking: The street lights at night are more or less busted, and have been for years now so the parking lot is usually dark at night. Otherwise it’s got plenty of spaces.“
“You know what, this is hands down the best McDonalds I have encountered in Las Vegas. I am a local and don't typically write reviews often but I felt obligated to after having an encounter with the workers and management here. The manager who works in the evening is genuinely great and has a heart of gold. He is an example of how humanity should treat each other and look out for others. Not going to get into details but I'll leave it at that. He's doing great. They're understaffed at times and get busy with the SP Casino nearby so cut them some slack, but I was impressed by his customer service and how he looks out for his customers and community.“

“Extraordinary McDonalds. Service was exceptional. The person who helped us was so friendly and kind. Management was super professional. Amazing playland. Really cool ballin sculpture. Everything was fantastic. Really busy and drive thru line got long. Lots of friends meeting up for breakfast.“

“It's McDonald's. I get that. But, the people you hire will make all the difference in the world, even in a fast food chain restaurant.
I frequent this location. My food is always hot here. The customer service is really good. They're consistently kind. I rarely get sent to the waiting area. I used the app (which is great, by the way), and my order to pick up is usually seamless.
The young folks that work here demonstrate the ability to their jobs well no matter where they work.

“I am not sure how to spell it however this is for Sarah who works at the first pay window in the drive though in the mornings! I stop here almost every weekday morning to take my brother to work and grab coffee on the way there. Every time she's there, she is always so kind and thoughtful, and I always bring my dog with me and she ALWAYS gives my dog a biscuit. It’s such a small gesture, but it genuinely makes me smile. Her kindness never goes unnoticed, and I truly hope she sees this. Thank you for being so sweet!“
“This location lives up to the McDonalds name. The food is consistent, fast and the employees always friendly. The reason for the review is that I just ordered from here and it was raining outside. From the drive thru window, you could see water pouring in through the roof right into the kitchen. Not okay!! What is the owner doing to fix that roof?! Those poor employees!

The kiosk, I found contactless ordering and payment fine, until they bah your food up and set it on the counter and never call our the #, or update the computee to the # served next. 20 mins it sat behind the counter until the food was cold, and I lost my patience and composer. “I bring my youngest grandson here every day after school Monday through Thursday. And we spend a good quality time here, he likes to play with the children in the playground where there are many children playing and running around, screaming, being loud being children 😆 just having fun! Being children and doing what children do, making friends 🧡.

“Stopped into this McDonald’s today and honestly didn’t expect much since it’s in an area where you usually see a lot of vagrants and homeless hanging around. But I’ve got to say—I was pleasantly surprised. The place was immaculate, spotless from top to bottom, and really well-kept. The food was on point, fresh and hot, and the coffee hit just right.

“This is hands down THE BEST MCDONALD'S IN THE COUNTRY. I'm not exaggerating. Las Vegas is a 24-hour city, that runs in basically 3 shifts. I often come to this location around 3 am and there's still a line. But it's worth it, and the staff is always friendly and always positive, which makes the experience all the better. :)“

Big Mac No pickles no onions, they repeat the order however was salt in my ff.
And pickles and onions in my sandwich.

“Guuuurrrrllll, this McDonald’s right here is the one. I think the A team was working this morning because they actually made my iced coffee and sweet tea lemonade to a perfect blend. My McMuffins weren’t burnt either!!! And all the employees are nice, none of those deadbeat teenagers with sour attitudes at the window. Definitely my go to McDonald’s for the morning rushes. Only improvement I’d recommend is to get security to get those unhoused men to stop loitering in the drive through lanes.“
“After shopping at Smiths, I decided to pick up a sandwich from McDonald's in the same parking lot. When I walked in, I was going to turn around and walk out because it was so busy, but I stayed and ordered anyway. I had to order from the machine because it was too busy for the one young man working front counter while everyone worked the drive thru and prepare food. He politely told the front counter customers to order from the machine on the dining room simply because he was the only one working front counter; at the same time he was making sure the workers get the order together and get them out to the customers. It was dinner rush around 6:45pm. Let me tell you, he did great!!! He constantly told the front counter customers to be patient with him while he do his best to take care of each and every one of us including Door Dash and UberEATS!!! He kept his cool and thanked each and every customer for their patience!! When my order was ready, I made sure I let him know he was doing just fine. Hopefully he will continue to keep his cool while he get through the dinner rush! That is one hard working young man! I give him a TEN PLUS for his excellent customer skills!! Next time I won't be so skeptical of visiting during dinner rush knowing there is someone there that knows how to handle himself working under pressure!! Fabulous job to your dinner crew!!“

“Filthy tables and floors. Staff need to speak just a little better English. I had an issue with my order which woukd have been a quick 2 second fix but took 20 minutes by the time all was said and done. This was mainly due in part to the language barrier and to the staff: just because you can't speak the language doesn't mean it's funny.“
“One of the better McDonald’s in Vegas area. The manager is very attentive and resolves issues quickly. I had a curbside pick up order that took over 27 minutes. I can’t fault them bc it was the app. The app said my order was still being prepared and I was parked in the shade due to the heat for about 5 minutes after the order and moved to my spot shortly after I ordered the meal when my notification said my order was about to be delivered. 20+ minutes after as I was sitting in my spot the food didn’t come out so I went inside and the manager realized that I had missed my food order.
She quickly reheated my fries and brought me out my happy meals!
Because it was the BTS happy meal I asked if she had a couple of the figurines of BTS that I was missing and gave me an additional one bc I had such a long wait.
That was so kind of her and I almost finished my BTS collectibles bc of her.

But the staff at this location truly stands out.
The restaurant is always clean despite serving a busy mix of professionals, locals, students, and unhoused individuals.
The team works like a well oiled machine professional, fair, and friendly, and you can see that they genuinely care. This feels like a hold out where the staff is committed to the core values and not just a paycheck.
They are one of the few places without a self orderkiosk yet, so you order at the counter or on the app.
The bathroom has a code, but it seems to be easily given to all who ask.
Plus, there's always a uniformed security guard in the background who is curious and aware of everyone. They seem know how to stop problems before they start with minimal words, always calm, and in control, de-escalating like a true professional.
Definitely see and hear a lot of love and commitment between the regulars and the staff here, as well as being welcoming to everyone.“
“We came in tonight for the JJB school fundraiser. It was SUPER busy so as soon as we saw a table open up, we jumped on it. There was some food and ketchup from the previous people. I was hoping someone might come by and wipe it but all the employees were working super hard. I caught Brendon's eye and asked if we could get a quick wipe. He couldn't have been any nicer. He grabbed a towel and wiped everything thoroughly. I felt bad because it was so busy, but he was so nice and positive I felt a lot better. He also brought us our food, and a other family joined and was sweet to see if they wanted their ice cream a little later so the kid's had time to eat. “The food was good, However our wraps weren't wrapped at the ends and was left open. The food was neatly placed inside along with the fries which I really appreciated since usually they just toss everything in there. I had to wait there for service for around 2-3 minutes but it wasn't that bad since the lady who took my order did it quickly and she was nice. I liked the music that was playing, They had a sign with instructions for people with dietary restrictions that I didn't really read and also the place was pretty small.“

The double cheese burgers I had were on point and very tasty. Fresh hot fries too.“
