McDonald's in Las Vegas

“Great for young kids!! The play area, with plenty of tables and chairs, is huge and includes several electronic game screens mounted to the wall. There's even a video game table top!

The kids bounced between these video games and the large jungle-gym apparatus for well over an hour.

The staff are friendly, the place is very clean, and there's always been other children for my own two to meet and play with.

Kid-friendliness: Great spot for young children, especially when the weather isn't suitable for playing outdoors.“

“It’s McDonald’s, you get what you pay for (breakfast) but it’s consistent. PRO TIP, use the McDonald’s app. If you stay at the flamingo and place your order in your room, by the time you get to McDonald’s next to harrah’s your food is waiting. You’ll appreciate this when you see all the people waiting“

“Hear me out! This is the best McDonald’s I’ve had in the world! Only said I’d try it as I was in vegas only got a cheeseburger and fries and it was unreal burger tasted like a proper patty and fries didn’t taste like paper! I was shocked it was so good!“

“I go thru the drive thru at this McDonald’s maybe twice a week but it was like 2-3x a day before but we have slowed down a lot. We go in the mornings before dropping my girls off at school. I order thru the app it’s the fastest most accurate and convenient way to order. But the service is great. I love the morning crew they’re fast friendly flawless. Thanks guys.

“Been coming here for years and I can't say i have any complaints about this location. Although I wish it was open a little later, but it's not the end of the world. They usually get my order correct everytime too which is a big up since most places can't seem to get something that simple correct.

Kid-friendliness: They have a big play place in its own separate are in a separate area than the main dining so it's not loud for the people who don't want to hear it.“

“Nice option for AC if you’re walking back from the Las Vegas sign. There’s no area to fill up your drinks, get napkins, or ketchup or anything really. The staff has to provide everything for you, and they were not that friendly about. Food is like any other mcdonalds“

“I love this location. Super friendly staff and very clean restaurant. After I had just ordered on the mobile app, an employee came out and handed me the order ready to go. I was in shock at how quick it was. So thank you to everyone for a wonderful experience. We ended up dining there since we had extra time!“

“Today's visit was a vast improvement from previous experiences. Front end welcoming staff was very friendly and offered assistance with the kiosk ordering which was a first, historically they just stared at you struggle to get a simple order input correctly.“

And of the guys was able to find me an egg mcmuffin

“It's McDonald's. I get that. But, the people you hire will make all the difference in the world, even in a fast food chain restaurant.

I frequent this location. My food is always hot here. The customer service is really good. They're consistently kind. I rarely get sent to the waiting area. I used the app (which is great, by the way), and my order to pick up is usually seamless.

The young folks that work here demonstrate the ability to their jobs well no matter where they work.

“I would normally give this location a 5 for the food but for some reason my son did not want to eat his nuggets this time. He said something just wasn't right and he eats them alot so he would know. I tried them and they did taste a little off.“

“This McDonald's location is hands down the best McDonald's I’ve ever been to. The service here is actually excellent—which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case with fast food. And I would know—I probably eat McDonald's every day (guilty pleasure, lol).

The daytime employees, in particular, are awesome. They’re patient, kind, and just genuinely good at their jobs. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food team that isn’t rushing people or acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, it makes the whole experience that much better.

So yeah, 5 stars from me—no question!

“The restaurant is always kept in a clean state (whenever I go at least, and it’s more often than I’d like to admit lol.) The parking lot lights are busted, and even strobe flashing leaving it poorly lit at night. I’d expect the occasional homeless person and/or drug addict. I mean it’s a McDonald’s, how high can your standards really be

Parking: The street lights at night are more or less busted, and have been for years now so the parking lot is usually dark at night. Otherwise it’s got plenty of spaces.“

“My review is basically for customer service. Last night 12/12/24, Andrea’s customer service was beyond outstanding. Without hesitation, she took care of our order & did it professionally. We need more of her. Thank you Andrea for being an awesome worker!“

“Wanted to stop somewhere to get something to eat before we went grocery shopping so we weren’t shopping hungry There were four of us in my vehicle, and we all were kind of uncertain of what we wanted. The guy that took our order was very patient and even though his first language wasn’t really English he understood everything we were saying.. Super friendly, and efficient I would highly recommend stopping at this location. Why I give a 4 star is because I don’t know what happened after Covid but fast food quality has gone down dramatically.

High volume, understaffed, typical McDonald's at the end of the South strip across the street from the South Point Casino.

Relatively small lobby but clean and efficient.“

“After a long drive from Southern California to visit a friend, I stopped at McDonald's on Sunset Road in Henderson for a quick meal before heading home. I’ve always loved McDonald's fries, and they didn’t disappoint. The Double Cheeseburger and fries were exactly what I needed, and the Iced Coffee was refreshing.

While the food was great, the service was slower than usual. I placed my order at the kiosk quickly, but it took longer than expected to receive my meal. Typically, the service is reliable at McDonald's, no matter where I go.

In the end, the quality of the food made up for the delay, and it was a perfect start to the rest of my drive home.“

“I arrived at the CSN West Charleston location amid a rush of Bananza High kids gathering at the door. It was great to see that there was a moderator at the door to control foot traffic into the store. This improved the shopping experience for me and other adults and families visiting the store around 3 pm.“

“The food is very good there but using their app does not always work. You have to be careful when you order on the app sometimes they get you order wrong. And you have to be very careful when using the app to make sure it's going to the right location that you want.

“I usually use the drive-through. And believe me, try the McDonalds app and receive your order through the drive-through. Much much much smoother process.

You never have to bear the hardship of making sure your order is correctly sent, no hassles of shouting through your car and best of luck if the McDonalds is near traffic.

This way the Drive-through queue also moves quickly because you don't waste time ordering over a speaker.

And with the app, from time to time, you also get points and freebies.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options include potato items like fries, hash browns, as well as, ice creams, smoothies and other drinks only.

Parking: Parking owned by McDonald's is limited but the McDonald's is part of a bigger plaza complex which gives you access to much more parking.

“They have a tall enclosed booth here, can't recall seeing any other McDonald's designed like this one. But said on the kiosk they weren't serving dine-in orders for some reason, even though people were eating in the lobby. They also charge for extra lettuce, (which only half or less of McDonald's restaurants do). I find it petty when they don't put enough as it is.“

“This McDonald’s is the first McDonald’s that has excellent customer service! They had a lot of people in drive thru, pick up area and lobby was filled with people and they killed them lines with fast service! They handled it with a smile! I dined in on 11/16/2024 and even asked to speak with the manager and told them how great all his employees are!“

“The food was hot and fresh. Probably the best McDonald's I have been to in a while. Was made right and not slopped together. It did take more then the normal amount of time when they were not that busy. Customer service was great. Really friendly guy, made sure I had what I needed. Extra napkins, cupholder etc. Even opened the door for me as I was leaving. Had my hands full and my 2 yr old. There was a few homeless around but that's to be expected in that part of town, but they didn't bother you.“

“Not a lot can be said about an experience at McDonald's. The location is nice and remodeled, the food is like other Mcdonald's, this one is more outfitted with a new ordering system that allows you to shop the line altogether. What makes this location different is Chauncey. This gentleman is the epitome of going "above and beyond" and does it with just the small things. Every day I see him... Every single day, he has the most uplifting, positive and professional demeanor that goes far beyond what one would expect from a fast food employee. “Filthy tables and floors. Staff need to speak just a little better English. I had an issue with my order which woukd have been a quick 2 second fix but took 20 minutes by the time all was said and done.
