“The best McDonald's location in the Las Vegas area. They still have cash registers, the employees are attentive, courteous and are keeping the restaurant clean.

The double cheese burgers I had were on point and very tasty. Fresh hot fries too.“

“So I walked in about 2pm and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget combo and the guy behind the counter taking my order looks around at the empty lobby and tells me to come closer because he couldn't hear the list item I ordered. “Been coming here for years and I can't say i have any complaints about this location. Although I wish it was open a little later, but it's not the end of the world. They usually get my order correct everytime too which is a big up since most places can't seem to get something that simple correct.

Kid-friendliness: They have a big play place in its own separate are in a separate area than the main dining so it's not loud for the people who don't want to hear it.“

“Just came through last night after a long night at the airport. Before long drive home we wanted to eat! The manager gave us ice water we forgot to order at the speaker and fixed our cokes that were flat. Great service for 1 A.M. When we exited the drive thru we noticed the chandelier in the dining room, WOW!“

“I would normally give this location a 5 for the food but for some reason my son did not want to eat his nuggets this time. He said something just wasn't right and he eats them alot so he would know. I tried them and they did taste a little off.“

“Nice option for AC if you’re walking back from the Las Vegas sign. There’s no area to fill up your drinks, get napkins, or ketchup or anything really. The staff has to provide everything for you, and they were not that friendly about. Food is like any other mcdonalds“

“The staff is absolutely excellent and when they ran out of stock of an item in my order I came in next day about it and got compensated! Best service Ive experienced in a fast food restaurant. They also actually have people working in the place which feels like it ensures quality over other fast food restaurants that only have 2-4 workers, my order IN STORE DINING is quicker than many competing drive thru times. Even the disabled people I see are treated with dignity and respect. Overall Best MCDonalds that hasn't given me food poisoning.“

“I go thru the drive thru at this McDonald’s maybe twice a week but it was like 2-3x a day before but we have slowed down a lot. We go in the mornings before dropping my girls off at school. I order thru the app it’s the fastest most accurate and convenient way to order. But the service is great. I love the morning crew they’re fast friendly flawless. Thanks guys.

Parking: It’s a huge lot so there’s plenty of space.“

“This location is absolutely amazing! The staff here is very efficient with taking orders and handing out orders. The person taking my order, I believe was Erick, did an amazing job. The person named Eduardo did an amazing job with handing me my food and ensuring that everything was correct before I left. Not only that, but the manager on the floor at that was very hands on with his team and that's amazing coming from someone who works in the food industry!

The one thing I would say though is this location needs to have more security due to the fact that a lot of homeless people knocking on people's windows as they wait to order and making a mess of this wonderful establishment. It's a huge security risk for both the customers and the workers.“

“It is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. They've made mistakes with my orders before but have generally worked to correct it. I did have one incident where a staff snapped back saying that they won't correct it until I showed them the manager's email. Orders generally are ready very quickly. When I do order pickup most of the staff I've interacted with are friendly.“

“The restaurant is always kept in a clean state (whenever I go at least, and it’s more often than I’d like to admit lol.) The parking lot lights are busted, and even strobe flashing leaving it poorly lit at night. I’d expect the occasional homeless person and/or drug addict. I mean it’s a McDonald’s, how high can your standards really be

Parking: The street lights at night are more or less busted, and have been for years now so the parking lot is usually dark at night. Otherwise it’s got plenty of spaces.“

“This McDonald's location is hands down the best McDonald's I’ve ever been to. The service here is actually excellent—which, let’s be honest, isn’t always the case with fast food. And I would know—I probably eat McDonald's every day (guilty pleasure, lol).

The daytime employees, in particular, are awesome. They’re patient, kind, and just genuinely good at their jobs. It’s refreshing to see a fast-food team that isn’t rushing people or acting like they’d rather be anywhere else. Honestly, it makes the whole experience that much better.

So yeah, 5 stars from me—no question!

“This McDonalds is the cleanest, best looking that I have been in years.
It is near my doctor's office so on the way home I stop for breakfast. Food is great, it even looks good. I really enjoy having breakfast at this McDonalds.“

“It's McDonald's. I get that. But, the people you hire will make all the difference in the world, even in a fast food chain restaurant.

I frequent this location. My food is always hot here. The customer service is really good. They're consistently kind. I rarely get sent to the waiting area. I used the app (which is great, by the way), and my order to pick up is usually seamless.

The young folks that work here demonstrate the ability to their jobs well no matter where they work.

“I mostly only do coffee now at McD and much less often now.
Reasons have less to do with quality of food and service than the corporate structure, support and direction. But there are few other corporate businesses that have also lost my dollars and many more local, independent, individual businesses have gained my support and dollars.“

“After a long drive from Southern California to visit a friend, I stopped at McDonald's on Sunset Road in Henderson for a quick meal before heading home. I’ve always loved McDonald's fries, and they didn’t disappoint. The Double Cheeseburger and fries were exactly what I needed, and the Iced Coffee was refreshing.

While the food was great, the service was slower than usual. I placed my order at the kiosk quickly, but it took longer than expected to receive my meal. Typically, the service is reliable at McDonald's, no matter where I go.

In the end, the quality of the food made up for the delay, and it was a perfect start to the rest of my drive home.“

“The person who brought me the food knew that there were potatoes in the order but he never offered me ketchup and just put the cart and seriously returned without giving me time to order anything, very bad customer service, that's why I give 4 Stella to the service“

“The food was hot and fresh. Probably the best McDonald's I have been to in a while. Was made right and not slopped together. It did take more then the normal amount of time when they were not that busy. Customer service was great. Really friendly guy, made sure I had what I needed. Extra napkins, cupholder etc. Even opened the door for me as I was leaving. Had my hands full and my 2 yr old. There was a few homeless around but that's to be expected in that part of town, but they didn't bother you.“

The kiosk, I found contactless ordering and payment fine, until they bah your food up and set it on the counter and never call our the #, or update the computee to the # served next. 20 mins it sat behind the counter until the food was cold, and I lost my patience and composer. Tech. Is supposed to make ones life easier, ...right?“

“I usually use the drive-through. And believe me, try the McDonalds app and receive your order through the drive-through. Much much much smoother process.

You never have to bear the hardship of making sure your order is correctly sent, no hassles of shouting through your car and best of luck if the McDonalds is near traffic.

This way the Drive-through queue also moves quickly because you don't waste time ordering over a speaker.

And with the app, from time to time, you also get points and freebies.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options include potato items like fries, hash browns, as well as, ice creams, smoothies and other drinks only.

Parking: Parking owned by McDonald's is limited but the McDonald's is part of a bigger plaza complex which gives you access to much more parking.

“Stopped by here the other day, went through the drive thru to get some grub and a drink. A young lady named Jasmine was operating the drive thru, and was very friendly and helpful. Had a great attitude and left me with a smile and wonderful service! It's great to see young people take thier job with pride and enthusiasm. “I bring my youngest grandson here every day after school Monday through Thursday. And we spend a good quality time here, he likes to play with the children in the playground where there are many children playing and running around, screaming, being loud being children 😆 just having fun! Being children and doing what children do, making friends 🧡.

“This is hands down THE BEST MCDONALD'S IN THE COUNTRY. I'm not exaggerating. Las Vegas is a 24-hour city, that runs in basically 3 shifts. I often come to this location around 3 am and there's still a line. But it's worth it, and the staff is always friendly and always positive, which makes the experience all the better. :)“

“This place is close to my house and always treats me good. Staff on both drive thru and dine in are nice and accommodating. I mostly order on the mcd app and my food comes pretty fresh most of the time. Drive thru line does get pretty long at times, but most McDonald’s are like that anyway.“

“This is by far the best McDonald's to go to in town. Everyone here is amazing, kind, and considerate. They go above and beyond for customers. Id like to give special thanks to Porsche and Ariel. I hope I spelled their names right. I was not on time for work, there was a massive line for breakfast, drive thru line was long, and these two amazing women were able to clear everything and get me out in less than 3 minutes! I go out of my way to eat here cause it's the best one in town. “One of the better McDonald’s in Vegas area. The manager is very attentive and resolves issues quickly. I had a curbside pick up order that took over 27 minutes. I can’t fault them bc it was the app. The app said my order was still being prepared and I was parked in the shade due to the heat for about 5 minutes after the order and moved to my spot shortly after I ordered the meal when my notification said my order was about to be delivered. 20+ minutes after as I was sitting in my spot the food didn’t come out so I went inside and the manager realized that I had missed my food order.

She quickly reheated my fries and brought me out my happy meals!

Because it was the BTS happy meal I asked if she had a couple of the figurines of BTS that I was missing and gave me an additional one bc I had such a long wait.

That was so kind of her and I almost finished my BTS collectibles bc of her.

“They have a tall enclosed booth here, can't recall seeing any other McDonald's designed like this one. But said on the kiosk they weren't serving dine-in orders for some reason, even though people were eating in the lobby. They also charge for extra lettuce, (which only half or less of McDonald's restaurants do). I find it petty when they don't put enough as it is.“

“We came in tonight for the JJB school fundraiser. It was SUPER busy so as soon as we saw a table open up, we jumped on it. There was some food and ketchup from the previous people. I was hoping someone might come by and wipe it but all the employees were working super hard. I caught Brendon's eye and asked if we could get a quick wipe. He couldn't have been any nicer. He grabbed a towel and wiped everything thoroughly. I felt bad because it was so busy, but he was so nice and positive I felt a lot better. He also brought us our food, and a other family joined and was sweet to see if they wanted their ice cream a little later so the kid's had time to eat. “I don't usually eat fast food. Had to pick some up for a friend , and thought I'd try some. Used the drive through so I have no idea what the inside looked like, but the ladies who manned the drive through were efficient, pleasant funny and fast!

I had an issue with my order which woukd have been a quick 2 second fix but took 20 minutes by the time all was said and done. This is the only McDonald's where you can walk passed, with, or be flanked by the cream of the crop and hardest working non salaried women in Las Vegas. Hookers and hamburgers, baby.I am embellishing the silly idea that there is a secret menu where Animal Style is definitely served with a smile, just not the stupid hat (unless that's your thing, to which I applaud thee). Where this McDonald's is located --Tropicana and Wyn-- is ground zero for a certain class of ladies who get a bad rap, bad cards and bad luck.
