“Definitely a great Starbucks. I feel like there's always a weight where it's not as clean as the best Starbucks as I've been to, but that is high standards for me. But I definitely think this is a great location. If you want a quick Starbucks I would go to the location within Albertsons instead rather than going into this location.

“I initially had a 3-star experience when my iced coffee with pumpkin cold foam was made incorrectly twice—first the guy Alfonso made it with 80% milk like a latte, then 2nd with no ice but he tried saying there was ice in it. I started to feel upset, but Elouise, a barista, turned it into a 5-star experience. She noticed my frustration during a rush, paused to listen, apologized, and remade my drink perfectly and thanked me for my patience and mind you she was making 2 to 3 at the same time while talking and asking customers about how their day was. Her kindness and attention made me feel validated and satisfied. I hope they retrain that guy again before they throw him to a busy Starbucks“
“The vibes in this store are unmatched. I stopped in to pick up an order before running errands on a Saturday and they were very busy. But the second I stepped into the store every single barista said hello with genuine kindness. While I waited for my order I observed some training happening and it seemed everyone was working together behind the bar and having fun doing it. My order was ready quickly, I said thank you and they told me to have a great day, using my name on the order. I was in the store for maybe five minutes but I left happier. Thank you!!“
“Shoutout to the girl handling orders solo until her coworker started her shift. She was single-handedly handling a small line and someone had the nerve to give her attitude and left the line (& her soy sauce behind). The employees at this location are the only Starbucks location workers I ever enjoy encountering, honestly. They keep a positive attitude and the drinks are quick and correct. Have a beautiful day!“

“It may be small, but it is mighty. The baristas here are awesome. This is my local go-to every morning. My request for light ice is perfect. Every morning in my hot coffee. They are fast, friendly and as always, the same Starbucks quality. Highly recommend this spot if you need a coffee shop to work in. Doesn't get too busy on the inside. Bathrooms are always clean. Thank you Starbucks employees for always brightening my morning“
“I've been to hundreds of Starbucks all over the world. It is not hyperbole to say that this location has the best management and staff I've ever seen. Ashley and her team make you feel like you're in a small town independent coffee shop. It's probably going on 4 years that I've been coming here regularly and the outstanding customer service has been consistent throughout that time. Bravo.“
“This Starbucks is tremendous. This location has plenty of parking for the amount of traffic that this small location can handle by itself with its baristas. No I'm not going to use any names cuz this is Publix so I'm going to just describe one of my favorite employees there and he is a shorter than myself gentleman with glasses very polite and definitely mirrors your image in a positive affirmation. Sometimes customer service is not customer service it's just an excuse to keep your money now this location does not treat you that way I'm sure they might if they're having a rough day or something personal is going on but who doesn't so I would just definitely from my experience say give them some consideration and some slack and hopefully you read this review this is a inclusive hiring location and they have restrooms preferably for the paying customers they do not say that or post that whatsoever it's just you can tell that they want to keep business flowing. Got to admit can't blame them for that. But I live in this neighborhood and I got to say they make our neighborhood tolerable with all the traffic. One day I'll do one of my podcast episodes over there give plenty of notice and I'll update this review just so you all can put a face to the name

“Hey, guys, c'mon, it's Starbucks! What could I possibly tell you that you don't already know?! Yeah, it's all aces! Recommend without a doubt... I'm not convinced quite yet on their $25 to $50 dollar cups just yet, but it's not why I visit the place, lol! Maybe if a free refill came attached, I'd see the value, but the logo really just won't do it for me on a plastic cup! The espresso and food items, however... WELL worth the trip! If you've never tried Statbucks, idk what hole you crawled out from, but check out any major intersecting cross street, and you're bound to spot one within a minute or two!!“
“I went in like any other usual day to grab a cuppa coffee on my way to the office the cashier in which I do not remember her name was so very nice and helpful even went above and beyond and explaining how the stars work on the app to me Left with my free brand new cup and of course my coffee … Later in the afternoon went to a completely different Starbucks and was bragging to the cashier about my experience at this Starbucks in the morning, and she looked at me and said wow that cashier was very extra. We don’t do extra here.
So I will continue to visit this Starbucks on West flamingo and the 215 because they are extra and they go out of their way to make sure That their patrons are well taken care of and even take the time to show you how to use the app…..
So to the Starbucks at Lake Mead and warm Springs I will continue to go to flamingo and 215 completely out of my way because they are extra

“This Starbucks is found within Target, along the Las Vegas boulevard. It's a small outlet, but it's good enough for a grab and go. They also sell cups and accessories, like any other Starbucks outlets would. Straightforward place with straightforward needs, don't expect too much.“
“This Starbucks on rainbow boulevard is a really large and modern location. Tons of places for seating, and lots of counter space for walk-up orders. The team working here were friendly and accommodating and we got our order very quickly

“The Maryland location near UNLV will always get 5 stars from me. The morning crew is phenomenal. I don't go daily but they seem to recall my drink order when I do go in. That's beyond impressive considering how many customers they encounter shift after shift. They operate efficiently, super pleasant and gracious. It's like they understand that we're all looking for the best way to get our day going. We chose this location and they don't take that for granted. Recommended drink not listed below. Grande Hot Cafe Mocha with two pumps Chai. Pairs well with banana nut loaf. Thank me later.“

“After ordering my drink I noticed there was an added shot of vanilla on my receipt, that I did not ask for, nor want, so I tried to let them know before the drink was made, although I don’t think I got to the counter in time. The gal (I assume manager) said no problem we will get you the right drink. I didn’t bother with the change that I was over charged, but it was nice of this gal to hand me a $4 off card for my next purchase. It made it all better. Great customer service I rarely see anymore! “I've been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years. I have always been a loyal customer, to this location especially, simply because their customer service is AMAZING. Anytime I have an issue with my drink order, they correct it without issue and are always apologetic.“

“They're open on Black Friday as of 8am. There are 3 parking spots designated for Starbucks customers. You'll know you're in the right place if you see the Starbucks symbols on the front doors. The peppermint mocha frappucinno with mocha drizzle and half and half was delicious. The drinks and Cheese Danish came out quickly.“
“Located inside the newly remodeled Albertsons at Charleston Blvd and Desert Foothills.The is usually always a small line here, but not too long. There is a good amount of staff here, but on the day I visited it seemed like the order taker was doing everything and the other team members did not assist her. Krystal is always helpful and gets my order straight every time.“
“Note that this coffee shop has limited hours of 6am to 7pm most days. Starbucks is just getting outrageously expensive. $25 for a coffee and a snack. Yikes! Friendly service but long waits because it’s the only coffee shop on the entire resort. Very limited indoor and outdoor seating while the other restaurants that are closed except for supper have their patios roped off.

“Location is great, staff is always nice and it’s usually no problem to get a seat. My only problem is that the music is consistently way too loud and aggressive for the kind of place it is. I think most people want a chill vibe when they go to hang out or chat with friends at a cafe, not a club-like vibe with thumping hip hop and whatnot. Please dial it down a little!“
“Hi, Good morning Starbucks! I was in one of your Starbucks last night. I believe it was 2530 S. Decatur. I just moved back to the area. I wanted to compliment your staff last night. 2 gentlemen and 2 ladies. I think one was Sean. The other had the funniest and most vibrant laugh behind the counter.
They were so sweet, fun, and just overall courteous. I told them I don't work for anyone, but I would want to work here just for the positive vibe alone!
Whoever hired this crew did an outstanding job! Very impressive! I will be leaving a 5-star ? review for sure. I've been in hundreds of starbucks across our nation, and this experience was absolutely memorable! ?

“This is 100% the best true stand-alone Starbucks in Vegas. Trust me, I'm confident I've been to almost every Starbucks in Vegas as well as the area. Including Henderson and North Vegas.
Kid-friendliness: What makes this the best stand-alone true Starbucks in Vegas is its staff and management. Stand-alone means not in a store or other business. It's interesting to me to see how important a place of business can be to a community. To the point that it's its own community within my community. I genuinely care about everyone who works here because time and time again, they've proven they care about both me and my family.Examples,The second I walk in the all say hi, similar to how Cheers would great Norm.They know my order the second they hear my voice. As well as when they hear my wife's voice.The best example.They helped my wife's son stall my now wife. Simply with a nice conversation. This was to help me have time to set up everything. I proposed to my now wife on Christmas Eve 2021 right after she got home from this Starbucks. I could not have pulled off all the decorating without their help.Out of the 200+ Starbucks I've been to, none of them are as friendly as the staff at this location. Once again, this is the best stand-alone true Starbucks in the Vegas area. Because of the best staff period.If you want to try something different, ask them for Irish's drink. ?“
“This is a very nice Starbucks located inside the Silverton casino. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice comfortable seating area.They have very friendly employees ( especially guys who work there) . They are very nice and always welcoming.We have never had any issues at this store.“

“While I really enjoy Starbucks and the food options are great, I will say this, if you have any dietary restrictions just make sure you're extra thorough when asking the contents of items. I tried one of the burritos and when I asked the batista what came in it, she told me bacon, Potatoes and eggs, which is fine, but as it turned out it also contained sausage which is something I personally don't eat. My friend ended up eating it, but I did have to get a different item on the menu due to that.“

“The staff here are so friendly, professional, and understanding! I love how this location is open 24/7, and one of the night baristas Aliza is especially so lovely to chat with. She gets my orders right spot on, and my daughter even made a little bracelet for her because she's so kind and polite. It's always so incredibly busy, more so on the holidays, but the staff are super hard workers who are trying their best under all the stress. The bad reviews are from miserable customers who have zero patience and don't know any better. Some people just need to learn how to be appreciative instead of being drama queens.
