“The staff here are so friendly, professional, and understanding! I love how this location is open 24/7, and one of the night baristas Aliza is especially so lovely to chat with. She gets my orders right spot on, and my daughter even made a little bracelet for her because she's so kind and polite. It's always so incredibly busy, more so on the holidays, but the staff are super hard workers who are trying their best under all the stress. The bad reviews are from miserable customers who have zero patience and don't know any better. Some people just need to learn how to be appreciative instead of being drama queens. Bunch of babies and divas. Y'all keep being awesome! This Starbucks is definitely my favorite in the valley. Thank you for all you do, and Merry Christmas!“

“I absolutely love this Starbucks. I come here everyday and they brighten my day. The workers greet as you come in and as you are leaving. “This Starbucks location at Craig and Jones is one of our reliable go-tos when we’re out and about in northwest Las Vegas. The staff here is consistently friendly and they keep the line moving pretty fast, even during the morning rush. Whether you’re mobile ordering or walking in, the drinks are made well and the place is kept clean. There's also plenty of seating inside if you need a place to chill, work, or meet up.

“This Starbucks is tremendous. This location has plenty of parking for the amount of traffic that this small location can handle by itself with its baristas. No I'm not going to use any names cuz this is Publix so I'm going to just describe one of my favorite employees there and he is a shorter than myself gentleman with glasses very polite and definitely mirrors your image in a positive affirmation. Sometimes customer service is not customer service it's just an excuse to keep your money now this location does not treat you that way I'm sure they might if they're having a rough day or something personal is going on but who doesn't so I would just definitely from my experience say give them some consideration and some slack and hopefully you read this review this is a inclusive hiring location and they have restrooms preferably for the paying customers they do not say that or post that whatsoever it's just you can tell that they want to keep business flowing. Got to admit can't blame them for that. But I live in this neighborhood and I got to say they make our neighborhood tolerable with all the traffic. One day I'll do one of my podcast episodes over there give plenty of notice and I'll update this review just so you all can put a face to the name

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely bring your kids to Starbucks. Look I'm not that parent that rags on other parents because they're not perfect parents and by all means I am a pair of and I am not a perfect parent but I can tell you this.,. “I've been coming to this Starbucks for over 10 years. I have always been a loyal customer, to this location especially, simply because their customer service is AMAZING. Anytime I have an issue with my drink order, they correct it without issue and are always apologetic.“

“This Starbucks is found within Target, along the Las Vegas boulevard. It's a small outlet, but it's good enough for a grab and go. They also sell cups and accessories, like any other Starbucks outlets would. Straightforward place with straightforward needs, don't expect too much.“

“It's Starbucks, so most things are standard. The only problem was that they didn't get the order correct and didn't put the name I asked for (no name at all) and it made it hard to find amongst all the other orders on the counter.“

“The Maryland location near UNLV will always get 5 stars from me. The morning crew is phenomenal. I don't go daily but they seem to recall my drink order when I do go in. That's beyond impressive considering how many customers they encounter shift after shift. They operate efficiently, super pleasant and gracious. It's like they understand that we're all looking for the best way to get our day going. We chose this location and they don't take that for granted. Recommended drink not listed below. Grande Hot Cafe Mocha with two pumps Chai. Pairs well with banana nut loaf. Thank me later.“

“Shoutout to the girl handling orders solo until her coworker started her shift. She was single-handedly handling a small line and someone had the nerve to give her attitude and left the line (& her soy sauce behind). The employees at this location are the only Starbucks location workers I ever enjoy encountering, honestly. They keep a positive attitude and the drinks are quick and correct. Have a beautiful day!“

“I usually go through the drive-thru, and every time Chris takes my order, it’s a genuinely great experience. Even through the speaker, he’s warm, friendly, and upbeat — you can just feel his positive energy.

He makes you feel like more than just another car in line. Chris is personable, gets the order right every time, and somehow manages to brighten my day with just a short interaction. It’s rare to get that kind of service at a drive-thru, and it definitely stands out.

“This Starbucks on rainbow boulevard is a really large and modern location. Tons of places for seating, and lots of counter space for walk-up orders. The team working here were friendly and accommodating and we got our order very quickly

There is a good amount of staff here, but on the day I visited it seemed like the order taker was doing everything and the other team members did not assist her. “They're open on Black Friday as of 8am. There are 3 parking spots designated for Starbucks customers. You'll know you're in the right place if you see the Starbucks symbols on the front doors. The peppermint mocha frappucinno with mocha drizzle and half and half was delicious. The drinks and Cheese Danish came out quickly.“

“I stopped visiting the drive thru at st rose/eatern because my iced coffee was never good- oat milk more often than not was not shaken so clumps and my coffee looked like dirty water.
I have to say the last few visits have been great. Perfect.
And I love the falafel pocket. Never stop selling those.“

“Location is great, staff is always nice and it’s usually no problem to get a seat. My only problem is that the music is consistently way too loud and aggressive for the kind of place it is. “This is a very nice Starbucks located inside the Silverton casino. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice comfortable seating area.They have very friendly employees ( especially guys who work there) . They are very nice and always welcoming.We have never had any issues at this store.“

“Convenient location off 215 or 95 on North Durango in the Montecito Shopping Center. Free parking with handicap parking and handicap access. Interior is very nice, neat and cozy. The staff was great, very friendly, cheerful and happy. They work well together. Wait in line was minimal. Short wait for the coffee. They accept credit cards. Indoor and outdoor seating is provided. There is drive up service.“

“I haven't tried any of the food here but I've had lots of drinks and they're all made great and they'll do things pretty exactly as you ask. I've only seen like a few problems ever with people's drinks. It's expected....I mean when someone asks for 15 extra things and they're a sprouts (healthy) shopper...yeah things can go wrong. Its a bit small for a Starbucks so get in there early or dont expect a seat to chill on all day. Its always pretty busy when I get there or cars start piling up and people start coming in.“

Tori and Jasmine were friendly, efficient, and made my experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the area!“

“This Starbucks it's located inside the Albertsons supermarket, apparently it's a franchise and they have different hours of operation, they close at 5 pm and you cannot pre order on the app, as they are always busy and usually it's only 1 or 2 employees.Other than that, they are courteous, friendly and fast.Beverages are most of times good and for me it's convenient to be able to buy my coffee before or after shopping without making another stop.“
