“Flamingo and 215 location was busy, but the service was impecable, the place was super clean, very chill vibe and I got my creme brulee latte is a beautiful ceramic mug while I was sipping and chatting with friends. Such a cool experience today. Thanks Bryn and everyone else!“
“Visited this Starbucks in Las Vegas. Nice open space with decent seating. Stopped by in the afternoon, so it wasn’t packed like some of them get. Ordered a tall Sumatra. Good! Flavorful! Outdoor seating was available,but is was too hot to sit there. Was 100 degrees out!“
“I’m a frequent Starbucks visitor and often come for meetings because it’s always a comfortable and welcoming environment.
October 15, 2025, I stopped by the Starbucks at Tenaya and Craig Road, and my experience was exceptional thanks to Dani, who provided outstanding customer service.
Starbucks introduced the option earlier this year to have your drink served in either a to‑go cup or a mug, but today was the first time a server actually asked my preference — a small gesture that truly made the visit stand out.
Dani was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about customer experience.
Kudos to Dani for making my visit enjoyable and representing Starbucks’ commitment to great service. He absolutely deserves a raise!“
“Was disappointed to learn the couldn't make my drink I wanted. Was told they discontinued it, but the lady did offer a substitute that was similar. Ended up ordering a different drink entirely but she was very nice the whole time. Inside was mostly clean, needed to sweep and mop a little. The music playing wasn't my favorite choice but it wasn't too loud.“

You know you come to a place often when you walk through the door and they say “Hey Amanda”
They are sweet.
Some write funny things or doodles on the cups and it makes me laugh.
I love those.“
“Definitely a great Starbucks. I feel like there's always a weight where it's not as clean as the best Starbucks as I've been to, but that is high standards for me. But I definitely think this is a great location. If you want a quick Starbucks I would go to the location within Albertsons instead rather than going into this location.

“Came here on a quick hiatus away from Orange China to see my sister and her children pop in at the Starbucks and was just blown away by the atmosphere and the impeccable customer service that we received at the store during that visit by Kam, the cashier and the other associates that had personally brought out the drinks and food that we had ordered. I just wanted to highlight there’s amazing service and say thank you.“
“Greetings reader! I have experience with both inside and drive through at this location. While, for the most part, the people are great and the drinks are good, I have had more than one experience of subpar drinks and less than spectacular service. Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few spectacular baristas, however, 4 stars is a perfectly adequate rating for this establishment.
Don't let this review dissuade you. But, on occasion, you will need to have your beverage remade.

“This was the friendliest Starbucks location I've ever visited! I used to be a partner, and I know how busy the morning rush is. Even so, each guest was personally greeted up on entrance, and staff brought bakery items to our table after we ordered.“
“The coffee is not very good. Not a single barista knows the proper proportions for an Americano. They fill it with water all the way to the top. An Americano should be balanced. Adding more water to an espresso does not make the coffee taste better. And why do you prepare coffee using two paper cups? Ask the manufacturer to make thicker cups for hot drinks“
“The customer service is so AMAZING I come here every morning before work. The energy is extreme high vibration with care you will have a great morning after getting your coffee fix here at this particular location.
So I came today in the evening afterwards and had the same great experience. The ladies were so helpful, I ordered the wrong drink. No problem the lady's came through and fixed my drink the pregnant lady was so soft and gentle kind. My number one Starbucks in Las Vegas Nevada hands down“
“I wnt throught the drive thru order a Venti iced vanilla almond milk latte. The first drink tasted like water. Went back through to have the drink remade. The next drink had no vanilla. I work and do not have the time to go through the drive thru multiple times. Then called Starbuck, they did not refund the full amount. They keep the tax on the drink. What a joke!!“
“Staff is very friendly and nice. They made my day yesterday when I had a negative experience at another fast food place by drawing a smiley face on the cups of my drinks which were water and a Mango Drangonfruit Refesher. This is the closet Starbucks to my home so I will be visiting a lot when able to.“

“I usually don’t do this but I have to give a shout out and major thank you to the morning crew this morning around 0630. I came in in a hurry and grabbed my wife’s mobile order and on my way to the car I dropped my drinks. As I walked in to throw away the trash a partner greeted me and said they were going to remake everything I dropped and they did so extremely quick. I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and the quickness to correct my clumsiness. Thank you all so much!“
“I like this Starbucks because it’s always quiet and not very busy. One barista with dark hair and glasses is excellent. Always friendly and makes my drinks perfectly. Unfortunately, during my visit today, the younger brunette barista made my drink poorly and the service felt extremely rushed. I will return to this location, but not when she is working.“
“Location is great, staff is always nice and it’s usually no problem to get a seat. My only problem is that the music is consistently way too loud and aggressive for the kind of place it is. I think most people want a chill vibe when they go to hang out or chat with friends at a cafe, not a club-like vibe with thumping hip hop and whatnot. Please dial it down a little!“
“I only review when I 100% stand behind my review. I am a big Starbucks member, been loyal since 2018. I been to Starbucks all cross California & a few in Nevada. I’m always looking for great taste, and most important the customer service that I receive.
6:00 am today I got an early morning start, decided let me find a Starbucks. I pay attention to reviews, and pay attention to what seems like what would be right for me to visit.
I must say the sandwich was one of the freshest sandwiches I have ever had, and it’s been years of the same order. Due to catching it first thing in the morning (could be have played a part) but nonetheless it was very good. I was very respectful to the 2 older ladies inside, and they showed my respect back. That alone is why they are getting me to very detailed review from me, I’m very big on customer service & respect to everyone I meet.

But shout out to their Manager who is top tier MILES you rock keep taking care of your staff and customers it’s never unnoticed your character and smiles is always the best. “5 stars for this Starbucks. I’ve only come here twice to read and take notes while my son is tutoring in the area. Today there was an incident with some teenagers that had gotten out of school. They came to Starbucks got free water and then proceeded to throw their trash all over the drive-through also throw water at each other above my head while I sat and read my book. When I turned around and confronted them, they all verbally assaulted me. Thanks to one of the employees Kenyan, inside he came out to my defense. I can’t imagine what these workers deal with on a daily basis from these kids nowadays. I’m so grateful he was there to protect me. I don’t blame Starbucks for not giving free water out anymore. Maybe it will make people appreciate something if they have to purchase it.“
“This Starbucks is found within Target, along the Las Vegas boulevard. It's a small outlet, but it's good enough for a grab and go. They also sell cups and accessories, like any other Starbucks outlets would. Straightforward place with straightforward needs, don't expect too much.“
“Shoutout to the girl handling orders solo until her coworker started her shift. She was single-handedly handling a small line and someone had the nerve to give her attitude and left the line (& her soy sauce behind). The employees at this location are the only Starbucks location workers I ever enjoy encountering, honestly. They keep a positive attitude and the drinks are quick and correct. Have a beautiful day!“
“Went to the drive through to pick up a gouda, bacon egg sandwich. Service and the drive through was friendly, and the sandwich was ready when I arrived at the window. Unfortunately after I drove off and went to eat my sandwich the bacon was not cooked through. It was very pink and limp looking - like it didn't get prepared properly before being placed into the sandwich. So I didn't eat that, but the rest of the sandwich tasted fine. Next time I'll check before leaving the window.“
“I only come here when I'm already getting groceries but the staff is friendly, they have a good amount of merchandise to look at and they get you your drink promptly which I really appreciate in comparison to a lot of other Starbucks locations.“

“Clean restaurant and patio area outside. Lots of parking as it’s in a relatively quiet strip mall and tucked in the corner.
The washrooms are clean.
Staff were pleasant without being over the top. Had three on staff and they were managing the slow pace of the 9:30am lull. Nice to see them cleaning in the slow time.

“Today I walked in and before I went shopping stopped by the Starbucks, I was immediately greater by a friendly smile and a hello from Jinger. She then asked what she could make for me, and me being difficult because my order usually is because of my pickyiness she got my drink perfect and if you want a perfect dry cappuccino with cinnamon, then Jinger is the one to go too. She finished with a smile and have nice day.“
“They had only one lady working on mother’s day sunday. She was very efficient. Also had a very pleasant personality. She definitely needed someone with her because of the volume of customers. But she still served the customers impressively and effectively.“
“Big thank-you to Starbucks Lake Mead! I accidentally placed my order at another store, but needed to pick it up here. When I arrived, Manager Michelle and her staff were ready to help. They smiled, checked my name, and said, “No problem—we’ve got you.”
They worked with the other store and fixed everything in minutes. My drink was made right, and I didn’t have to do anything extra. No delays. No stress. They even offered a lid, napkins, and a straw, and asked if I needed anything else. The store was clean, and everyone was kind.
Good drinks are great, but friendly help is what keeps me coming back. Michelle and her team showed real care and teamwork. If you want fast, easy, and kind service, choose Starbucks Lake Mead. I highly recommend this location!“
“This Starbucks on rainbow boulevard is a really large and modern location. Tons of places for seating, and lots of counter space for walk-up orders. The team working here were friendly and accommodating and we got our order very quickly

We went to target to drink some starbucks and it was closed because their was only one person, she didn't know what to do. We wanted to go to a clothe store and it was closed. Davian is a rockstar and sets the barista bar super high- he went above and beyond when one of the items we ordered was out of stock, and was overall very kind and attentive. “A typical Starbucks set-up in the JW Marriott, supported by friendly and efficient staff. I was disappointed to learn, however, that as a Licensee and not a "company store" I could not use my large number of Rewards Stars to make purchases. Also note that the prices are high in keeping with general resort pricing.“

“This is a very nice Starbucks located inside the Silverton casino. It is beautifully decorated and has a nice comfortable seating area.They have very friendly employees ( especially guys who work there) . They are very nice and always welcoming.We have never had any issues at this store.“
“This place is located conveniently inside Albertsons. It seemed like it wouldn't offer everything like the regular ones, but it did. We we're in for lunch and helped by Brenda with great service, super nice and helpful. The food was quick and soo tasteful, coffee was great like always and was the perfect stop!“
“Located in Summerlin, a pretty fancy neighborhood with a good view. Enough Power Stripe, plenty of seats and large tables, outside dining area and friendly staff. A nice view of the mountains in good weather conditions.The iced matcha latte is the best of what I ever tasted. Staff are friendly to offer me the choice of refill. It's quite busy in the mornings but relatively empty in the afternoon and at night. Plenty of parking nearby. The outside dining area is suitable to bring the dogs as a pet-friendly location. It's a wonderful experience of staying here.“
